Abstract

Disiplin kerja sangat penting untuk menjamin terpeliharanya tertib administrasi dalam pelaksanaan setiap tugas, tanpa Disiplin kerja sangat sulit bagi perusahaan untuk berhasil. Penerapan Disiplin kerja diharapkan dapat membantu support system perusahaan dalam menjalankan manajemen perusahaan. Karyawan yang tidak menegakkan disiplin kerja, maka perusahaan bisa memberikan sanksi maupun hukuman. Seorang pemimpin, baik menengah maupun atas, bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa karyawan dapat diarahkan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Peran pemimpin yang positif akan bisa memberikan kepuasaan karyawan dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menganalisis dan mengkaji peran disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Gula (PG) Assembagoes. Penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Pabrik Gula (PG) Assembagoes. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squere (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja melalui Kinerja. Variabel Kepemimpinan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja melalui Kinerja.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang sangat penting dari sebuah organisasi. Saat ini kemampuan sumber daya manusia (SDM) khususnya mahasiswa masih rendah baik dilihat dari kemampuan intelektual maupun keterampilan teknis yang dimiliki. Perkembangan teknologi yang seharusnya bisa mempermudah akses literasi bagi mereka, nyatanya tidak berbanding lurus dengan kemampuan peningkatan literasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap kualitas literasi mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, serta mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengelolaan sumber daya manusia Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis peningkatan literasi dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis survey. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil temuan yang didapat mahasiwa sebagai motor pergerakan tentunya harus dapat memahami setiap fenomena yang terjadi dalam setiap tindakannya, tentunya hal ini perlu diasah dengan tingkat literasi yang baik.

Abstract

The quality of leadership greatly affects the work discipline and work environment of an employee in an organization. A leader is defined as a person's ability to be able to influence other people, through communication, either directly or indirectly, with the intention of moving these people so that they are willing to follow the leader's wishes with understanding, awareness and pleasure. The leadership role, no doubt, also contributes to a company. Work discipline is a management action to encourage members of the organization to meet the demands of these various provisions, in other words employee discipline is a form of training that seeks to improve and shape the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of employees so that these employees voluntarily try to work cooperatively with employees who others and improve work performance (Siagian, 2013: 305). The work environment is everything that exists around the employee and can affect the carrying out of the tasks assigned to him, for example by having air conditioning (AC), adequate lighting and directions from the leader. This study aims to determine whether the quality of leadership, work discipline, and work environment can improve employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study or Library Research, which examines literature books in accordance with the theories discussed especially in the scope of Human Resource Management (MSDM). The results of this study indicate that the quality of leadership, work discipline, and work environment can improve employee performance, if carried out correctly in human resource management in a company.

Abstract

In today’s global competitiveness, workplaces need innovative and productive employees. To achieve high productivity, it is necessary to increase performance. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of work motivation, organizational commitment, and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were civil servants in the Prajekan District. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).. The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a significant effect on Job satisfaction, work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. The indirect influence hypothesis test results showed that the work motivation variable on employee performance through job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction had a positive but insignificant effect. Work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction had a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The quality of human resources in the financial behavior of housewives in the era of digitalization, the existence of digital media (market place) and free online loan applications, makes housewives unable to control their household's financial behavior which leads to various problems such as money running out prematurely. , do not have regular savings in the form of saving money or in financial institutions, and do not have an emergency fund. In fact, it is not uncommon to find many family members who are in debt or borrow money from banks, neighbors or from agents where money is borrowed. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the management of the quality of human resources in the financial behavior of housewives in the Perumnas Patrang Environment, Jember City. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with a survey type. Data collection in research uses observation and interviews. The findings obtained from the lack of knowledge about financial management among housewives will have an impact on the economy of the perpetrators, especially in the current era of digitalization.

Abstract

Organizations have various kinds of resources as input to be converted into output in the form of goods or services, human resources are also the most important element. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Reward and Punishment, Leadership and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The population used in this research were 35 teachers at SMKN 1 Kendit Situbondo. This sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research uses Structural Equation Models - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that 1. Reward and punishment have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Reward and punishment have a significant positive effect on performance. Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Then the results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Reward and Punishment on Performance through Work Motivation has a positive but not significant effect. Abstract

The Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) of Situbondo Regency is engaged as a public service in the field of staffing, education, and training in the Situbondo Regency area. As a public service, BKPSDM has the main task of coordinating and controlling the implementation of activities in the fields of personnel, education, and training. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of workload and organizational commitment on the performance of state civil servants through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable (study at the Situbondo Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency). The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that workload has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Workload has no significant effect on ASN performance, Organizational commitment has a significant effect on ASN Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on ASN Performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the workload variable on ASN Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect, Organizational Commitment on ASN Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Competing effectively in a competitive business environment, an organization requires solid and sustainable resources. These resources include various things, such as sufficient financial capital, reliable infrastructure, up-to-date technology, as well as competent and skilled human resources. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of organizational culture, work environment, compensation and organizational culture on performance. With Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Situbondo Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office. This research is explanatory research. Abstract

BPN (National Land Agency) is a non-ministerial government Agency in Indonesia which has thetask of carrying out government duties in the land sector in accordance with the provisions of thelegislation. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through job performance as an intervening variable (study at the National Land Agency of Situbondo Regency). The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation - PartialLeast Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that job satisfaction has a significant effect on job performance, job satisfaction has a signifikan effect on performance, job performance has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variabel job satisfaction on performance through work commitment has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work morale and work ability on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Situbondo. The sample in this study were 46 employees of PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by the saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work ability has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work spirit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ability has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, work morale has a negative but significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, work ability has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction
