Abstract

Abstract: Samisake's GDP policy has been running in the 6th year, where the policy began to be implemented in 2013, which already has a regulation in the form of Perda No. 12 of 2013 concerning Samisake Revolving Funds, Perwal Number 27 of 2013 concerning technical guidelines for revolving funds and Perwali no. 17 of 2018 concerning the Establishment of the Samadake Revolving Fund Management Unit in the Bengkulu City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office. This policy is targeted to be an embryo of a revolving fund policy in favor of the public interest. Policy information shows that there are problems and challenges in realizing policy targets in the form of expanding employment opportunities or creating new jobs, reducing unemployment and strengthening regional competitiveness. This study is intended to conduct stakeholder analysis on the effectiveness of Samisake's GDP policy. This study was a qualitative study, with informants from the Head and staff of UPTD Samisake, staff of cooperatives and SMEs, administrators and members of the cooperative distributing Samisake GDP funds, communities receiving samisake funds and program companions. Research results show that stakeholders in this policy are. Samisake UPTD, Regional Head, Office of Cooperatives and SMEs, Microfinance Institutions, Villages, Assistance, DPRD, BAPPEDA and Non-Governmental Organizations. The results of this study indicate that policies have not been effective in accordance with the targets of policy regulation, both in terms of management and policy impacts. Financial Circulation is found in MFIs, banks, and the community receiving the program, with limited financial transparency and responsibility. The findings of this study are, it needs mechanisms, systems, and assistance that are focused in order to achieve policy targets. Policy advocacy is needed to improve policy performance in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of educational training and job performance of the compensation received by employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pekanbaru Regional Office. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis method and inferential statistics through Multiple Regression. The method of research using survey methods, of the number of population of 1101 employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Pekanbaru taken a sample of 294 respondents with a stratified random sampling technique. Before testing the hypothesis, test the validity and reliability of the primary data questionnaire using SPSS version 17.0. Regression equations were then tested with analysis of classical assumption of normality test, Multicollinearity Test, Test and Test Heteroskidastity autocorrelation. Analysis of the influence of the independent variables with the dependent variable analysis performed with the t test, F test, the coefficient of determinant (R2) and correlation coefficient (R). The results showed partially and simultaneously, training and educational factors and the job performance have an influence on the compensation received by employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pekanbaru Regional OfficeKeywords: Education Training, Job Performance, Compensation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude seen effect of motivation and discipline of work satisfaction and performance PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru. As for the object of the object of study is the employees at PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru.In this study,the population is population is PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru totaling 173 people, while the sample amounted to 63 employees. The data collected in the form of quantitative data and qualitative consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from employees of PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru through observation and questionnaires.To find out how much discipline and motivation on employee satisfaction with performance. So the way I did it was by using descriptive method that the entire result of the study could be linked to the theories contained in the theoretical description. To find out what are the factors that affect the performance of employees, it can be done by using a two-stage regression.Based on the research results and calculations indicate that motivation has an influence on satisfaction by 0.284 or 28.4%, and the discipline has an influence on the satisfaction of 0.355 or 35.5%, while satisfaction has an influence on the performance of employees is 0.215 or 21.5% in PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru.Keywords : Motivation, Discipline, Employee Satisfaction and Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of employee empowerment and organization culture on commitment organization employee of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru with motivation as intervening variable. In this research consist of two dependent variables and two independent variables. These variables are commitment organization (Y2), Motivation (Y1), Employee Empowerment (X1) and Organization Culture (X1). The research used 124 respondents as samples whom taken from 11 department of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru. The research used descriptive method which gave questionnaire to respondents. From analyze data used path analyze with SPSS (Service for Product and Statistic Solution). The result of the research show that partially employee empowerment (X1) with value t hitung 3,510 , organization culture (X2) with value t hitung 7,783 positively and significantly took effect to commitment organization (Y1). Partially also concluded that motivation (Y1) with value t hitung 2,814 took effect positively and significantly to commitment organization (Y2). The effect of employee empowerment to commitment organization through motivation is 7,161. The effect of organization culture to commitment organization through motivation is 8,932. So that concluded employee empowerment (X1) and organization culture (X2) took effect positively and significantly to commitment organization (Y2) of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru employee through motivation (Y1) as intervening variable.   Keywords: commitment organization, motivation, employee empowerment, organizational culture.

Abstract

This study is to find out the impact of environment and motivation to employee productivity in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar in partially and simultanously. The research population are all employee fror production division of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar for amount of 259 peoples. To determine the sample’s amount is use the Slovin formula. Samples were 157 people, taken by the cluster sampling method while to determine sample is use purposive sampling. To analyze the data are use multiple regression model. According to the study, environment and motivation are simultanously have a significant effect to the emloyee productivity of PTPN Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. To improve the employee productivity, the management have to take a more interrest to the implementation og motivation and environment. Environtment and motivation partially has a significant effect to the employee productivity at Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Motivation has a dominant  effect to productivity than the environment.  Keyword : Environment, Motivation, Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous interpersonal communication and organizational climate simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. South Prima Sejahtera Jaya Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. South PrimaSejahtera Jaya Pekanbaru totaling 35 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive method and regression.The results showed that interpersonal communication variables (X1) partially no effect on the performance of employees, organizational climate variables (X2) partially affect the performance and interpersonal communication variables (X1) and organizational climate variables (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Selatan Prima Sejahtera Jaya Pekanbaru.Companies are advised to keep their employees working organizational climate in a way to keep the working atmosphere is created in a conducive environment so that employees will feel happier in their daily work. Working atmosphere needs to be maintained is the working atmosphere among employees andbetween employees and management.Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Climate, Performance.

Abstract

Low labor productivity was a problem that was often faced by a company in its efforts to increase the benefits to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of leadership, compensation and organizational commitment to employee productivity marketing at PT. Asuransi Bumi Putra. The population in this study amounted to 59 people. While the sampling technique is done by census method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 18.0. Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. The study is quantitative descriptive type kolerasional. The sample in this study are numbered as many as 51 people. Data collection techniques with interviewand questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version. The regression test Partially that each independent variables studied (leadership, work environment and climate organization) has an influence on the dependent variable (morale) it was shown by the results that the leadership variablesignificant effect on employee morale, workplace environment variable significant effect on employee morale, while the organizational climate variables significant effect on employee morale PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. And whilethe simultaneous regression test showed that the independent variables studied (leadership, work environment and climate organization) has an influence on the dependent variable (morale). The magnitude of the effect caused by the threeindependent variables namely 56.9% while the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Organizational Climate and Employee Morale

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang berpengaruh dalam perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Kunir. Petani di Desa Kunir menjadikan  padi sebagai makan pokok sehingga ketika musim penghujan lahan pertanian mereka ditanami padi, selain padi petani juga menanam jagung dan kacang panjang. Pola tanam yang ada di Desa Kunir pada awalnya yaitu padi-padi-palawija menjadi padi-tembakau-palawija. Adanya program kerjasama antara PT Sadana dan Sampoerna menjadikan beberapa kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Rembang mulai ditanami tembakau. Transformasi pertanian yang ada di Desa Kunir akan mempengaruhi kehidupan dari masyarakat yang awalnya petani subsisten menjadi petani komersial. Petani tidak lagi hanya memproduksi untuk dirinya sendiri melainkan untuk produksi pasar yang mencakup lingkup luas. Transformasi pertanian mendorong munculnya perubahan yang ada dalam kehidupan petani di Desa Kunir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work climate and workload on teacher performance, either simultaneously or partially and which variables are the most powerful influence on teacher performance. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The Samples was the entire population of teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Dumai totaling 60 people. The results of simultaneous regressions test (Test-F) showed that the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Partial regression test (Test-t) showed that the work climate variables have the most significant effect on the variable performance of teachers. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) variable leadership, work climate and workload together on the variable performance of teachers is 58,8%, while the remaining 41,2% is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study.The results of research and discussion concluded that leadership, work climate and workload simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Similarly, leadership, work climate and workload partially positive and significant impact on teacher performance. The variables that most strongly to the performance of the teacher is variable work climate.Keywords : Leadership, Work Climate, Workload and Teacher Performance
