Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan lingkungan hidup di Rumah Sakit X yang terletak di Kab. Tasikmalaya, Prov. Jawa Barat. Evaluasi yang dilakukan meliputi kajian rona lingkungan, sumber dampak dan besaran dampak lingkungan, pola pengelolaan limbah (baik limbah medis, non-medis dan limbah cair), keterkaitan antara komponen kegiatan dan dampak yang dihasilkan, aspek ketaatan hukum atas dampak lingkungan dan upaya penanggulangan dampak. Berdasarkan studi yang telah dilakukan, pengelolaan lingkungan hidup, khususnya pengelolaan limbah dan pemantauan dampak lingkungan akibat limbah di RS X, Kab. Tasikmalaya telah tertata dan terlaksana dengan baik. Kata kunci: evaluasi pengelolaan lingkungan hidup, rona lingkungan, dampak lingkungan, limbah, upaya pengelolaan dampak.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang berupaya meningkatkan pembangunan di semua aspek kehidupan salah satunya sanitasi. Semakin bertambahnya jumlah perumahan dan perkampungan yang mendiami satu area lingkungan, semakin berat pula lingkungan tersebut menetralisir air limbah yang sebagian besar didapatkan dari sisa penggunaan air bersih. Pada lokasi studi di lingkungan desa Weninggalih, Kecamatan Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor, Air limbah pada umumnya langsung dibuang ke badan sungai tanpa dilakuan pengolahan (treatment) terlebih dahulu, hal tersebut mengancam kelestarian lingkungan, karena keterbatasan kemampuan self-purification lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan desain WC/toilet serta tangki septik komunal yang ekonomis, mudah dirawat dan dapat melayani kebutuhan sanitasi warga. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan 50 orang pengguna, direncanakan MCK komunal dengan 5 (unit) kloset, yang dilengkapi dengan tampungan air bersih dengan kapasitas 400 l. Dengan debit air limbah sebanyak 40 l/org/thn, produksi lumpur septic tank adalah sebanyak 4000 l/tahun. Tangki septik komunal direncanakan memiliki kapasitas 18,97 m3.Kata Kunci: sanitasi, MCK komunal, tangki septik komunal.Abstract: Indonesia as a developing country is trying to increase development in all aspects of life, one of which is sanitation. The increasing number of housing and settlements that inhabit an area of the environment, the more difficult it is for the environment to neutralize wastewater, which is mostly obtained from the remaining use of clean water. At the study site in Weninggalih village, Jonggol District, Bogor Regency, wastewater is generally discharged directly into river bodies without prior treatment, this threatens environmental sustainability, due to the limited ability of environmental self-purification. This study aims to design a communal toilet/toilet and septic tank that is economical, easy to maintain, and can serve the sanitation needs of the residents. From the analysis that has been carried out, to meet the needs of 50 users, a communal MCK with 5 (unit) toilets is planned, equipped with a clean water reservoir with a capacity of 400 l. With a wastewater discharge of 40 l/person/year, the production of septic tank sludge is as much as 4000 l/year. The communal septic tank is planned to have a capacity of 18.97 m3.Key words: sanitation, Communal MCK, communal septic tank.

Abstract

A large number of bends in Cianjur Regency makes the Cianjur Regency area prone to traffic accidents, especially for heavily loaded vehicles, one of the corners that often occurs in cases of accidents on heavily loaded vehicles is the Tapal Kuda Cianjur bend. The problem with bend Tapal Kuda Cianjur is that the bend has a small radius so it makes the curve very sharp in uphill road conditions so it is very difficult for heavily loaded vehicles to pass corners and resulting in accidents on heavily loaded vehicles. The method used is a geometric analysis method to provide an overview of field conditions and stop visibility distance analysis which aims to determine the stopping visibility on the corner so that it is expected to meet the standards set by Bina Marga so that the view of the road users when passing a corner is not blocked. The results of the geometric analysis show that the bend is still feasible to accommodate traffic loads, the bend has a spiral-spiral shape with a value of Rc=30 m, Ts= 40,599 m, Es=9,152 m with a stop visibility value at the existing condition =17,300 m and does not comply with the provisions in the minimum stop visibility distance table. So it is necessary to improve the shape of the bend using a planned speed of 60 km / h, improvement of the shape of the bend is planned using the form of SCS and FC with values of Rc= 120 m and Rc=500 m and total arc SCS=196,878 m, FC=611,982 m with the value of the repair bend stop visibility distance repair bend both spiral-circle-spiral and full circle shapes of 82,117 m and in accordance with the provisions set by Bina Marga.

Abstract

As one of the applied technologies in infrastructure development, Building Information Modeling (BIM) facilitates the construction modeling process by providing information and tools that help the planning, construction and operation processes to be more efficient and effective. This research aims to evaluate the performance of BIM implementation in the project planning stage within PT Yodya Karya (Persero), with the object being the building planning stage for the Presidential Palace of the Indonesian Capital City of Nusantara (IKN), based on regulatory aspects of the procurement of goods and services. The method used in this research is a literature review in the form of Procurement TOR (Work Terms of Reference) data, Design and Built work contracts, as well as planning products such as Basic Design and Detailed Engineering Design (DED). Based on the research that has been carried out, the results can be obtained that there is an increase in digital work efficiency and productivity, to reduce various risks of errors and communications that occur in the field, by providing better design visibility and data management. In addition, the use of BIM at the planning stage can increase budget efficiency, project cycle duration, and work quality by paying attention to requirement stated on contract document.

Abstract

Land subsidence in the areas of Pademangan, Ancol, Penjaringan, Cengkareng, Tanjung Priok, Cilincing, and Pulogadung is still ongoing. The land subsidence is influenced by the condition of the groundwater table and the effect of consolidation. The purpose of this research is to know the result of soil subsidence/ consolidation using conventional calculation methods and geodetic GPS observations on R.E. Martadinata Street on Bore Hole 3 with Point BM.CP.1 and Bore Hole 6 with Point BM.DKI.11 and to find out the results of the comparison of subsidence/ consolidation analysis methods between conventional calculations and geodetic GPS observations. The amount of soil subsidence/ consolidation with conventional calculation methods at Bore Hole 3 with Point BM CP.1 obtained 8.5 cm with a period of 2.3 years and at Bore Hole 6 with Point BM DKI.11 obtained 5.6 cm with a period of 0.4 years. The amount of soil subsidence/ consolidation with GPS Geodetic observations BM CP.1 point was obtained at 16.8 cm with a period of 3 years and at the DKI.11 BM Point obtained 17.5 cm with a period of 3 years. The results of soil subsidence/consolidation calculations using conventional calculation methods and GPS Geodetic observations there was a difference or deviation in Bore Hole 3 with Point BM CP.1 obtained 8.3 cm with a period of 0.68 years and in Bore Hole 6 with Point BM DKI.11 obtained 11.9 cm with a period of 2.64 years.
