Abstract

The highway is a target trajectory of transportation that serves to reach from one place to another. Therefore, to improve and expedite the flow of traffic on roads Binangun, District Binangun, Blitar in East Java requires good planning in order to obtain good results and also economically. This study aims to plot thick rigid pavement on roads Binangun with melekukan survey include traffic data on average daily, know the condition of the road, and the measurement path. This plan is intended to plan a road thick rigid pavement on roads Binangun. The method used in the planning of this road is rigid pavement using NAASRA (National Association of Australian State Road Authorities). Data analysis methods used, among others, are planning a thick slab of concrete, reinforcement planning, planning connection (Dowel and Tie Bar). Expenses for rigid pavement construction planning amounted to 60,243,947.1 kg/m3 of load for flexible pavement construction planning amounted to 48,009,707.1 kg/m3 . The number of vehicles according the survey data over the age of plans based on the total fatigue approaching or equal to 100 % . The importance of the rigid pavement thickness to be used on roads Binangun Blitar District of Binangun are 180 mm = 18 cm. Keywords: Rigid Pavement, NAASRA

Abstract

Roughness of the road is a system composed of several layers of material that is placed on the land-base (subgrade).Construction of elastic roughness (flexible pavement) consists of four layers, namely the surface layer (surface course), the upper layers of the Foundation (base course), a layer of Foundation bottom (subbase course), the basic soil Layer (subgrade).The main objective of the building of roughness is to provide a flat surface with skid resistance, with fairly long service lifespan, as well as minimum maintenance. To smooth the roughness is done.This road roughness along 1 km with an average width of 7,5 m in this study the author discusses the planning process calculation of thick layer (overlay) by using a method of analysis of the components of the Department of public works, based on the results of the calculation, obtained the order of thick layer (overlay) consists of the Foundation of the baw ah (Sub Base) 20 cm thick, Foundation top (Base Course) 15 cm thick, long layer surface (Surface) 5 cm. And obtained that the surface layer (overlay) approx 6 cm type of Asphalt Macadam with age plan 10 year and the growth rate of traffic gained 1% per year.

Abstract

Persimpangan Kota Batu, merupakan salah satu persimpangan di wilayah kota Batu yang tingkat arusnya ramai lancar. Hal ini disebapkan karena merupakan salah satu kota wisata dijawa timur dan juga penghubung utama malang-kediri dan malang-jombang. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, diperlukan evaluasi dan optimalisasi kinerja simpang. Dalam mengevaluasi kinerja simpang bersinyal harus berdasarkan pada MKJI 1997, agar prosedur kinerja yang dijalankan berjalan sisitematis, teratur, dan tertib sehingga bisa dipertangung jawabkan secara ilmiah. Untuk mengoptimalisasikan simpang bersinyal simpang empat kota batu, dilakukan beberapa alternatif perbaikan. Hasil dari analisa panjang antrian dan tundaan simpang bersinyal Simpang Empat Kota Batu didapatkan nilai Panjang Antrian dan Tundaan antara lain sebagai berikut: Panjang antrian Jalan Wukir : Pagi 473,01 meter, siang 481,78 meter, sore 478,27 meter. Panjang antrian Jalan Diponegoro : Pagi 73,36 meter, siang 73,48 meter, sore 73,36 meter. Panjang antrian Jalan Imam Bonjol Bawah : Pagi 121,49 meter, siang 124,89 meter, sore 128,29 meter. Panjang antrian Jalan arah Patimura : Pagi 67,96 meter, siang 68,07 meter, sore 67,87 meter. Tundaan Simpang rata-rata: Pagi : 226,43 dtk/smp, Siang : 232,99 dtk/smp, Sore :232,19 dtk/smp. Kata kunci : Antrian,Tundaan simpang bersignal ABSTRACT The intersection of Batu City, is one of the intersections in Batu city area that the current level is crowded smoothly. This is because it is one of the eastern tourist towns and also liaison malang-kediri and malang-jombang. In this connection, evaluation and optimization of intersection performance is required. In evaluating the performance of the intersection should be based on MKJI 1997, so that the performance procedures that run running sisitematis, regular, and orderly so that can be held scientifically answered. To optimize the intersection of the intersection of four stone towns, several alternative improvements were made. The result of queue length analysis and intersection delay of intersection of Batu City got the value of Queue Length and Delay among others as follows: Length of queue Wukir Road: Morning 473,01 meter, afternoon 481,78 meter, afternoon 478,27 meter. Abstract

The highway is public roads that are part of the road network system and as national roads whose use is required to pay tolls. The Pasuruan – Probolinggo highway or Paspro is a 45 km long toll road connecting the Pasuruan area with Probolinggo. This research uses field survey or observation methods, Focus Group Discussion, primary and secondary case, and data analysis. According, plan the highway, it is necessary to plan a rest area according to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 10 / PRT / M / 2018. Rest and Service Area, hereinafter referred to as TIP, is a rest area equipped with various public facilities for toll road users, so that both drivers, passengers, and their vehicles can rest temporarily. The rest area in Probolinggo Regency consists of 2 points located at the locations, namely at Km 819 A and 819 B; km 833 A and 833 B. Rest areas for toll roads or TIP are included in category B with an area of ​​3 ha. Planning and Concepts of Rest Areas in Probolinggo Regency include rest areas as tourist destinations (has a beautiful view/scenic road), the rest area is also the transit area between modes of transportation, rest areas as logistics and toll roads that are integrated with industrial area.

Abstract

Landungsari Market is one of the traditional markets built by the local village government to accelerate the village economy. Previously, Landungsari Market was a temporary market but with an increase in sellers who were moved from the original Merjosari market so that the local government made the Landungsari market a permanent market today. With the increasing number of seller stalls in the Landungsari market, the parking lot in the Landungsari market has decreased so that it demands the possibility of illegal parking occurs in some areas of the market. The research objective was to determine the characteristics of parking, parking feasibility, and parking solutions. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results obtained in this study are the number of parking spaces is still less than the number of parking vehicles, namely for two-wheeled parking lots, the parking needs exceed the normal capacity, while the average motorbike parking space unit is 129 parking spaces and the average The car park space unit is 11 parking spaces, so with this condition, it is deemed inappropriate parking facilities and additional parking lots to increase the parking capacity of vehicles, especially for two-wheeled vehicles

Abstract

Soil conditions as a foundation and greatly affect the quality of service and road construction conditions. This condition occurs in Ngantru Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency which is the object of research. The research objectives include knowing the characteristics of the soil, knowing the effect of soil conditions on road damage and knowing the solution to the problem of road damage due to soil conditions. The data in this study include primary data and secondary data. The results of the study include the average value of the plasticity index of 0.60% <10% with silt soil type and the plasticity index value of 6% and the average moisture content value of 33.3%, the average CBR value of 8.20%. CBR average of 8.20%, so it can be concluded that the soil condition affects the road damage. The solution in this research is to repair the road by excavating the damaged part of the road.

Abstract

Abstract Public transportation for passengers on the Malang - Kediri route is a transportation that serves between cities within the province, and this route is one of the very long routes with a travel time of ± 4 hours. Over time, planners sometimes need to re-evaluate the performance of Bus transportation to meet the standard values of the Land Transportation Service. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of public transport services, public transport productivity, and to make alternative solutions related to the results of performance evaluation of public transport services. In this study, the assessed public transport performance indicators are load factor, headway, frequency, number of operating vehicles, travel speed, service time, waiting time, travel time, and also indicators of service satisfaction assessed are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Indicators - These indicators are obtained from the results of dynamic surveys and static surveys. From the results of the evaluation of public transport service standards according to the Director General of Land Transportation, the performance of the Malang - Kediri route public transport is in the medium category. There are 4 factors for the satisfaction of passengers who have services with a high level of importance and low performance, while 15 other factors have a good / high level of importance and performance. The productivity of the Malang - Kediri route public transport is 31 pnp / day-vehicle. Alternative solution given is: improving service performance by repairing services that are not in accordance with service standards, and supported by the participation of the Government as policy makers and decisive action for violations of service standards, especially city transportation services. Abstract

Kertanegara is one of the roads in Malang Regency. The location of Kartanegara Road is considered to be one of the locations prone to accidents due to the lack of traffic infrastructures such as signs and road markings. The road is also an alternative highway that connects Malang Regency to Batu City. The data obtained shows that traffic accidents amounted to 43 of all types of traffic violations from 2016-2018. In 2016, 2017, and 2018, the number of accident victims was 18 accidents, 9 accidents, and 16 accidents. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of Kertanegara road, accident-prone points, and solutions used to reduce the number of accidents. The analytical method used is the analysis of road characteristics, Z-Score, and Cusum analysis. The results obtained that service level of Kertanegara road is 0.61 where the flow is stable, the traffic density is moderate. Based on the analysis of the determination of accident-prone points, the result of Kartanegara road segment, Malang Regency, has a Z-Score for segment I of 0.25 and segment II of 0.17 which is included in the accident-prone criteria because it has a positive Z-Score. Kartanegara Road has also been identified as a black spot because it has a positive cusum value, including the Cusum segment I values of 7.00 and segment II of 13.3. The solution is to provide a traffic sign in the form of a traffic light at the intersection of Police Karangploso road and the intersection of Sentana road, providing management officer traffic flow in Simpang Nuril road and providing warning signs that are prone to accidents and vehicle speed limit at the Crossroads Kauman I and intersection Nuril road.

Abstract

Urban public transport describes part of the urban transportation system that plays a very significant role in supporting public mobility. This role makes urban public transportation a very strategic aspect and is expected to be able to accommodate all population activities. The Kraksaan Urban Area is the capital of Probolinggo Regency which is the center of regional activities, both the center of government, the center of trade, and various other economic activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the trip generation and trip attraction (passengers) of the need for urban public transportation, identify route network plans for urban public transportation, identify potential locations for supporting urban public transportation facilities, and direction on the operational performance of urban public transportation. The approach taken is a planning approach, a policy approach related to the development of transportation facilities, a regional approach and a growth approach. The data analysis methods used are passenger characteristics analysis, trip generation and attraction analysis, trip distribution analysis, analysis of public transport operational performance, evaluation of public transport services and SWOT analysis. The result of this research is the characteristics of 71% of the people stating their willingness to change modes and the remaining 29% are not willing. The largest attraction for movement based on the number of facilities is in Patokan, Kraksaan Wetan and Semampir Villages. The external zone of the community comes from outside the Kraksaan District, namely Dringu, Pajarakan, Tegal Siwalan, Gending and Banyuanyar Districts. Zone division based on the planned urban public transportation route in the Kraksaan District Urban Area is divided into two zones, namely the northern and southern zones. Based on the SWOT results, the identification of internal and external factors that affect the performance of public transportation in Urban Kraksaan is obtained.

Abstract

Pembangunan whiz prime hotel pada tahun 2017 sampai saat ini yang berlokasi di Jl. Basuki Rahmat No.85-87, Kelurahan Klojen, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang menimbulkan bangkitan lalulintas baru di kawasan tersebut dan kemudian akan memberikan tambahan volume lalu lintas yang membebani jalan-jalan sekitar Jl. Basuki Rahmat yang mana pada kondisi saat ini (eksisting) khususnya pada jam sibuk. Terlebih lagi lokasi pembangunan gedung berjarak sekitar 50 meter yang mempengaruhi sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan dan tundaan kendaraan. Pendekatan teknis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-evaluatif yaitu mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting dan permasalahan yang terjadi dengan membanding dengan kondisi sebelumnya. Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu level of service (LOS) persimpangan tahun 2016 ialah F saat pagi dan sore hari, tundaan simpang 517-520 (det/smp). Tahun 2020 data LOS didapatkan ialah F saat pagi dan sore hari dengan tundaan simpang 563-520 (det/smp). Pembangunan whiz prime hotel tidak mempengaruhi kinerja persimpangan secara signifikan akan tetapi terjadi penambahan tundaan simpang.
