Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan sikap dan perilaku yang dilakukan secara sukarela dengan penuh kesadaran dan kesediaan mengikuti peraturan-peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi atau atasan, baik tertulis maupun tidak tertulis. Kinerja merupakan output pelaksanaan tugas yang harus diselesaikan oleh dosen dalam hal ini adalah pelaksanaan tridharma perguruan tinggi yang meliputi pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian. Untuk mencapai kuantitas dan kualitas pelaksanaan tridharma perguruan tinggi diperlukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai peneliti untuk yaitu: Menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen melalui Komitmen Organisasi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Di Lingkungan Lldikti Wilayah VII Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam rancangan penelitian adalah explanatory riset dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berpedoman pada kuesioner yang diperoleh dari sumber primer. Data primer dianalisis secara deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa disiplin kerja dibentuk dari kewajiban yang harus dilakukan, larangan yang harus di taati, semangat kerja yang tinggi, kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengajar. Kontribusi yang paling besar dalam pembentukan disiplin kerja adalah kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengajar yang tercermin dalam penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran. Kontribusi yang rendah dalam pembentukan disiplin kerja adalah semangat kerja yang tinggi.

Abstract

Marketing is the core of all business activities, it is related to the marketing function, as a liaison between companies and consumers. The influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction becomes very important when consumer satisfaction gives birth to consumer loyalty to a product that creates a communication attitude to attract new consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality, trust on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Klabang Bondowoso Motor Workshop. The population in this study is the consumer of Motor Workshop. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, Trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, Trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, Trust on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of variable service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decision variables (2) to determine the effect of variable service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decision variables simultaneously on purchasing decision variables (3) to determine the effect of variable service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decision variables dominantly on purchasing decision variables. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.968E-16 + 0,830X1 + 0,189 X2 + (- 0,162X3) + e. Service quality has a significant positive effect with a value of 15,030, of 1.986, price has a significant positive effect with a value of 3,101, of 1.986, and promotion has a significant positive effect of -2,686, amounting to 1.986. Simultaneously, service quality, price and promotions affect purchasing decisions with a value of 86,9673, 2.71.. The variable that has the most dominant influence in this study is service quality with a value of 15,030.

Abstract

Banking companies are a pillar of a nation’s economy. That is, it plays a vital cog in the Indonesian economy. They must be able to facilitate and ease creditors, debtors and investors to invest and distribute capital to those in need. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of profitability, capital structure and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on company values which are moderated by company size. This research is explanatory research. The population of this research is banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2019-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing use Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that profitability did not have a significant effect on company value, capital structure had a significant effect on company value, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) did not have a significant effect on company value. The results of indirect effect hypothesis test showed that the profitability variable had no significant effect on company value moderated by company size, capital structure did not have a significant effect on company value moderated by company size.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity to fulfill needs and desires by influencing consumers to be willing to buy products or use services offered by the company in order to obtain a profit or profit. The need for the right strategy, especially to increase the means in promoting WO. Favorite Decoration in Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and examine the effect of promotion and service quality in determining consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this study uses the entire consumer WO. Favorite Decoration according to the data that the researcher asked the owner of the research place. The sampling method uses probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, decisions purchases have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the promotion variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, service quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

HW bakery Situbondo shop is a business engaged in the food business. Until now, HW bakery Situbondo continues to grow. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Brand Image and Location in determining Purchase Decisions at the HW Bakery Situbondo Store with Consumer Trust as an Intervening Variable. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study was HW Bakery Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quata sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Brand Image has a significant effect on consumer trust, Location has a significant effect on consumer trust, Brand Image has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions Location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has a significant effect on Buyer's decision. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment variables on teacher performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at SMK Negeri 1 Kendit. By using the Structural equation model of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, namely work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, work environment has a significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance , Work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on teacher performance through work discipline, and the work environment has a negative but not significant effect on teacher performance through work discipline.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that needs to be carried out by companies, both goods and services companies in an effort to maintain the viability of their business. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions through Consumer Trust as an Intervening Variable. The population of this research is the consumer of Nina Cemilan in Prajekan Bondowoso. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. For data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, which shows that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Confidence, Product Quality has a significantly positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Consumer Trust has a significantly positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Product Quality on Purchase Decisions through Consumer Trust positive significant effect.

Abstract

Factors that affect performance apart from being competent in their field or according to competence, one of which is work discipline, as well as education and training. Work discipline is a form of training that seeks to improve and shape the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of employees to try to work cooperatively. Education and training have a very significant impact on the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Education and Training on Performance through Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at Besuki Hospital, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were ASN employees (other than organizational leaders) Besuki Hospital, Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that Education and Training has a significant positive effect on work discipline, Education and Training has a significant positive effect on Performance, Work discipline has a significant positive effect on Performance, Education and Training has a significantly positive effect on Performance through Discipline work.

Abstract

Marketing management can also be interpreted as the art and science of choosing target markets designed to create, build and maintain profitable exchanges to achieve company goals. Therefore, proper marketing management can improve especially in the development of the Anak Pantai Cafe. at Cermee Bondowoso. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of price and service quality in determining consumer satisfaction with consumer buying interest as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Consumers of the Beach Children's Cafe in Cermee Bondowoso. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that price has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer buying interest, price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, Consumer buying interest has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the price variable on consumer satisfaction through consumer buying interest has a positive but not significant effect, service quality on consumer satisfaction through consumer buying interest has a positive but not significant effect.
