Abstract

This writing is based on the idea of the need for renewal in the learning model of social science as a response to the symptoms of weakening the quality of the process and results of social studies learning in an effort to prepare early students to become good citizens. This writing uses descriptive qualitative research that uses library research methods to obtain data according to the topic of the problem in the study. The data sources taken are journals and relevant references are research quoted from books. The results of the study state that the cooperative learning model can improve the interpersonal intelligence of elementary school students in ips learning. The cooperative learning model can build communication between students by discussing with group friends, students are taught to be able to respect each other, communicate, and students can work together with their groups so that interactions with other students occur.

Abstract

Brunei Darussalam is a unique country with the majority of its population being Muslim and having a rich Malay culture. In an era of globalization full of information flows and foreign cultural influences, Islam and Malay culture continue to play a central role in shaping the identity of this country. Islam is not just a religion official, but also permeated various aspects of Brunei society's life. Religious practices, moral values ??and customs based on Islam form a strong foundation in society. The magnificent mosques which are the center of religious life and the beautiful art of Arabic calligraphy are visual evidence of Islamic influence in architecture and art. Malay culture also remains alive and well. Malay is used as the official language, and many words and phrases in this language have Arabic roots. Traditional Malay art, dance, music, and clothing remains relevant in cultural events and religious celebrations.
