The problem that is often encountered in the reporting progress system is that village employees still often use consultant services to prepare DMIJ project reports, so they require additional costs for consulting services, not to mention the time required to complete so many DMIJ project reports. So that with the progress reporting information system and applications that will be designed, it can help the work process of village employees so that they no longer need consultant services in order to save budget costs and time. Then, the solution that expected for the web-based DMIJ physical work activity information system uses the Development Life System (SDLC) method, could help the employees in order to prepare the project report progress more quickly and precisely.

Abstract A village is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and administer government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, rights of origin, and / or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Village Government is the Village chief or what is referred to by any other name assisted by the Village apparatus as an element of Village Government administrators. To choose a candidate for village chief in accordance with the stipulated provisions that will be made as a candidate for village chief who will be elected, it must be adjusted to the feasibility of the village chief candidate's selection, so that the implementation of the village chief candidate selection can be aligned with the recipient's needs and avoid imbalances in selection and the selection process later. To assist in solving this problem, it is necessary to have a Decision Making System (SPK) so that any work related to decision making in the selection of prospective village chiefs can be helped in making a good decision according to the eligibility level of the participants to become candidate village chiefs. In the decision support system for selecting candidates for village chief, so that decision support is met, a decision support method for decision support systems is used, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the calculation showed that the main priority to become a participant in the Pilkades was Hendri as the first rank with a value of 0.395 or 39.5%. The indicators used in this comparison are: can recite the Koran, can give speeches, interview tests, and written tests. Abstrak Desa adalah kesatuan masyarakat hukum yang memiliki batas wilayah yang berwenang untuk mengatur dan mengurus urusan pemerintahan, kepentingan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan prakarsa masyarakat, hak asal usul, dan/atau hak tradisional yang diakui dan dihormati dalam sistem pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Pemerintah Desa adalah Kepala Desa atau yang disebut dengan nama lain dibantu perangkat Desa sebagai unsur penyelenggara Pemerintahan Desa. Untuk memilih calon kepala desa yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan yang akan di jadikan sebagai calon kepala desa yang akan terpilih nantinya haruslah disesuaikan dengan kelayakan hasil seleksi calon kepala desa tersebut, agar pelaksanaan seleksi calon kepala desa dapat diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan penerima dan menghindari ketimpangan dalam seleksi serta proses pemilihan nantinya. Untuk membantu dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut perlu adanya suatu Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) agar setiap pekerjaan yang menyangkut pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi calon kepala desa dapat terbantu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan yang baik yang sesuai dengan tingkat kelayakan peserta untuk dijadikan calon kepala desa. Pada sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi calon kepala desa ini agar pendukung keputusannya terpenuhi maka digunakan sebuah metode penunjang keputusan untuk sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil perhitungan yang didapat bahwa yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dijadikan sebagai peserta pada pilkades yaitu Hendri sebagai peringkat pertama dengan nilai 0.395 atau 39,5%. Indikator yang digunakan dalam perbandingan ini yaitu: bisa mengaji, bisa berpidato, tes wawancara, dan tes tertulis.

The coconut industry in Indragiri Hilir is a regional characteristic. In addition, the coconut industry is also one of the main livelihoods for the people of Indragiri Hilir. This industry has various potentials in Indragiri Hilir. The Inhil Government must identify and understand its potential so that it can be maximized. In an effort to maximize the existing potential, the Government must understand the challenges or obstacles so that it is easier to solve the problems that occur. Understanding the potential and challenges will facilitate the Government in efforts to improve the quality of the management of the coconut industry. In addition, the Government must also be able to develop strategies that can be implemented or implemented in order to carry out good governance. Both in terms of policies, analysis, and direct actions such as counseling or training to farmers.This journal will present the potential, challenges, and strategic recommendations to advance the coconut industry in Inhil. Identify several potentials that must be maximized as well as challenges or obstacles that must be considered in the future. And it has been described in this journal the strategic recommendations that can be applied by the Indragiri Hilir Government. Industri kelapa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir merupakan sebuah ciri khas daerah. Selain itu industri kelapa juga menjadi salah satu mata pencaharian utama masyarakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Berbagai potensi dimiliki oleh industri ini di Kabupaten Inhil. Pemerintah Kabupaten Inhil harus mengidentifikasi dan memahami potensi yang dimiliki agar dapat dimaksimalkan. Dalam usaha memaksimalkan potensi yang ada, Pemerintah harus memahami tantangan atau kendala agar lebih mudah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi.memahami potensi dan tantangan akan memudahkan Pemerintah dalam usaha meningjatkan kualitas pengelolaan industri kelapa. Selain itu Pemerintah juga harus dapat menyusun strategi-strategi yang dapat diterapkan atau diimplementasikan guna menjalankan tata kelola yang baik. Baik dari segi kebijakan, analisa, maupun tindakan langsung seperti penyuluhan atau pelatihan kepada para petani. Jurnal ini akan menyajikan potensi, tantangan, dan rekomendasi startegi guna memajukan industri kelapa di Kabupaten Inhil. Teridentifikasi beberapa potensi yang harus dimaksimalkan serta tantangan atau kendala yang harus diperhatikan di masa yang akan datang. Serta telah dijelaskan dalam jurnal ini rekomendasi-rekomendasi strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.

Developments in science and technology very quickly and rapidly, especially information systems that can provide ease of information. This study gives an overview inheritance information using an expert system which is a branch of artificial intelligence that is able to mimic the way of thinking an expert in solving problems and taking a decision. Limitations of space and time by the speaker and the lack of understanding of ordinary people in terms of inheritance should be a concern, it is necessary to build an application in the form of web-based expert system. This application is built using Artificial Intelligence techniques applied in the form of a Web-based Expert System with forward chaining reasoning methods to solve the problem, despite the absence of an expert / specialist. This web-based implementation using PHP programming language as a tool of expert system builders and MySQL as the database. In this application people can calculate the division of inheritance by looking directly argument. besides that people can also calculate the part of the property division performed. The processes above is done according to the rules (rule) that is based on the Qur'an, hadith and ijma 'ulama which is the basis of Islamic law. Expert System is expected to facilitate the public in making the division of inheritance according to Islamic Shariah. Every educational institution seeks to acquire students every new academic year through the acceptance of new students, especially SMK Indra Adnan Indragiri COLLEGE, based on this, a web-based information system for new student admissions is needed. In the pandemic, it is very necessary to accept online-based new students in its development, the Waterfall method was chosen as a flow of thought and for analysis using PIECES, in system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). With the implementation of this web-based new student admissions information system, it aims to provide convenience in accepting new students so that they can be widely reached and follow the current era.

Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir merupakankelembagaan penyuluhan Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.Bedasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di BP2KP, menunjukkan bahwa pihak BP2KP memiliki sistem evaluasi dan seleksi Penyelia Mitra Tani (PMT) sebelumnya yang hanya menekankan pada siapa yang mengajukan lebih dulu tanpa mempertimbangkan kemampuan dan kesanggupan daripeserta dalam pendampingan dan pelaporan dari setiap Gapoktan yang diawasi itu tadi. Sistem ini tentunya tidak menguntungkan bagi BP2KP ataupun orang yang memiliki keahlian sebagai penyelia mitra tani yang lain, karena kriteria yang digunakan dalam evaluasi dan seleksi penyelia belum menerapkan kriteria yang ada dalam aturan PUAP yang sangat mempengaruhi penilaian dan dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja penyelia nantinya. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk merancang suatu sistem evaluasi dan seleksi penyelia mitra tani dengan multi kriteria atau menggunakan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan dalam PUAP. Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Processmerupakan merupakan sistem pembuat keputusan dengan menggunakan model matematis. AHP membantu dalam menentukan prioritas dari beberapa kriteria dengan melakukan analisa perbandingan berpasangan dari masing-masing kriteria. Hasil perhitungan yang didapat bahwa Alternatifyang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dijadikan sebagai Penyelia Mitra Tani Agribisnis Pedesaan di Wilayah Tembilahan yaitu M. Rafai AH dengan nilai skor 0.363 atau dengan nilai persentase sebesar 36,6%. Kriteria yang memiliki nilai eigen tertinggi adalah Jenjang Pendidikan Formal Min D3 dengan dilai eigen0.350 atau 35%.

3D animation images 3D animations have shapes, volumes, and spaces. 2D animation has X and Y axes, while 3D animation has X, Y, and Z axes the difference given by 3D animation is the presence of depth effects. 3D animation can be defined as animation that can be seen from various points of view. The main advantage of 3D animation is the physicalization of objects, which appear more real and close to their original form. This research framework will discuss about how the steps that must be taken when you want to design and develop a 3D Design visualization of the interior of the bedroom area in the form of 3-dimensional animation. In this study, the method used was the Multimedia Development Life Cycle. The results of making visualizations for making 3D interior room designs 3D Blender software using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Live Cycle) method, which consists of 6 stages concept, design (design), material collecting (material collection), assembly (making), testing (testing), distribution (distribution) following the stages. With the design of interior design, it can introduce room interior design drawings to the public to be used as a reverence With the existence of 3D images, people can see clear and real-life images. The existence of a 3D-shaped interior, can give people an interest in learning 3D design. Room interior design using a blender that is used as a promotional medium can be used as a consumer as reference material to renovate the room. The results of designing modeling and visual 3D room interiors using this 3D blender application can help people find more interesting room references. Gambar animasi 3D Animasi 3D mempunyai bentuk, volume, dan ruang. Animasi 2D memiliki sumbu X dan Y, sedangkan animasi 3D memiliki sumbu X, Y dan Z perbedaan yang diberikan oleh animasi 3D adalah adanya efek kedalaman. Animasi 3D dapat di definisikan sebagai animasi yang dapat di lihat dari berbagai sudut pandang (poin of view). Keunggulan utama dari animasi 3D adalah fisualisasi objek yang tampak lebih nyata dan mendekati bentuk aslinya. Kerangka Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana langkah – langkah yang harus dilakukan ketika ingin merancang dan mengembangkan Desain 3D visualisasi Interior area kamar tempat tidur yang berbentuk Animasi 3 dimensi. Pada penelitian ini metode yag digunakan adalah Multimedia Devlovpment Life Cycle. Hasil Pembuatan visualisasi pembuatan desain 3d interior kamar menggunakan sofware 3D Blender menggunakan metode MDLC (Multimedia Devlopment Live Cycle) yang terdiri dari 6 tahap adalah concept (konsep), design (desain), material collecting (pengumpulan bahan), assembly (pembuatan), testing (pengujian), distribution (pendistribusian) berikut ini tahapanya.Dengan adanya perancangan desain interior dapat memperkenalkan gambar desain interior kamar kepada masyarakat untuk dijadikan sebagai reverensi Dengan adanya gambar 3d masyarakat bisah melihat gambar jelas dan seperti nyata.Dengan adanya interior berbentuk 3d bisa memberikan minat masyrakat untuk belajar desain 3d. Desain interior kamar dengan menggunakan blender yang digunakan sebagai media promosi, dapat dijadikan konsumen sebagai bahan referensi untuk melakukan renovasi kamar. Hasil perancangan modelling dan visual interior 3d kamar menggunakan aplikasi 3blender ini dapat membantu masyarakat mencari referensi kamar lebih menarik.

Sampai saat ini, Organisasi Kerukunan Keluarga Sulawesi Selatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir belum memiliki aplikasi khusus yang membantu pengurus dalam mengelola administrasi pendataan anggota, Organisasi Kerukukan Keluarga Sulawesi Selatan merupkan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan yang bersifat kekeluargaan menghimpun anggotanya ditempat perantauan. Tujuan dari manfaat penelitian ini membantu pengurus dalam mengelola administrasi dalam bentuk menyediakan media sistem informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam mengelola data anggota. Sistem Informasi BPD-KKSS Kab.Inhil ini dibuat mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Framework CodeIgniter, menggunakan MySQL sebagai database, metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan, analisa PIECES sebagai analisa yang didgunakan dalam peletian ini dan menggunakan perancangan UML dalam mengelola rancangan usulan yang dibuat serta mengunakan metode Alpha dan beta untuk pengujian. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pendaftaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengurus dalam pendataan anggota memudahkan dalam pencaraian informasi anggota jika sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.
