Abstract

Mesin Bubut adalah suatu Mesin perkakas yang digunakan untuk memotong benda yang diputar. Bubut sendiri merupakan suatu proses pemakanan benda kerja yang sayatannyadilakukan dengan cara memutar benda kerja kemudian dikenakan pada pahat yang digerakkan secara translasi sejajar dengan sumbu putar dari benda kerja. salah satupermasalahan yang terjadi pada mesin bubut adalaah tidak adanya prosedur perawatan mesin eretan yang berfungsi untuk mencekram benda kerja. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmembuat SOP tentang perawatan mesin bubut khususnya pada bagian eretan melintang. Merode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahtervbentuknya SOP bangian eretan melintang pada mesin bubut.Lathe is a machine tool used to cut rotated objects. Lathe itself is a process of feeding workpieces whose incisions are carried out by rotating the workpiece then worn on the toolthat is moved in translation parallel to the rotating axis of the workpiece. one of the problems that occur in the lathe is the absence of erection machine maintenance procedures that serve to grip workpieces. The purpose of this study was to make an SOP on the treatment of lathes, especially in cross section erections. The method used is the observation method. The results of this study are the formation of a cross-sectional SOP on a lathe.

Abstract

Kegiatan perawatan (Maintenance) meliputi kegiatan pengontrolan,  service  sampai  dengan perbaikan  atau  pergantian  suku cadang atau komponen yang terdapat pada fasilitas mesin mesin tersebut. Selain itu, peranan perawatan mesin sangat penting untuk menjaga agar produksi berjalan dengan baik dan lancer sehingga terhindar dari kemungkinan  kerusakan  mesin,  menurunnya  produktivitas  jam  kerja  dan  biaya perawatan  yang  tinggi. Pada dasarnya yang diharapkan dari beberapa mesin tidak  lain  untuk meningkatkan efektifitas serta porsi ke untungan bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penggunaan mesin produksi tidakterlepas dari adanya pemeliharaan  yang  menjaga  agar  mesin produksi tetap terus dapat berjalan dan menjaga kestabilan produksi. Oleh  karena  rumusan masalah Bagaimana Cara Perawatan High Grade Fugal (Hgf) Robert Ws Centrifugal Tipe G– 12 Di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X PG. Meritjan Kediri Jawa Timur?” Berdasarkan  hasil  yang    telah  dilakukan,  maka didapatkan simpulan sebagai berikut Troubleshooting yang sering terjadi pada mesin HGF ada beberapa hal,  yaitu: . pada AS, AS putus, karena Bearing aus., Pada Stang hensim,stang hansim putus kerena terlalu lama pemakaian, Pada Koberbofer, kerena terlalu lamapemakaian Perawatan pada mesin HGF yaitu : Sering melakukan pengecekan pada rumahbering, stang hensim, dan koberbofer pada saat over houl Maintenance activities (Maintenance) include control activities, service to repair or replacement of parts or components contained in the engine facilities of the machine. In addition, the role of engine maintenance is very important to keep the production running well and smoothly so as to avoid the possibility of engine damage, decreased working hours productivity and high maintenance costs. Basically what is expected from some machines is nothing but to increase the effectiveness and portion to profit for the company. Therefore the use of production machinery is inseparable from the maintenance that keeps the production machinery running and maintaining the stability of production. Therefore, both the main engine and the supporting engine must obtain optimal maintenance or maintenance in order to facilitate production activities. This is part of the Meritjan Kediri PG, where all production processes are carried out using a variety of machines. Abstract

Opak Gambir, or better known as the "semprong cake" community, is one of the leading commodities in the City of Small and Medium Enterprises (IKM) of Kediri. This community service program is a processed business "Opak Gambir" which is made from tapioca flour which is one of the household industries in Kediri City. The purpose of this community service program is as an effort to overcome the problems faced by partners with the following stages: 1) Making a semi-automatic production machine does not need to flip through the Opak Gambir dough and there are many molds in the machine. At present the production that is carried out still uses manual labor so that in producing it is still less efficient it requires a long time and a lot of costs, 2) Providing training and assistance to find out the efficiency of the production used. The result of this service program was to produce a semi-automatic Opak Gambir machine with an electric dynamo for production efficiency so that the business would get optimal profits. Keywords—: Production Machines; Opak Gambir; Production Efficiency.

Abstract

The increase in NOx levels produced by CNG-fueled engines occurs when the fuel switches from gasoline to gas fuel (CNG). The author changed the otto 4 stroke gasoline engine, into a CNG-fueled motorbike and provided additional cooling in the form of a burst of air to the cylinder block. Changes in engine block temperature are detected using a temperature sensor placed on the engine oil. Bursts of air cooling result in temperature changes in engine oil. Changes in engine oil temperature are accompanied by changes in the resulting NOx emissions. This study shows that with a decrease in engine oil temperature in the combustion engine, NOx emission levels also decrease. From the research results it can be ignored that by providing additional air bursts will be able to reduce NOx emissions by up to 18%

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises have an important role in supporting the national economy. They need to be supported to be able to compete globally. This study aims to design a banana chip slicer machine by considering the ergonomics of the research partners. The object of the research is the process of banana slicing done by a banana chips maker located in Kediri Regency, East Java Province. The Business actors have been running their business since 2010 with 10 employees. Slicing is one of the key processes which determines the product quality in the manufacturing of banana chips. The problem that occurs in the object of observation is that the chopping is done manually, carried out with the same movements, and repeatedly, takes a long time to cause musculoskeletal disorders, namely impaired function of the muscles, joints, and spine. The problem that occurs in the object of observation is that the slicing was done manually for a long time, carried out with the same repeated movements, causing cause musculoskeletal disorders, namely impaired function of the muscles, joints, and spine. In addition, workers must be trained and precise in slicing bananas to get the same thickness. Slicing is done on a wood-fueled pawon stove which interferes with breathing. Furthermore, the slicing movements must be carried out as quickly as possible which can result in injury to the hands and their muscles. In the current condition, the research results showed a high RULA value, namely 6. Optimization was successfully carried out with two schemes. The first scheme used a slicing machine design using arm support and repetitive motion. While the second scheme used a slicing machine design with arm support and intermittent movement. The simulation of the two schemes showed a decrease in RULA value from 6 to 2, which means the process is acceptable and safe for workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing the exhaust gas emission test result from Honda Brio Satya with variation of fuel 2) Knowing the type of fuel that produces the lowest exhaust gas emission value. This research is using experimental method. This research was conducted in the automotive workshop of SMKN Udanawu Blitar Regency. Test media is a Honda Brio Satya type E 2017. The emission test used QROTEC QRO 402 gas analyzer. The results show that: 1) There is influence of fuel type to vehicle exhaust emissions, both at idle and intermediate rotation; 2) The average of CO gas emissions at idle rotation with fuel of each premium, pertalite and pertamax are 0.026%, 0.023% and 0.003%. The average of HC gas emission at idle rotation in each fuel type are 87 ppm, 86.3 ppm and 30 ppm. Thus, pertamax fuel produces the lowest level of exhaust emissions. The third fuel type still meets the threshold of motor vehicle emissions threshold in accordance with PERMEN LH No. 5 of 2010 so it is worthy to be used as an environmentally friendly learning media.

Abstract

The purposes  of this study were: (1) To determine the effect of using 10% bioethanol mixture on the level of CO emission in corolla twincam AE92; (2) To determine the effect of using carbon cleaner with engine gurah technique on the level of CO emission in corolla twincam AE92; and (3) To determine the effect of using carbon cleaner with engine gurah technique and 10% bioethanol mixture on the level of CO emission in corolla twincam AE92. This research was conducted in the workshop of DISHUB Kediri City. This research is using experimental method. The exhaust emission test used  STARGAS 898 Technotest of gas analyzer. The result of study show: (1) There was a decrease in the percentage of CO gas levels of 0.756% when using  10% bioethanol mixture compared to using premium fuel; (2) There was a decrease in the percentage of CO gas levels of 0,268% when using  carbon cleaner with engine gurah technique compared the condition before using carbon cleaner; (3) There was a decrease in the percentage of CO gas levels of 1,383% when using  carbon cleaner with engine gurah technique and 10% bioethanol mixture compared the condition before using carbon cleaner and 10% bioethanol mixture.

Abstract

Performance testing of solar thermal cooking. At the large institute of energy conversion technology, the body's assessment and application of technology. Practical Work. Serang: Mechanical Engineering Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, 2019. Solar thermal cooking is a technology that works by utilizing solar energy. This test uses observational methods, interviews, documentation and experiments, to determine the performance of solar cooking that is being developed by the Center for Energy Conversion Technology as a cooking aid to reduce or can replace firewood, LPG gas and electric stoves. The purpose of testing is the use of alternative energy that can be developed and possibly can be produced as a renewable technology. Conclusions testing for solar thermal cooking performance obtained data such as the highest radiation 930,211 W / m ^ 3 for the temperature 166⁰C these data as a result of the performance of solar cooking performance and the results of the temperature test produced on cooking reached> 80⁰C the temperature can pass the cooking conditions starting from boiling water, boiling eggs and so on.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of using HCL solution and coffee bean husk on levels of (Sodium Oxide) Nox and Carbon Oxide (CO) . The method of this research is tru experiment on the process of carbon activation carried out by using HCl solution. The results showed that there was an effect of coffee beans and the use of HCL solutions on Nox and CO levels ( can reduce CO exhaust emissions in the range of 6.62-39.02% and reduce exhaust emissions of NOx in the range 13.08-39.05%)

Abstract

Cassava biogasoline was tested on electronic fuel injection vehicles in urban traffic conditions with varying engine load. Biogasoline tested includes B0, B10, B20, and B30. The engine speed was operated within 750 to 1800 rpm (low-speed range) to simulate urban traffic condition. The engine load was varied through the operation of air conditioner (AC). Fuel consumption was measured in real terms (ml/s) and CO emissions were measured with the Hesbon HG 520 Engine Gas Analyzer (EGA) in the percentage of total exhaust gas. The results showed that B10 has the lowest fuel consumption of 0.24 ml/s in conditions without AC and 0.41 ml/s with AC. Meanwhile, CO emissions tend to be constant with change in the proportion of cassava biogasoline and increased with additional AC load.
