Abstract

Loans are loans or bills agreed between parties. This study aims to determine the effect of third party funds, capital adequacy ratio and non perfoming loanon gifts to banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Source of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2019 period that were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples used in the study were 35 companies. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results it was found that Third Party Funds (DPK) had a positive and significant effect on lending to banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non Performing Laon (NPL) had no effect on lending to banking companies in Indonesia stock exchange.

Abstract

Financial distress is the financial difficulties experience by a company before the company become bankruptcy (Mafiroh, 2016). The purpose of this study was to determine which firms would be predicted financial distress. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. In this study, the population is used 365 companies. The process of collecting samples are using purposive sampling method. The model used to analyze the rate of financial distress is Altman Z-Score Model. The results showed that of the 15 companies that were sampled 5 (five) of them were healthy (>2,99), 2 (two) of them were financial distress (<1,81) and 8 (eight) indicated in grey area (1,81 – 2,99).

Abstract

The stock price of companies listed in the LQ45 Index has decreased almost in all sectors, except the mining and infrastructure sectors are still in the green zone. This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity on stock prices and the size of the Company on the company's stock price. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, while the data used was secondary data in the form of financial report data. The model is estimated using data panel regression, namely Common Effects Models (CEM), Fixed Effects Models (FEM), and Random Effects Models (REM). The results of this study indicate that financial performance has no significant effect on stock prices, and the size of the company also has no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of customer value and service quality on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. The population in this study were all credit customer of PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. Determining the sample using the formula Slovin, the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 86 credit customers. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the statistical t test. The results showed that customer value, empathy, and physical evidence has an effect on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. This is because customer value, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, has a significant value is smaller than alpha 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of personality and work discipline variables on the performance of the employees of the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Office. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 59 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of the training carried out by the community service implementation team is to help students of SMA 2 VII Koto Sungai Sariak use the application in creating their entrepreneurial profile. The training material is the use of the KineMaster application in creating student business profiles. The training is carried out directly at the school. The method of implementing the training is presentation and hands-on practice. The training material was delivered by presenting the use of the KineMaster application directly from the cellphone to the infocus screen using a connector that had been prepared by the service team. The result of this training is that Ninety percent of students (21 people) can use the application on their respective cellphones and another ten percent (2 people) cannot do so with the problem that their existing cellphones do not support downloading applications. In general, students can make video texts that are equipped with audio and can be applied to their business profiles. Difficulties faced by students can be solved directly by the team

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah menabung di PT Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Buaya Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menabung di PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Buaya Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT Bank Nagari Cabang Lubuk Buaya Padang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Layanan Cash On Delivery (COD) dan Online Costumer Review (OCR) terhadap keputusan pembelian pada E-commerce Shopee di Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu metode sampling menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan cash on delivery dan online costumer review berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada (E-commerce) shopee di Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the variable Leadership on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang). to examine the impact of the variable Motivation on performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), to examine the impact of the Variable of Work Discipline on performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang). Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents, by using test instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang).
