Abstract

The objective of the research was to reveal and to analyze the influence ofservice quality, socialization, taxation sanction, and environment on taxpayers’compliance directly and through account representative professionalism as moderatingvariable which could strengthen and weaken taxpayers’ compliance.Primary data were gathered by using questionnaires as a mean to prove the result. Thesubjects were 1023 Personal Taxpayers registered in Madya Tax Service Office,Pekanbaru, and 91 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposivesampling technique. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software program.The result of the research showed that the variables of service quality, socialization,and taxation sanction had positive and significant correlation with taxpayers’compliance, while the variable of environment did not. It could be concluded that theincrease in the implementation of service quality, socialization, and taxation sanctionwould increase taxpayers’ compliance at the Madya Tax Service Office in Pekanbaru,but in the variable of environment this condition would not occur. The result of theresearch, using moderating variable, showed that there was positive and significantcorrelation of account representative professionalism in moderating the influence ofsocialization and taxation sanction on taxpayers’ compliance which indicated that therewas the increase in the implementation of account representative professionalism inmoderating the influence of socialism and taxation sanction on the increase intaxpayers’ compliance. For the variables of service quality and environment, accountrepresentative professionalism did not moderate the influence of service quality andenvironment on taxpayers’ compliance which indicated that the increase in theimplementation of account representative professionalism did not moderate theinfluence of service quality and environment on the increase in taxpayers’ compliance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and organizationalculture on employee job satisfaction and Employee Productivity.The population of this research are employee of PDAM Tirta Indragiri, both in theoffice and in the field. The total number of Tirta Indragiri PDAM employees is 174people. The results of the study and discussion are presented using WarpPLS analysis.The result of research was that work discipline had an effect on the employee jobsatisfaction. Organizational culture partially effect on employee job satisfaction. Workdiscipline partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Organizationalculture partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Job satisfactionpartialy has a significant effect on employee productivity. If there is an increase in jobsatisfaction, then the productivity of personnel will increase and vice versa, if there is adecrease, then the productivity will decrease as well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Managerial Ability andCultural Organization Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction Employee Regional GeneralHospital Rokan Hulu.The method used in this research is quantitative. The types and sources ofdata in this study are primary data obtained from the results of empirical research bydistributing questionnaires to employees sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linearregression.The results showed that (1) the ability of managerial partially significant effect onemployee motivation Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Hulu and have a positiveeffect on work motivation or unidirectional. (2) Cultural organizations are partially significanteffect on employee motivation Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Hulu and have apositive effect on work motivation or unidirectional. (3) The ability of managerial partially noeffect on employee satisfaction Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Hulu and have anegative impact on job satisfaction or upside down. (4) The organizational culture is partiallysignificant effect on employee satisfaction Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Huluand have a positive effect on job satisfaction or unidirectional. (5) Factors working motivationpartially significant effect on employee satisfaction Regional General Hospital (Hospital) RokanHulu and have a positive effect on job satisfaction or unidirectional. This means that, dependingon the level of employee satisfaction than the level of employee motivation is concerned. Thebetter the motivation to work, the better employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims at acknowledging the influence of Compensation andCompetence through Service Quality toward the Cinergy of MotorcycleCompanies Class 150 Cc in Pekanbaru. The target of the study is all dialers ofPT. Astra Honda Motor, PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing and PT.Kawasaki Motor Indonesia located in Pekanbaru Metropolitan. The problem ofthe research is the salary and education qualification of sellers which showpositive value every year, but the companies’ activities decrease from 2014 to2016.The population are all dialer sellers–68 persons. All population and 340costumers become the sample of the research. Every variable is examined inorder to determine the level of direct and indirect influence toward the cinergy ofthe company (the quality of service) by using smart PLS 3.0.The research findings show that compensation and competence of servicequality, partially has positive and significant influence toward the cinergy of thecompany. On the other hand, the compensation and competence show indirectinfluence significantly toward the cinergy of the company through the quality ofservice..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership to jobsatisfaction job and impact to school performance of SMP Negeri asPekanbaru City. The population in this study included all vice principla isaslo as teachers of the school, amounting to 120 people. The primary datawere collected by questionnaire as the instrument to prove the result of thestudy, to test the hypotheses using Structural Equation Model-Partial leastSquare with Wrap.PLS.5.0. Sampling technique chosen is sensus sampling(120 teachers SMP Negeri of Pekanbaru City). The results showed that: 1)Leadership of School Principla have significant effect on The Teacher of JobSatisfaction, 2) The Teacher of Job Satisfaction influence on Schoolperformance; .3)Leadership of School Principla influence the SchoolPerformance, and 4)Through Teacher of Job Satisfaction have positive andsignificant impact on the School performance, it can be concluded, TheTeacher of Job Satisfaction have an important role in mediating relationsbetween Leadership of School Principla on the School performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze, the influence of leadershipquality and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on employeeperformance on employee BPJS Employment Region Sumbariau. The researchmethod is explanatory research, where variables are measured by numericalscale, data collecting method using interview, with questionnaire. Dataprocessing using SPSS v18 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesistesting path analysis. The results showed that (1) the quality of leadership had adirect and indirect effect through job satisfaction on employee performance onemployee BPJS Employment Region Sumbariau. (2) Organizational culture hasno direct effect on employee performance, but indirectly influence through jobsatisfaction on employee performance. this is caused by the dimensions ofAutonomy and Entrepreneurship seen from the distribution of respondents answerthis research (3) job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance andjob satisfaction variables which become intervening variable in this researchmediate the quality of leadership and organizational culture, increased if thequality of leadership and organizational culture first through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Leadership, WorkEnvironment and Motivation Against the Performance of Civil Servants SocialAffairs Bengkalis Regency. The Sampling in this research using technique of nonprobability sampling (Purposive Sampling), and sample which included in thisresearch amounts 70 civil servants in the room Scope of Social Service ofBengkalis Regency. In this study the independent variables are Leadership (X1),Work Environment (X2), Motivation (X3) and Performance (Y) by Using Analysisof Two-Stage Regression Data. The research Found that Leadership X1, WorkEnvironment (X2) and Motivation (X3) have significant effect on PerformanceVariable (Y) on Civil Servant of Social Sub-Bureau of Bengkalis Regency. Thisresearch uses two-stage regression, which for the first stage tested the leadershipvariable (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Motivation (X3), the result ofdominant Work Environment is significant to Motivation Variables. While insecond regression test, the result of Leadership variable (X1), Work Environment(X2) and Motivation (X3) have an effect on Performance variable (Y).
