Abstract

Factors that affect the level of preparedness of an officer are years of service, level of knowledge, and preparedness training. The working period of an officer affects the level of preparedness of an officer. Officers who work longer have a better level of preparedness 3 than new officers. The level of knowledge also influences the officer's preparedness efforts, a person's level of preparedness can be formed by how often the person gets knowledge or information regarding prevention and preparedness. Preparedness training held in a company also affects the level of preparedness when a fire disaster occurs, officers who take part in training have better preparedness than officers who do not take part in training. The aim of the study was to describe the level of knowledge and attitudes of cadets responding to disasters in a fire disaster. This study uses a descriptive research method using a cross-sectional approach which is a study of several populations observed at the same time (Nursalam, 2017). By distributing questionnaires to research respondents, with the intention of knowing the description of the knowledge and attitudes of disaster cadet response officers in handling fire disaster preparedness in the province of South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Employee training and development has an important role in increasing company competitiveness and productivity. The company's competitive power does not only rely on assets or capital owned, but the role of human resources is the main component in the continuity of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of partial and stimulant on the independent variable (X1) Facilitator, (X2) Material (X3) Method (X4) Participants' motivation on the dependent variable (Y) Graduates of Brevet Credit Application Package (CAP) training participants at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In addition, to find out the efforts made by BNI Corporate University as a training provider in increasing Brevet Credit Application Package (CAP) participants. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample size of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that there is a partial and simultaneous influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. In addition, BNI Corporate University also has training in efforts to increase participant graduation in selecting quality facilitators, improving the quality of modules or materials, adjusting methods with material topics, and forms of motivation given by BNI Corporate University to the training participants.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis delik perbuatan ojek online sebagai perantara jual beli narkotika dapat dijadikan sebagai alasan yang dapat menghapus perbuatan melawan hukum. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normati. Hasil penelitian bahwa dalam kasus pengemudi ojek online yang terlibat sebagai perantara dalam transaksi narkoba, ada aspek-aspek hukum pidana dan alasan-alasan penghapus pidana yang perlu diperhitungkan secara cermat untuk memastikan keadilan dalam penegakan hukum, mengingat peran teknologi dan informasi yang semakin maju dalam kehidupan Masyarakat. Dalam mempertimbangkan perlindungan hukum terhadap hak tersangka selama proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan, penting untuk memastikan bahwa hak-hak tersebut tidak boleh dikurangi atau dirampas guna memastikan tercapainya keadilan, ketertiban, kepastian hukum, kemanfaatan, dan kedamaian. Hal ini merupakan prinsip yang mendasari hukum acara pidana dalam memberikan keadilan kepada setiap individu. The research objective is to analyze the offence of online motorcycle taxis as intermediaries in buying and selling narcotics, which can be used as a reason to eliminate illegal acts. This type of research uses normative research. The results of the study show that in the case of online motorcycle taxi drivers who are involved as intermediaries in drug transactions, there are aspects of criminal law and reasons for eliminating criminal penalties that need to be carefully taken into account to ensure justice in law enforcement, considering the increasingly advanced role of technology and information in life. Public. In considering the legal protection of suspects' rights during the inquiry and investigation process, it is important to ensure that these rights are not reduced or taken away to ensure the achievement of justice, order, legal certainty, benefit and peace. This principle underlies criminal procedural law in providing justice to every individual.

Abstract

Immunization is an effort to create or actively increase a person's immunity to a disease so that if one day they are exposed to the disease they will not get sick or only experience a mild illness. The specific objectives of this program are to provide information about the importance of immunization for children, to achieve complete basic immunization coverage for infants according to village/kelurahan targets and to achieve advanced immunization targets for children under two years of age (baduta) and elementary school-age children. The method of implementing activities uses the planning stage and the implementation stage. PKM activities in the form of Health Education about Basic Immunization of Infants began with assessment and data collection of the number of families who have babies/toddlers, starting on May 8 2023. Meanwhile the counseling was carried out at Posyandu in the working area of the Minasatene Health Center in Bonto Kio Village, Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency. The results obtained after the implementation of this activity are: 1) increasing parents' knowledge about the importance of basic immunization in infants; and 2) increasing parents' understanding of the side effects that arise after being immunized and how to deal with these side effects.
