Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan karakteristik kelompok SHK Lestari dikawasan hutan raya Wan Abbdurahman-Hurun Kabupaten Pesawanan Provinsi Lampung; (2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor-faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman); (2) menyusun alternatif strategi pemberdayaan kelompok tani SHK. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis IFE, EFE dan Matriks IE yang diolah secara kuantitatif serta Matriks SWOT yang diolah secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani SHK Lestari adalah dapat dikategorikan kelompok yang sudah mandiri dengan dinamika kelompok yang kuat, terarah dengan tujuan kelompok yang jelas. Strategi pemberdayaan berdasarkan matrik IE yang harus dijalankan kelompok tani adalah penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, pengembangan produk, integrasi ke belakang, integrasi ke depan dan integrasi horizontal. Dari analisis faktor IFE dan EFE yang dituangkan kedalam matriks SWOT faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam strategi pemberdayaan kelompok tani SHK Lestari adalah menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang (S-O) yang berada pada penilaian tertinggi. Implementasi strategi pemberdayaan kelompok tani SHK Lestari berdasarkan gambaran matriks IE dan SWOT, maka langkah-langkah yang harus diambil adalah sebagai berikut; 1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani lebih terlatih untuk dapat bertahan dan mengelola lahan pertanian secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan, 2) Memanfaatkan pendampingan LSM terutama dalam hal pengembangan, pelatihan dan bantuan fasilitas kelompok SHK Lestari, 3). Memaksimalkan kinerja KUB dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi web dan fasilitas  transportasi untuk pengembangan pemasaran hasil pertanian kelompok.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are : (1) to describe the characteristics of the SHK Lestari group in the Wan Abbdurahman-Hurun forest of Pesawanan district, Lampung Province; (2) identifying internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats); (2) to formulate alternative of empowerment strategy of SHK farmer group. The methodology used is the analysis of IFE, EFE and IE matrix which is processed quantitatively and SWOT matrix which is processed qualitatively. The results obtained that the empowerment conducted by SHK Lestari farmer groups can be categorized as an independent group with strong group dynamics, directed to clear group objectives. Empowerment strategies based on IE matrix that farmer groups must run are market penetration, product development, product development, backwand integration, forwand integration and horizontal integration. From the analysis of IFE and EFE factors poured into the SWOT matrix the crucial factor to be considered in the SHK Lestari farmers empowerment strategy is to use the power to exploit the opportunity (S-O) in the highest scoring. Implementation of SHK Lestari farmer empowerment strategy strategy based on IE and SWOT matrix description, the steps to be taken are as follows; 1) Increase the knowledge and skills of more trained farmers to be able to survive and manage agricultural land independently and sustainably, 2) Utilizing NGO assistance, especially in terms of development, training and assistance of SHK Lestari group facilities, 3). Maximize KUB performance and leverage the development of web technologies and transportasi facilities for the development of group farming marketing.

Abstract

Development of Islamic syariah banking industry still has its drawback, some of it were peoples understanding on the bank operational, narrow network, and limited skilled of human resources on syariah bank. The development of syariah bank depends on its ability to deliver excellent services to people who need product and service of Islamic syariah bank. One measure of excellent service and product is customer satisfaction. The result of this study showed that the reason in choosing BNI Syariah was not only religious factor but its quality of service which should be improved. In general, UUS BNI performance in all attributes of bank and deposit fund product have not satisfied its customers because there were still discrepancies between their actual and expected services. The most importance bank attributes according to the respondents were strategic location, branches network, credibility, professionalism, syariah ideology and hospitality. The most importance deposit fund product attributes according to the respondens were security of fund, convenience procedure of fund withdrawal, profit and loss sharing principle and technology. According to the results there were 4 (four) options of marketing strategies recommended to UUS BNI in order to be more competitive in the market. Firstly, UUS BNI has to be able to create image as Islamic and professional banking. Secondly, UUS BNI has to develop market through additional of branches. Thirdly, UUS BNI has to improve its technology by adding features on ATM technology. Fourthly, UUS BNI has to offer more attractive profit sharing. Perkembangan perbankan syariah masih memiliki banyak hambatan, antara lain pemahaman atas operasional bank syariah, jumlah jaringan bank syariah dan keahlian sumber daya manusia dibidang bank syariah. Perkembangan perbankan syariah yang baik tergantung dari kemampuan memberikan produk dan jasa yang baik kepada nasabah. Satu ukuran tentang pemberian produk dan jasa yang baik adalah kepuasan nasabah (customer satisfaction). Hasil studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa alasan memilih bank syariah bukan hanya faktor agama, sehingga bank harus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Secara umum kinerja UUS BNI dalam semua atribut bank dan Produk Dana Pihak Ketiga belum memberikan kepuasan terhadap nasabahnya terbukti masih ada perbedaan harapan dan kenyataan. Menurut responden, atribut bank yang penting adalah lokasi yang strategis, jaringan kantor cabang, kredibilitas, profesionalisme, idiology syariah dan keramahan. Sedangkan atribut Produk Dana Pihak Ketiga yang penting menurut responden adalah keamanan dana, prosedur penarikan dana yang mudah, prinsip bagi hasil dan teknologi. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas ada 4 (empat) usulan strategi pemasaran bagi UUS BNI agar dapat kompetitif. Pertama, UUS BNI harus dapat menciptakan citra sebagai bank syariah yang profesional. Kedua, UUS BNI harus mengembangkan pasar dengan menambah jumlah kantor cabang. Ketiga, UUS BNI harus memperbaiki layanan pada teknologi ATM. Keempat, UUS BNI harus menawarkan bagi hasil yang lebih menarik melalui pembiayaan yang optimal.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the use of problem-based learning, inquiry learning strategies, and critical thinking skills on exposition writing ability. The research method used is an experimental method, in two different study groups. The research design used was factorial design. Data grouping is distinguished through two treatments, namely learning strategies and critical thinking called factors or main effects and differences in each treatment called levels. Based on the results of the calculations, the research results obtained that: (1) There are differences in the ability to write expositions between students who study using problem-based learning strategies and inquiry strategies. (2) There are differences in the ability to write an exposition of students who have high critical thinking skills with students who have low critical thinking skills. (3) For students who have high critical thinking skills, the ability to write expositions is better using problem-based learning strategies than using inquiry strategies. (4) For students who have low critical thinking skills, the ability to write exposition is higher using an inquiry strategy than using a problem-based learning strategy. (5) There is an interaction effect between the use of problem-based learning strategies and students’ critical thinking on the ability to write expositions.Keywords: Problem Based Learning; Critical Thinking

Abstract

AbstractThe Research is motivated by reality in the field, where teachers have a strategic role in improving the quality of education in schools. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between supervisory competence and school leadership with teacher performance. This research was conducted on elementary schools in Zone 1 of Pandeglang Regency. The method used was a survey technique with a Likert scale, using a questionnaire with a sample of 168 respondents. The analysis of research data using descriptive analysis, simple regression and multiple regressions with the SPSS software version 20 for windows. From the estimated standard for supervisory competency variables (X1), school leadership (X2) and teacher performance (Y), with the equation Y = 32.973 + 0.116X1 + 0.155X2. The analysis results are in the level of the close relationship between supervisory competence and school's leadership along with the teachers’ performance are 0,467 that included in the medium category. Meanwhile the contribution magnitude of the supervisory competence and school leadership variables along with the teachers' performance was 21.8% and the remaining 78.2% was contributed by other factors outside the research model.Keywords: Principal Supervision Competencies, School Leadership and Teachers Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian penelitian permasalahan timbulnya hambatan dalam implementasi kebijakan Peraturan Bupati No 27 tahun 2015 tentangperekrutan Mantri Tani Desa Peranannya sebagai pendamping penyuluh pertanian di Desa PadasukaKecamatan Maja Kabupaten Lebak dalam meningkatkan hasil produksi UPSUS PAJALE.Mantri Tani Desa sebagai pendamping penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Lebak tentu tidak luput dari hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh petugas Mantri Tani Desa karena peran Mantri Tani Desa sebagi pendamping penyuluh memegang  peranan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembangunan pertanian, perikanan secara nasional. Peneliti mengindetifikasi bahwa implementasi kebijakan tentang Mantri Tani Desa peranannya sebagai pendamping penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Lebak dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil produksi PAJALE baik di pengaruhi oleh aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Aspek-aspek tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap berhasilnya tidaknya Program Mantri Tani Desa. Hasil penelitian tentang implementasi kebijakan Program Mantri Tani Desa(MTD) sebagai pendamping penyuluh di Kabupaten Lebak dalam upaya meningkatkan khusus padi, jagung, kedelaidan merupakan kajian ilmiah dan diharapkan dapat menjadi wacana untuk menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan bagi peneliti dan peneliti berikutnya, karena Program Mantri Tani sebagai pendamping penyuluh di Desadi Kabupaten Lebak baru pertama kali diimplementasikan di Indonesia.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The application of technology to build a production process in agriculture so that the results of the agriculture are still running and sustainable. The research was conducted in Cikembulan Village, Kadungora District, Garut Regency. Farmers in Kadungora District are farmers who take advantage of the application of Smart Farming 4.0 technology in the form of using RITX Soil & Weather Sensor to record realtime land conditions and predict the weather. The research objective is to analyze farmer behavior; what factors can influence farmer behavior; the influence of farmer behavior in farming management with the application of smart farming technology 4.0 on the progress of their farming. This research design is a predictive and descriptive study involving several concepts. Descriptive analysis is expected to provide an explanation of the phenomenon of farmer behavior who applies this technology. The results of the analysis prove that the direct effect of the variable (genetic factors) to (farmer behavior in the application of smart farming) is -0.269, that it does not have a positive impact on the contrary reduces the behavior of farmers in the application of smart farming. The relationship between (individual external factors) is 0.392, namely, individual external factors have a positive impact in increasing farmer behavior in implementing smart fariming by 39.2%. to (Smart farming Technology Application Success Rate) has a direct effect of -0.108. The dependent variable, the indicator of Knowledge, Attitude, and Skills is quite significant in measuring the perception of the Y1 variable, namely 86.2%, 80.5%, and 78.2% respectively. As for, and being able to measure perceptions of 99.9% and 68.4%.

Business tourism has the aim of developing interests and talents in entrepreneurship and helping provide insight to business tourism participants. Areas that have business tourism will affect the economy, overcome unemployment, and preserve the nature and culture of the community. Institutional training and business tours are carried out in various places. One of them is in Tegal Waru Village, Bogor. The research method used in this study is a survey method. The benefits of research are to identify the role of the community in local resource-based business tourism, training activities for the people of Tegal Waru Village and people from other regions. This research is a type of qualitative research with the aim of describing the problems in the research area descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the Kampoeng Wisata Bisnis Tour program is a program to hone the business spirit and understanding of a home industry-based product. The program provided by Kuntum Organizer apart from enjoying the rural atmosphere, visitors are also given the necessary training such as training on making nata de coco, bag making, catfish cultivation, handicrafts, and so on in Tegal Waru Village. Training activities and business tours are carried out based on local resources, where visitors are given direct training by home industry craftsmen
