Abstract

This is a Classroom Action Research, to knowthe  increase of students achievement in vocational competency ofclass X ATPH I SMK 3Takalar. The research’s subject are 32 students in class X ATPH I SMK 3Takalar at 2014/2015.This research performed in 2 cycles and each cycle consist of 4 times meeting. The data connected frompre-test and post-test at the end of each cycle. Classically completeness in the pre-test 31,25%. In the first cycle student achievement increase 37.5%so that classically completeness become 68.75% and the second cycle students achievement increase 21.87% so that classically completeness become 90.62%. Based on the results, group investigation (GI) learning model can improve student achievement of vocational competency of SMK Negeri 3 Takalar

Abstract

This is class action research which aimed to improve the student’s achievement in plant propagation vegetative subject especially in transplanting and cultivation material atthe X class  in SMK Negeri 3 ATPH Takalar. The subjects of this research consisted of 35 student’s. The data that has been collected; is analyzed using quantitative and qualitative data.  Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the aplication of Mind Mapping  method can improve the student’s achievement. The result of the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle IIthat has a significant improvement. Before applying Mind Mapping method, the student’s average score is about 54.15 with standard completeness 17.14%, the value of student’s learning achievement in cycle I average  71,82 with standard completeness 71,42%,  but it is not fulfilled on the standard classical completeness 85%, so that it is continued to the cycle II. After reflecting on  the cycle I, a significant improvement of the  student’s achievement in the cycle II increase average score 79.04 with standard completeness 91.42%. In the other words, the student’s achievement is fulfilled on minimal completenessstandard and classical completeness standard > 85%

Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-module based on android as a learning media for information and communication technology guidance in junior high schools that is valid, practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes. The development model used is 4D which includes: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research subjects were students of class VII with details: 5 students for one to one test at UPT SMPN 1 Duampanua, 10 students for small group testing at UPT SMPN 1 Duampanua, and 22 students for large group testing at UPT SMPN 5 Duampanua. The results showed that (1) The valid e-module was used based on the value of the media expert of 88.46 in the very valid category and the material expert of 90.05 in the very valid category; (2) The practical e-module is used with a score from the teacher of 87.53 in the very practical category, students of 86.66 in the very practical category, and observers of 87.46 in the very practical category, and (3) N- Gain score from the pre-test and post-test results was 0.71 with the high category, so it can be said that e-module based android is effective in improving learning outcomes of information and communication technology guidance.

Abstract

This study is a survey research that aims to determine the extent of absorption graduates of vocational areas of expertise of fashion in DU / DI clothing and relevance of soft skills and hard skills of labor graduates of vocational expertise of fashion with the needs of the DU / DI clothing in the city of Makassar in employment . The population in this study were all DU/DI workers in the field of fashion in Makassar City, totaling 406 workers. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, namely sampling based on certain criteria consisting of 43 respondents from 15 DU/DI in the field of fashion. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews obtained through primary data and secondary data. The analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis and percentage calculations. The results showed that the level of absorption of Vocational High School graduates in the Fashion Designfashionin Makassar City was still in the very low category, namely 11% or 43 of the 406 workers absorbed in the fashionExpertise in theindustryindustry . fashion is in the category is as high as 81%, hardskill labordressmaking vocational graduates are in very high category by 39%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi administrasi sekolah menggunakan model human computer interaction (HCI), sistem informasi yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efisien. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau dikenal dengan Research and Development (R & D). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengukuran validitas setiap item pernyataan memiliki nilai r hitung lebih besar dari 0,361, pengukuran realibilitas instrumen pengukuran penerapan model human computer interaction dalam sistem informasi administrasi sekolah dapat diterima dan memiliki nilai Cronbach’s Alpha 0,937. Pengukuran aspek software/program rerata untuk keseluruhan indikator yaitu 97% berada dalam kategori sangat valid, Pengukuran aspek tampilan rerata untuk keseluruhan indikator yaitu 99% berada dalam kategori sangat valid. Pengukuran Usability dari Human Computer Interaction (HCI) memenuhi 5 kriteria Jacob Nielson, yaitu kriteria learnability 66,66% responden menjawab sangat mudah dipelajari, Kriteria memorability 63,66% responden menjawab sangat mudah diingat, kriteria efficiency: 93.33% responden menjawab efisien, kriteria error 73,33% responden menjawab baik dalam penanganan kesalahan, kriteria satisfaction: 86,66% responden menjawab puas. Hasil analisis kepraktisan sistem informasi administrasi sekolah memperoleh rerata 4,52 Dan persentase 90,5 bahwa sistem informasi administrasi sekolah telah memenuhi syarat kepraktisan sistem informasi Hasil evaluasi keefektifan sistem informasi administrasi sekolah menunjukkan bahwa rerata keseluruhan indikator yaitu 4,56 dan memperoleh persentase 91,28% menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi administrasi sekolah memenuhi kefektifan sistem informasi.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to discover the description of students’ learning interest, learning motivation, knowledge of literacy, and learning outcomes at SMKN 1 Takalar and the relationship of learning interest, learning motivation, and knowledge of literacy on learning outcomes in Basic Programming Subject. The research method employed ex-post facto research. The total population was 120 people and the sample size was 89 students obtained by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted by employing documentation and questionnaires. The prerequisite test employed the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing employed simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study reveal that: (1) the students’ learning interest is in very high category, (2) the students’ learning motivation is in very high category, (3) the students' literacy knowledge is in high category, (4) the learning outcomes in Basic Programming are in good category, (5) there is a relationship between the students’ learning interest and learning outcomes in Basic Programming Subject of the TKJ Department at SMKN 1 Takalar. The test indicates the sig. value is 0.010 < 0.05 with a contribution of 7.3%, (6) there is a relationship between the students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes in Basic Programming Subject of the TKJ Department at SMKN 1 Takalar. The test indicates the sig. value is 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 19.8%, (7) there is a relationship between the students’ literacy knowledge and learning outcomes in Basic Programming Subject of the TKJ Department at SMKN 1 Takalar. The test indicates the sig. value is 0.033 < 0.05 with a contribution of 5.1%, and (8) there is a relationship between learning interest, learning motivation, and knowledge of literacy on learning outcomes in Basic Programming Subject of the TKJ Department at SMKN 1 Takalar. The result shows the sig. value is 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 30.3%. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN 5 Pangkep. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru. Adapun data di peroleh dari angket dengan menyebarkan langsung dan memanfaatkan aplikasi google form, dilengkapi dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMKN 5 Pangkep sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) berada pada kategori tinggi sebesar 90% dan motivasi kerja guru berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 3.3 % terhadap kinerja guru. Pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) berpengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 70% terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN 5 Pangkep. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif sebesar 3.3% terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN 5 Pangkep. Pembelajaran  berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh simultan sebesar 0.05% terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN 5 Pangkep.Keywords: Pembelajaran Berbasis TIK, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, pendidikan lanjutan, dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Metode penelitian ex-post facto. Jumlah populasi sebesar 423 orang dan sampel berjumlah 112 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas data, uji linearitas data, uji multikolinearitas data, dan uji heteroskedastisitas data. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan pelatihan, pendidikan lanjutan, dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru produktif pada SMK Negeri di Kota Makassar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan dengan peningkatan profesionalisme guru produktif pada SMK Negeri di Kota Makassar. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 33,1%. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan lanjutan dengan peningkatan profesionalisme guru produktif pada SMK Negeri di Kota Makassar. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dan berpengaruh sebesar 31,3%. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman mengajar dengan peningkatan profesionalisme guru produktif pada SMK Negeri di Kota Makassar. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dan berpengaruh sebesar 46,4%. (4) pelatihan, pendidikan lanjutan, dan pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru produktif pada SMK Negeri di Kota Makassar. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan berpengaruh sebesar 50,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of an Industrial World-Based Printing Graphic Design E-Module at SMK Negeri 1 Selayar. The type of research that the author uses is Research and Development (R&D). Using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Which is modified into a 3D model (Define, Design, and Develop). The results of this study indicate that the learning media in the form of Industrial-based Printing Graphic Design E-Module is appropriate for use in teaching and learning by teachers and students. Based on several stages of trials, the learning obtained was valid with the eligibility level of the validity test with the results of media expert I of 94.2% and media expert II of (81.7%) with a very valid category, the author's practice test obtained results on material expert I of (96.8%), on material expert II of (95.3%) and on the test of 20 training students (93.7%) with a very practical category, based on the results of this product test, it can be useful for teachers, students and advanced students

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and analyze the implementation of the Prakerin Program at SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara and to identify the factors that influence the success of the program. This research is a qualitative research using the CIPP model evaluation. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document study. The research respondents consisted of PKL supervising teachers, street vendor participant students, and related parties at school. The results of the study show that (1) context aspects: vision and mission have been translated into the formulation of graduate competencies, objectives have not been fully achieved, the curriculum has been synchronized with market needs by involving IDUKA, (2) input aspects: implementation strategy, placement procedures, scheduling and budget management has been carried out according to procedures, communication with IDUKA has been improved, (3) Process aspects: implementation has been according to procedures only monitoring has been intensified, (4) Product aspects: good results, street vendors program is beneficial to students, schools and IDUKA, impact the street vendors program has not been significant for graduate absorption, cooperation with IDUKA needs to be improved. North Toraja 2 Public Vocational School has not yet carried out a thorough evaluation of the implementation of the street vendors program. This research is expected to provide useful input for SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara in improving the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of the street vendors program. In addition, this research can also be a reference for other vocational education institutions in optimizing the PKL Program in order to prepare students to enter the world of work.
