Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan berpikir kritis antara kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Critical Incident dengan kelas yang menggunakan model konvensional di kelas VIII MTs Swasta Kabupaten Dairi. Penelitian ini ingin mengeksplorasi pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan Critical Incident pada pembelajaran akidah akhlak dengan materi sifat utama dan keteguhan Rasul Ulul Azmi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif eksperimen. Teknik untuk mengambil sampel yang dipakai peneliti berupa sampling jenuh dengan menjadikan setiap anggota dari populasi merupakan sampel. Dari seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII diambil satu kelas untuk dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis pada data post-test terhadap kelas yang telah diajarkan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif critical incident (pengalaman penting). Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan strategi pembelajaran aktif critical incident terhadap pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan latar dalam novel Teluk Alaska karya Eka Aryani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang memfokuskan penelitian pada latar. Hasil penelitian ini menjukan bahwa novel Teluk Alaska memiliki latar yang berbeda, beberapa latar yang dapat dilihat melalui latar tempat, latar waktu, dan latar sosial. Simpulan penelitian, unsur yang dominan dalam penelitian latar dalam novel Teluk Alaska karya Eka Aryani, yaitu latar waktu, karena latar waktu paling banyak digambarkan melalui novel tersebut. Kata Kunci: Latar, Unsur Intrinsik, dan Novel

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of the plot in the novel Melangkah ke Seberang by Karina Nurherbyanti Herbowo and to implement them in Indonesian language learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. The research technique used is content analysis technique. Based on the research that has been done regarding the plot in the novel Melangkah ke Seberang by Karina Nurherbyanti Herbowo, the results show that the stages of the plot in this novel are 75 findings, consisting of the exposure stage as much as 24 data with a percentage of 32%, the initiation stage as many as 11 data with a percentage of 14.67%, the ascending stage of 7 data with a percentage of 9.33%, the climax stage of 19 data with a percentage of 25.33%, and the dissolution stage of 14 data with a percentage of 18.67%. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the exposure stage has more numbers than the other stages in the novel.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of sharia microfinance institutions in strengthening the economic independence of communities in Malaysia. The main focus of this research is to analyze the contribution of sharia microfinance institutions in increasing financial access for society, especially in the context of sharia economics. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting primary data through interviews and secondary data from related literature. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide in-depth insight into how sharia microfinance institutions can be an effective instrument in building the economic independence of communities in Malaysia, as well as provide relevant policy recommendations to support the development of the sharia economic sector more broadly

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the school principal in managing the curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Samilul Huda, Mlaten Village, Mijen District, Demak Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study (case study) which aims to photograph events, facts, data, and incidents regarding the management of the curriculum in the school. The data source of the research is the principal askey informan (main source) and all MTs Samailul Huda teachers. As for the technique and procedure of data collection, it is done through in-depth interviews (in depth interview), observations or observations of researchers in activities in the field, and analysis of documents related to the object of this research. The results of the study can be concluded that there are three roles that are quite effective for the principal in managing the curriculum (1) planning consisting of technical and teacher understanding, (2) implementing the curriculum in class learning (3) and evaluating learning outcomes and class learning.

Abstract

Self defense mechanism is an internal drive process that protects an individual from anxiety and problems. While Bipolar disorder (bipolar disorder) is a condition in which a person experiences a psychological disorder with indications of extreme mood and emotional changes. This study aims to describe what things are done by a teenager diagnosed with bipolar disorder as a self defense mechanism. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this research is the result of in depth interview conducted by researchers with research subjects who agree to keep their real identities secret. The research is located in Batu City East Java. The results showed that the research subjects did at least four things as a defense mechanism, namely sublimation, displacement, rationalization, and regression.

Abstract

Career decision making is a thinking process in selecting and determining various existing career options. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and career decision making in class XII students at MAN 1 Jember. This research is quantitative research with a correlation type of research. Based on the research results, there is a weak relationship between emotional maturity and career decision making in class XII students at MAN 1 Jember with a positive direction. This is proven by using the Product Moment correlation test with a sig=765 value of more than 0.05. And a value of 0.30 indicates a low correlation coefficient because it is in the range of 0.25-0.40. So, the higher the emotional maturity of class XII MAN 1 Jember students, the higher the career decision making of class XII MAN 1 Jember students.

Abstract

Self-injury is self-harming behavior that is carried out intentionally because you cannot express your emotions without the intention of committing suicide. The subject in this study was a 20 year old male counselee, with a disorder that often hurts himself. The subject does this because he feels that nothing can calm his mind and understand his emotions. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy was used in this research because it can identify and change irrational thoughts through cognitive therapy with individual counseling services. This research is action research with two cycles. After the subject realizes that irrational thoughts are the main cause, the subject is directed to good thoughts and a good outlet for emotions. The results of this research are that REBT with cognitive techniques can be a means for subjects to fight their irrational thoughts.

Abstract

The activity of social service with the title of "The Orientation of Mosque management in East Ciputat has a purpose of giving a comprehensive understanding about Mosque management to the Mosque keeper. The method that is being used in this activity would be seminar and a training with competent speakers and the Mosque keepers being the audiences of the activity, they are the leader of the Mosque, secretary, and the treasure bill in the area of east Ciputat south Tangerang. This social service activity was being held in Jami At-Taqwa Mosque pondok Ranji East Ciputat
