Abstract

Sains sangat erat dengan kehidupan sekitar anak, karena anak memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang besar. Melalui literasi sains anak mendapatkan informasi mengenai alam sekitar. Temuan yang didapat peneliti pembelajaran Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini lebih ditekankan pada buku-buku atau lembar kerja anak. Sehingga pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains anak sangat sedikit diberikan kepada anak. Untuk itu dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains ini dapat dikembangkan melalui permainan pencampuran warna.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana permainan pencampuran warna dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian yaitu guru dan anak kelompok A yang berjumlah 12 anak yang terdiri dari 6 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian selama dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan pencampuran warna dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains anak pada kelompok A di TK Plus Al-Hikmah dan menjadi rekomendasi bagi guru dalam memberikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi anak. Science is very closely related to the lives of children because children have a great deal of curiosity. Through scientific literacy, children get information about the natural environment. The findings obtained by researchers in early childhood education are more emphasized in children's books or worksheets. So learning to improve children's scientific literacy skills is very little given to children. For this reason, to improve scientific literacy skills, they can be developed through color-mixing games. This study aims to determine the extent to which color-mixing games can improve scientific literacy skills in children. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with research subjects, namely teachers and children in group A, totaling 12 children, consisting of 6 boys and 6 girls. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research in the field, it can be concluded that the color mixing game can be a solution for improving children's scientific literacy skills in group A in TK Plus Al-Hikmah and become a recommendation for teachers in providing fun learning for children.

Abstract

This study has the aim of finding loopholes and digging up information about the problem of job satisfaction which is influenced by several factors including compensation and facilities, there are two problem formulations that limit the discussion so that it does not widen, namely analyzing teacher job satisfaction (Y) which is influenced by compensation (X1 ) and facilities (X2) partially, while the second question is to analyze teacher job satisfaction (Y) which is affected by compensation (X1) and facilities (X2) simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative using survey methods. The data used is primary data obtained directly from 32 respondents using a questionnaire. The questionnaire used has tested the validity and reliability tests. The research data analysis technique used multiple linear regression tests and carried out F tests and T tests. The results showed that compensation and facilities had a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mambaul Khoir Talang partially or simultaneously.Stakeholders need to pay attention to the provision of compensation both financially and non-financially so as to increase teacher job satisfaction.
