Abstract

Kreativitas dan inovasi guru dalam konteks pendidikan berbasis digital telah menjadi topik penting dalam upaya meningkatkan perkembangan pendidikan di era teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kreativitas dan inovasi guru dalam meningkatkan perkembangan berbasis digital melalui penerapan bimbingan kelas virtual TV Sekolah yang dilaksanakan di beberapa lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini diantaranya; PAUD Cinta Kasih Ibu Cengkareng Timur Jakarta Barat, RA Baitul Maal, Jln Pesantren No.62B Jurang Mangu Timur Tangerang Selatan, RA Darul Hikmah Taman Permata Indah II Blok D - RT 11 RW 14 Pejagalan Penjaringan Jakarta Utara, dan TK Islam Terpadu Padang Kemangi Natuna. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dari sejumlah guru yang telah aktif menggunakan kelas virtual sebagai alat pendidikan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui kreativitas dan inovasi dalam bimbingan kelas virtual dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan pendidikan berbasis digital dan efektif bagi siswa.

Abstract

Digitalization of early childhood education has targeted learning media. Palform TV Sekolah is present as an alternative to digital-based learning media. This study aims to explore the potential use of TV School media as a medium in increasing digital literacy in early childhood at PAUD Cinta Kasih Ibu Cengkareng Timur, West Jakarta. The research method used is a qualitative description involving 18 early childhood children in PAUD Cinta Kasih Ibu with 6 girls and 12 boys. Data collection techniques used in this study are through observation, interviews and documentation. The research findings show that the use of TV media can increase digital literacy in early childhood. Children demonstrate an increased understanding of the use of technology and electronic media, and their ability to access, evaluate and use information effectively.

Abstract

The competence of educators in understanding inclusive education is very important, so Community Service (PKM) activities are needed with the theme "Increasing the Competency of Early Childhood Educators in Facilitating Children with Special Needs in Inclusive Education Units" in partnership with the AL-IMAN Islamic Education Foundation which is supported by the Education Office and Culture, Social Services, Teacher Activity Center (PKG), Jombang Driving School Community (Sepajo) Jombang Regency. Data collection methods were obtained by conducting interviews and directly observing the learning process implemented at YPI Al-Iman Jombang as well as holding workshops on inclusive education to determine the competence of educators through pre-tests and post-tests. The implementation of the workshop activities showed a positive response from the participants. The results of the workshop on inclusive education in Community Service (PKM) in Jombang Regency are expected to increase understanding and increase the competency of PAUD educators regarding the scope of children with special needs and appropriate handling in inclusive schools that can be applied in their respective institutions
