Abstract

Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time due to the provision of food that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. The aim of this activity is to educate the people of Sungai Kayu Ara village regarding the importance of stunting. This socialization activity broadens the mothers' insight so that anticipatory preparations for stunting prevention can be carried out from the start. The implementation method in this research is an educational approach, direct interaction with the community, evaluation of knowledge before and after socialization, as well as concrete actions to improve children's nutrition. All of these efforts aim to increase the community's understanding of stunting and provide concrete support to prevent it. The data sources used in this research are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The results of this research are that the majority of the people of Sungai Kayu Ara Village still have little understanding about stunting can be seen from the results of the questionnaire that was distributed by Kukerta Unri students. Of the 35 respondents who were distributed the questionnaire, only around 12 people understood about stunting. Therefore, socialization is needed regarding stunting, the effects it causes, how to prevent it, and efforts to overcome stunting from The most basic stage, as a form of individual preparation effort without relying on government programs, because overcoming stunting is an urgent problem that must be handled by various parties.

Abstract

Freedom to Learn is an educational terms that is currently being promoted by the Minister of Education and Culture. It is hoped that the principle of Freedom to Learn can accelerate the process of education reform in Indonesia, which has so far been considered to be slowly withering. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar is motivated by the results of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) which shows that 70% of students aged 15 years are below the minimum competence in understanding simple reading or applying basic mathematical concepts. This community service activity focuses on sports teachers in JSIT Bengkulu who are given training on the content of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila, then the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila in PJOK learning. The method used in this activity is Lectures on the Content of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila students, the Implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila in PJOK learning). Evaluation of the success of this activity is carried out smoothly and well. The response of the participants during this activity was very positive and very enthusiastic. Where the theme of this activity is useful for all sports teachers who are members of JSIT in carrying out kurikum merdeka belajar learning.

Abstract

A B S T R A C TThe development of the food industry in big cities is currently growing rapidly, especially fast food, changes in lifestyle and people's behavior in everyday life affect consumption of fast food. one of them is McDonald's, which has become popular with generation Z, BTS is currently being favored by generation Z and dissemination through social media is the most effective medium. The measurement of purchase intention variable uses interest, desire, and action indicators. The brand ambassador variables are popularity, expertise, and charm, while the testimonial variables in social media are interest, trust, and attention. This research is a causal associative with quantitative techniques. The research population is 549 people seen from sales of BTS Meal products in June 2022, with a sample of 137 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, with data analysis techniques descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that brand ambassadors were considered very good, testimonials in social media were considered very good and purchase intention was considered very good. Brand ambassadors influence purchase intention, social media testimonials influence purchase intention, brand ambassadors and social media testimonials influence purchase intention with a large influence of 59.3%.A B S T R A KPerkembangan industri makanan di kota besar saat ini berkembang pesat khususnya makanan cepat saji, perubahan gaya hidup dan perilaku masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mempengaruhi konsumsi makanan ceoat saji. salah satunya adalah McDonald yang menjadi populer generasi Z BTS saat ini sedang digemari oleh generasi Z dan penyebaran melalui sosial media menjadi media paling efektif. Pengukuran variabel minat beli menggunakan indikatorinterest, desire, dan action. Variabel brand ambassador yaitu kepopuleran, keahlian, dan kepesonaan, sedangkan variabel testimonial in social media yaitu ketertarikan, kepercayaan, dan attention. Penelitian ini merupakan asosiatif kausal dengan teknik kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu 549 orang dilihat dari penjualan produk BTS Meal pada bulan Juni 2022, dengan sample 137 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket, dengan teknik analisis datanya analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji T, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand ambassador dinilai sangat baik, testimony in media social dinilai sangat baik dan minat beli dinilai sangat baik. Brand ambassador berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian, testimony social media berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, brand ambassador dan testimony social media berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan besar pengaruh 59,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of structured and unstructured midterm exams (daily tests) in two different schools. The selection of the right evaluation method is a determining factor in assessing learning outcomes. The selection of the right evaluation method plays a crucial role in assessing learning outcomes. In the face of the complexity of unstructured evaluation, it is important to understand how educational institutions can develop and implement effective evaluation strategies. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type (Case Study) with a research focus in two different institutions. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that structured midterm exams and unstructured midterm exams have their own advantages and disadvantages. Structured midterm exams can provide more accurate and accountable test results. However, structured midterm exams can make it difficult for students to understand the material presented by the teacher. On the other hand, unstructured midterm exams can encourage students' enthusiasm and diligence. However, unstructured midterm exams can make students stressed and anxious because they do not know when the midterm exam will be held.
