Abstract

Diskominfo Kota Sukabumi memiliki aplikasi SUPER (Sukabumi Participatory Responder) sebagai sarana masyarakat kota Sukabumi dalam melakukan laporan pengaduan ataupun aspirasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai strategi yang dilakukan Diskominfo terkait dengan hadirnya inovasi aplikasi SUPER sebagai sarana pengaduan masyarakat kota Sukabumi. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. Peneliti menggunakan konsep manjemen strategi public relations oleh Cutlip, Center, dan Broom dalam buku Effective Public Relations, mengenai teori empat Langkah proses Public Relations (2005 : 268) yaitu membahas terdapat analisis situasi, membuat rencana dan program, berindak dan berkomunikasi, dan evaluasi program. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi aplikasi SUPER Diskominfo kota Sukabumi sebagai sarana pengaduan masyarakat kota sukabumi sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Diskominfo kota Sukabumi melalui sosialisasi secara online dan offline, pengelolaan, juga pengembangan aplikasi SUPER.

Abstract

This phenomenon of self diagnose through online resources in the era of the covid-19 pandemic is something that is dangerous in the diagnosis process. Information literacy about health plays an important role in the process of self-diagnosis of this phenomenon. This study will discuss how the experience of health information literacy is for patients who self-diagnose through online resources in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This study will use a qualitative method by integrating a phenomenological approach and the seven pillars of information literacy standards. The results of this study show that there are physical and psychological vulnerabilities, which have an impact on information neglect, the quality of health information that makes patients depressed, and corrective actions from expert informants and references.
