Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemasaran produk industri kreatif pada komunitas Ecovillage Wilayah Citarum di Desa Laksana Mekar Kecamatan Padalarang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Berdasarkan analisis situasi terdapat kendala dalam pemasaran produk tersebut secara langsung yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan waktu untuk memasarkan dan keterbatasan tempat pemasaran (outlet). Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dan berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan komunitas Ecovillage, maka salah satu alternatif solusi yang dipilih dan diputuskan adalah dengan melakukan pemasaran secara online (online marketing). Pelatihan diberikan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam memasarkan produk secara online. Metode pelatihan yang diberikan berupa hakekat pemasaran, dasar-dasar pemasaran online dan praktek pembuatan fitur-fitur pemasaran online dengan menggunakan smart phone. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan telah terjadi perubahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan para peserta dalam teori dan praktek pemasaran produk secara online. Disarankan agar ada kegiatan pendampingan lanjutan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknolog informasi yang cepat dan dinamis

Abstract

There is an increasing trend of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Subang District, a region characterized by high population mobility. Hence, this study aims to explain the factors that influence collaboration in HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Subang Regency. This study uses a latent construct of collaboration reflected by five dimensions: governance, administration, organizational authority, mutuality, and norms. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 72 respondents involved in HIV/AIDS prevention and prevention in Subang Regency. The selection of respondents represents government and non-government organizations based on quota sampling. Data were analyzed by Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in the second order confirmatory factor analysis to explain the collaboration measurement model as a latent construct. The results showed that all dimensions of the collaboration construct were valid and reliable. All dimensions can be said to significantly explain the collaborative construct of HIV/AIDS prevention and care. The dimensions of governance are the most valuable factors that influence the construct of collaboration, followed by organizational autonomy, administration, mutuality, and finally norms as dimensions with the smallest contribution value to collaboration.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of human capital and partnership to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in micro and small businesses. The findings of this study contribute to the development of the concept of resource-based view theory to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This is in line with the thought of resource-based view that human capital and partnerships are intangible resources of a company that will determine whether a company can sustainable competitive advantage. However, previous research can not answer the research gap on human capital and partnerships to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This research answers the gap by testing human capital and partnerships to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. High heterogeneity of the company's resources will provide a sustainable competitive advantage because it is more valuable, rare, inimitable, non-substitutional. Abstract

The importance of digital transformation in the 4.0 era requires business organizations to quickly adapt and change their business models in order to continue to survive and be able to compete. This also applies to cooperatives which not only operate as business organizations, but also bring socio-economic value. This study aims to analyze the digital transformation process by raising the locus of cooperatives in the Greater Bandung Region. This study uses mixed methods involving 40 cooperatives as respondents and 10 informants. Data was collected using a questionnaire and an interview process. The research data were analyzed descriptively by using a triangulation process. The results show that the digital transformation of cooperatives in the Greater Bandung area is in a good enough category but still needs to be improved. Abstract

Bisnis saat telah dihadapi lingkungan yang sangat dinamis. Perubahan menjadi strategi yang tidak dapat dihindarkan bagi setiap organisasi. Teknologi menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam merumuskan strategi perubahan organisasi apabila ingin terus bertahan dan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran keadaan perkembangan penelitian mengenai konsep perubahan teknologi dalam organisasi secara komprehensif menggunakan metode bibiliometrik dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis bibliometric yang bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil pemetaan mengenai peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi menggunakan database Scopus sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa konsep peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi sudah dilakukan sejak 1980 dan terus mengalami peningkatan hingga tahun 2001. Sejak tahun 2001 jumlah publikasi mengalami naik turun dan mencapai titik tertinggi pada tahun 2021 dengan jumlah 46 penelitian. Kemudian terdapat 69 topik yang telah dikaitkan dengan konsep peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi yang terbagi ke dalam 10 cluster. Beberapa topik yang kontemporer, yaitu digital technology, big data, higher education, challenges, industry 4.0, public sector, healthcare, social media, organizational design, dan learning management

Abstract

Rapid changes in business encourage organizational leaders to make various transformation efforts in achieving organizational goals. One form of transformation is carried out in the field of leadership known as transformational leadership. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership in PDAM Tirta Alami Batusangkar West Sumatra. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Primary data collection techniques were carried out with in-depth interviews of informants. Secondary data are obtained from various reports and research results. The results show that the application of transformational leadership in general has been implemented. The application of the leadership model has produced various impacts for companies in the form of performance improvement as an impact of idealized influence and inspirational motivation, increased competence in problem solving as an impact of intellectual simulation and the creation of an adaptive work environment to change because of individual consideration. This study recommends that the application of transformational leadership to the inspirational motivational aspect be carried out in a careful, measured, and transparent manner, related to the promise of promotion, because it is quite sensitive and can cause conflicts in the future.Perubahan dalam bisnis yang cepat mendorong para pemimpin organisasi melakukan berbagai upaya transformasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satu bentuk transformasi dilakukan dalam bidang kepemimpinan yang dikenal dengan kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional pada PDAM Tirta Alami Batusangkar Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap para informan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai laporan dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional secara umum sudah diterapkan. Penerapan model kepemimpinan  telah menghasilkan berbagai dampak bagi perusahaan dalam bentuk peningkatan kinerja sebagai dampak idealized influence dan inspirational motivation, peningkatan kompetensi dalam pemecahan masalah sebagai dampak intellectual simulation dan tercipatanya lingkungan kerja yang adaptif terhadap perubahan sebagai dampak dari individual consideration. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional pada aspek motivasi inspirasional dilakukan secara cermat, terukur dan transparan, terkait dengan janji kenaikan pangkat, karena cukup sensitif dan bisa menimbulkan konflik di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi COVID-19 dari bulan Maret tahun 2020, omzet penjualanan usaha UMKM menurun drastis 50%. Sehingga diperlukannya pelatihan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku usaha terkait penjualan. Desain logo dan nama merek juga memiliki pengaruh dalam pemasaran digital. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai pengenalan digital dalam melakukan usahanya secara aman dan proporsional. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei, observasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan tahap evaluasi baik sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dapat mengembangkan bisnis para pelaku UMKM menjadi lebih baik dengan media digital trend 2021, khususnya sosial media. Kesimpulannya adalah pelaku UMKM dapat memulai menyiapkan dan memproses berbagai hal yang terkait dengan strategi bisnis menggunakan media digital secara khusus.
