Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of administrative staff competence on student administrative services at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency, totaling 190 students. While the number of samples in this study was carried out using Slovin's opinion, from the calculation results obtained a sample size of 66 students. Data collection was carried out in two ways, namely questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. The data analysis technique uses percentage analysis, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis, and determination coefficient analysis. The results of research and data analysis show that, (1) the competence of administrative staff at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale Bone Regency received a very good assessment, with a percentage of 80%, (2) administrative services for students at SMPN 2 Ajangale Bone Regency were also in the very good category, with a percentage of 79%, (3) there is an effect of administrative staff competence of 60.5% on student administrative services, while the remaining 39.5% is influenced by other aspects not examined in this study. From these results, it shows that the higher the competence of administrative staff at UPT SMPN 2 Ajangale, Bone Regency, the more administrative services for students will increase.

Abstract

Internship program is considered as one of the important approaches in preparing students to enter the world of work by gaining practical experience relevant to their field of study. This study aims to evaluate the factors that influence the effectiveness of the internship program in improving the skills and competencies of students majoring in Public Administration at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Puangrimanggalatung University. This research method uses a qualitative approach by interviewing internship students, internship recipient agencies, and the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Puangrimanggalatung University. The data obtained was analyzed using the content analysis method to identify the main themes and patterns in the respondents' responses. The results showed that the driving factors influencing the implementation of the internship program include the suitability of tasks with students' interests and expertise, adequate support and guidance from internship-receiving agencies, and close cooperation between the faculty and relevant agencies. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include a lack of communication between students, supervisors, and faculty, as well as logistical and infrastructural constraints. Based on these findings, this study recommends improved coordination between internship receiving agencies, faculty, and students, adjustment of internship assignments to student needs, and provision of adequate support and guidance during the internship program. In addition, periodic evaluation and feedback from all parties involved are also needed to ensure that the internship program continues to develop and provide optimal benefits for students and related agencies.

Abstract

Gas alam merupakan sumber energi non-terbarukan penting yang memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhan energi dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan jaringan gas alam di rumah-rumah di Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pertagas Niaga sebagai penyedia jaringan gas alam untuk daerah Tempe, Maniangpajo, Pammana, dan Tanasitolo. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengukur Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka 89.4. Layanan jaringan gas alam di Kabupaten Wajo dinilai sebagai layanan yang baik, dengan setiap indikator seperti prosedur layanan, kebutuhan layanan, kejelasan petugas layanan, disiplin petugas layanan, tanggung jawab petugas layanan, kemampuan petugas layanan, kecepatan layanan, keadilan dalam layanan, kesopanan dan keramahan, kebijaksanaan dan kepastian biaya layanan, kepastian jadwal layanan, kenyamanan lingkungan, dan keamanan layanan, semuanya mencapai kategori "Sangat Baik". Dengan demikian, kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan jaringan gas alam untuk rumah tangga di Kabupaten Wajo dikategorikan sebagai sangat baik.

Abstract

This article discusses the Implementation of Education Management Information System (EMIS) Applications and their impact on the effectiveness of data management in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is research that seeks to find new theories and to solve problems that now occur based on data. By utilizing computer information technology (ICT), EMIS provides innovative solutions in managing and analyzing educational data efficiently. This article reviews the effectiveness of EMIS in understanding the program, goal setting, time setting, goal achievement, and real change, as well as providing insight into how the implementation of EMIS can optimize the decision-making process in Islamic educational institutions. Thus, this article provides a deep understanding of the importance of EMIS implementation in improving the effective and efficient management of educational data.
