Abstract

Indraigiri Hilir has a very large peatland. Large peatland is constraint in the development of infrastructure of a region. The problems posed ini the field of contruction is the amount of land degradation and low soil carrying capacity. Therefore, an alternative to the soil reinforcement is required by using the cerucuk timber to increase the carrying capacity of the foundation and soil reinforcement. This research was conducted to determine Musculoskletal Disorders (MSDs) in instalation of piles (the cerucuk timber) using Nordic Body Map Questionnaire. NBM happers due to these 28 body parts are ini direct contact with the activities. The primary cause of MSDs is unnatural working attitude and exessive mucle tension began from design of a working system that is designed not ini accordance with the workers’ limitation

Abstract

The cost control is a very important aspect in project management. Poor cost control often results in project construction costs that differ from planned costs. The applying of the Earned Value Concept method for analytical calculations requires the following data: Implementation time along with the S curve; Volume data of each work item; Percentage of work weighted; Standard daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly project reports; Actual project financial data and SPI. The stage of data analysis for each job are: determining of BCWS (Budgete Cost Of Work Schedule); BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed; ACWP (Actual Cost of Work performed) Analysis of variance and performance index from the Earned Value Concept method. It consists of: Cost Variance (CV) and Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). The results of the analysis of the applied of the Earned Value Concept method of PT. Riau Maju Cemerlang obtained a gross cost gain of around Rp. 173,591,516.52 or 5.00% of the total construction price without VAT value. The initial planning time for project work began on 26 July and the initial planning time ended on 17 December (145 HK) turned out to be 27 December (155 HK). The applied of the Result Value Concept method to the project can find out the remaining value of the project costs for the remaining work and how much the total cost has been used for the project.

Abstract

AbstractConcrete is a composite material (mixture) consisting of cement, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates and water. The concrete formation mixture is designed in such a way as to produce fresh concrete that is easy to work with and meets the plan's compressive strength after hardening.The cement used is PCC type cement, although the composition of cement in concrete is only about 10%, but the role of cement is very important in concrete. Aggregates are mineral granules originating from nature or artificial which have a function as a mixture of fillers in concrete. The aggregate of the concrete mixture filler is divided into fine aggregates used from Javanese Inhu and coarse aggregates from Tanjung Balai Karimun. The fine aggregate is usually in the form of sand that passes through a filter with a diameter of 4.75 mm or 5 mm, while coarse aggregates do not pass through the filter. The water used is well water from Kateman District, Keritang District and Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province.The compressive strength of concrete is the amount of load per unit area which causes the concrete specimen to break and there is no more carrying capacity. The average compressive strength of 28 days of cube specimens with well water in Kateman District = 491 kg / cm2, Keritang District = 469 kg / cm2 and Tembilahan District City = 475 kg / cm2. AbstrakBeton merupakan bahan komposit (campuran) yang terdiri dari semen, agregat kasar, agregat halus dan air. Campuran bahan-bahan pembentukan beton dirancang sedemikian rupa, sehingga menghasilkan beton segar yang mudah dikerjakan dan memenuhi kekuatan tekan rencana setelah mengeras.Semen yang digunakan adalah semen tipe PCC, walaupun komposisi semen dalam beton hanya sekitar 10%, namun peran semen sangat penting dalam beton. Agregat adalah butiran mineral yang berasal dari alam atau buatan yang memiliki fungsi sebagai bahan pengisi campuran pada beton. Agregat pengisi campuran beton terbagi atas agregat halus yang digunakan berasal dari Japura Inhu dan agregat kasar berasal dari Tanjung Balai Karimun. Agregat halus biasanya berupa pasir yang lolos saringan dengan diameter 4,75 mm atau 5 mm, sedangkan agregat kasar tidak lolos saringan tersebut. Air yang digunakan yakni air sumur berasal dari Kecamatan Kateman, Kecamatan Keritang dan Kecamatan Tembilahan Kota Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau.Kuat tekan beton adalah besarnya beban per satuan luas yang menyebabkan benda uji beton pecah dan tidak ada lagi daya dukungnya. Hasil kuat tekan rata-rata umur 28 hari benda uji kubus dengan air sumur Kecamatan Kateman = 491 kg/ cm2, Kecamatan Keritang = 469 kg/cm2dan Kecamatan Tembilahan Kota = 475 kg/cm2.

Abstract

There are various ways to improve the quality of bricks, based the amount of betel husk fiber waste and sawdust in the Indragiri Hilir area, the author is interested in examining the characteristics of bricks with additives ingredients of areca nut fiber and sawdust in terms of compressive strength. The bricks made were the solid bricks with a size of 39 cm x 9 cm x 10 cm as many as 4 samples, and each sample consisted of 5 test objects. The test used a variety of different additives, namely BSS 0 without the addition of additive ingredients, BSS 1 with 5% betel nut fiber added and 2% sawdust, BSS 2 with 3% betel nut fiber added and 1% sawdust, BSS 3 with added ingredients of 1% areca nut fiber and 4% sawdust. The compressive strength test was carried out at the age of 7 days and then converted to the age of 28 days. The average compressive strength of bricks at the age of 7 days with sample codes BSS 1 20.50 kg/cm2, BSS 1 16.85, BSS 2 8.11 kg/cm2, and BSS 3 2.14 kg/cm2 . There is a positive effect of the addition of betel nut and sawdust fiber on the compressive strength of the brick are y = 17.34 + 0.57 X1 + (-3.84 X2), coefficient of multiple determination (r2) is 0.86%, and the multiple correlation coefficient (r) is 0.93. Berbagai macam cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu batako, melihat banyaknya limbah serat kulit pinang dan serbuk gergaji didaerah Indragiri Hilir, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti karakteristik batako dengan bahan tambah serat kulit pinang dan serbuk gergaji ditinjau dari kuat tekannya. Batako yang dibuat adalah batako pejal dengan ukuran 39 cm x 9 cm x 10 cm sebanyak 4 sampel, dan tiap sampel terdiri dari 5 buah benda uji. Pengujian menggunakan variasi campuran bahan tambah yang berbeda, yaitu BSS 0 tanpa penambahan bahan tambah, BSS 1 dengan bahan tambah serat kulit pinang 5% dan serbuk gergaji 2%, BSS 2 dengan bahan tambah serat kulit pinang 3% dan serbuk gergaji 1%, BSS 3 dengan bahan tambah serat kulit pinang 1% dan serbuk gergaji 4%. Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan pada umur 7 hari kemudian dikonversikan ke umur 28 hari. Kuat tekan rata-rata batako pada umur 7 hari dengan kode sampel BSS 1 20,50 kg/cm2, BSS 1 16,85, BSS 2 8,11 kg/cm2, dan BSS 3 2,14 kg/cm2. Ada pengaruh positif penambahan serat kulit pinang dan serbuk gergaji terhadap kuat tekan batako yaitu y = 17,34 + 0,57 X1 + (-3,84 X2), koefisien determinasi ganda (r2) sebesar 0,86%, dan koefisien korelasi ganda (r) sebesar 0,93.

Abstract

The waste problem continues to be a complex issue. On the one hand, the use of plastic still cannot be abandoned by humans, but on the other hand the waste produced is very difficult to decompose. In Indonesia, in 2015 the amount of waste reached 64 million tons / year. Palm fiber is one of the materials that can be used as composite fiber. In this study, a research will be conducted on the manufacture of paving blocks made from HDPE plastic combined with variations of 0%, 1%, 2% and 3% palm fiber. Plastic waste is melted and put into a mold and then combined with palm fiber. From the test results, the highest compressive strength (2% fiber variation) was 45.91 kg/cm2 and the average compressive strength was 45.28 kg/cm2. This compressive strength is under the minimum compressive strength standard of SNI Permasalahan sampah masih terus menjadi isu kompleks. Di satu sisi, penggunaan plastik masih belum bisa ditinggalkan manusia, namun di sisi lain sampah yang dihasilkan sangat sulit terurai. Di indonesia, pada tahun 2015 tercatat banyaknya sampah mencapai 64 juta ton/tahun. Ijuk merupakan salah satu material yang dapat digunakan sebagai serat komposit. Pda penelitian ini akan dilakukan penelitian mengenai pembuatan paving block berbahan dasar plastik HDPE yang dikombinasikan dengan variasi serat ijuk 0%, 1%, 2 % dan 3%. Limbah plastik dilelehkan dan dimasukkan ke dalam cetakan lalu dipadukan dengan serat ijuk. Dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan kuat tekan tertinggi (variasi serat 2%) sebesar 45,91 kg/cm2 dan kuat tekan rata-ratanya sebesar 45,28 kg/cm2. Kuat tekan ini berada di bawah standar kuat tekan minimal dari SNI.

Abstract

Concrete is defined as a mixture of Portland cement or other hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water, with or without additives that form a solid mass (SNI 03-2847-2002). This study aims to determine how much influence the shellfish shell powder has on the heavy volume, compressive strength, and split tensile strength of concrete. This research was conducted by making cylindrical concrete specimens with a size of 150 mm x 300 mm, the percentage of shell powder mixture 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%, the compressive strength test time was 7 and 28 days, the split tensile strength test time was 14 and 28 days. The results of the weight-volume test showed that the greater the mixture of powdered shells of dara and lokan, the lower the volume weight, for the results of the compressive strength, a change in compressive strength was obtained, for the test age of 7 days with a mixture of 0% of 18.57 Mpa, 5% of 13, 60 Mpa, 10% of 13.84 Mpa and 15% of 7.78 Mpa, for concrete with a test age of 28 days with a mixture of 0% of 23.28 Mpa, 5% of 18.60 Mpa, 10% of 17.29 Mpa and 15% of 14.47 Mpa. Meanwhile, for the split tensile strength, the value for the test age of 14 days with a mixture of 0% is 1.88 Mpa, 5% is 1.62 Mpa, 10% is 1.75 Mpa, and 15% is 1.62 Mpa, for the test age. 28 days with a mixture of 0% of 2.26 Mpa, 5% of 1.62 Mpa, 10% of 1.89, and 15% of 1.63. In conclusion, the compressive strength and splitting strength experienced a decrease in strength in every large percent of the mixture of clamshell powder. Beton didefinisikan sebagai campuran antara semen Portland atau semen hidrolik yang lain agregat halus, agregat kasar dan air, dengan ataupun tanpa bahan tambahan yang membentuk masa padat (SNI 03- 2847- 2002). Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh serbuk cangkan kerang terhadap berat volume, kuat tekan dan kuat tarik belah beton. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membuat benda uji beton silinder ukuran 150 mm x 300 mm, persentase campuran serbuk cangkang kerang 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15%, waktu pengujian kuat tekan 7 dan 28 hari, waktu pengujian kuat tarik belah 14 dan 28 hari. Hasil pengujian berat volume didapat bahwa semakin besar campuran serbuk cangkang kerang dara dan lokan maka semakin menurun berat volumenya, untuk hasil kuat tekan didapatkan perubahan kuat tekan, untuk umur pengujian 7 hari dengan campuran 0% sebesar 18,57 Mpa, 5% sebesar 13,60 Mpa, 10% sebesar 13,84 Mpa dan 15% sebesar 7,78 Mpa, untuk beton umur pengujian 28 hari dengan campuran 0% sebesar 23,28 Mpa, 5% sebesar 18,60 Mpa, 10% sebesar 17,29 Mpa dan 15% sebesar 14,47 Mpa. Sementara untuk kuat tarik belahnya didapat nilai untuk umur pengujian 14 hari dengan campuran 0% sebesar 1,88 Mpa, 5% sebesar 1,62 Mpa, 10% sebesar 1,75 Mpa, dan 15% sebesar 1,62 Mpa, untuk umur pengujian 28 hari dengan campuran 0% sebesar 2,26 Mpa, 5% sebesar 1,62 Mpa, 10% sebesar 1,89 dan 15% sebesar 1,63. Kesimpulannya kuat tekan dan kuat terik belah mengalami penurunak kekuatan disetiap besar persen campuran serbuk cangkang kerang.

Abstract

This service aims to improve the ability of farmers and members of the APKASINDO DPW in Riau and Banten to understand and practice journalistic problems, especially writing news articles. The method used in this service is in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers, simulation of news article writing, and evaluation. The target of this service is training participants consisting of DPW APKASINDO members and farmers. The results of this service activity show that they get good scores in the simulation of article / news manuscripts. 90% have met the completeness criteria and passed 10% are still in the sufficient domain and need more practice in writing article scripts.

Abstract

This research was conducted from May 10, 2022, until June 10, 2022, at Jl. Prof. M. Yamin Parit XVI Lr. Benua Langkar Gg. Bismillah Tembilahan. This study aims to determine the effects of feed frequency variation on the growth and absolute longevity of freshwater lobsters (Cheraxqudricarinatus). The test fish in this research is Freshwater Lobster (Cherax quadricarinatus) aged 1.5 to 2 months with a body length between 2 - 3 cm of 180 head and the feed used is PF 100 brand pellets measuring 0.4 to 0.7 mm. This research used 3 treatments with 3 replications, treatment A =feeding frequency twice-daily, B=feeding frequency 3 times daily, and C=feeding frequency 4 times daily. Furthermore, the sample measurement data were analyzed variant with Completely Randomized Design at 95% confidence level. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Mei 2022 sampai dengan 10 Juni 2022 di Jl. Prof.M.Yamin ParitXVI Lr. Benua Langkar Gg.Bismillah Tembilahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi frekuensi pakan terhadap pertumbuhan dan umur mutlak lobster air tawar (Cheraxqudricarinatus). Ikan uji dalam penelitian ini adalah Lobster Air Tawar (Cherax quadricarinatus) berumur 1,5 sampai 2 bulan dengan panjang tubuh antara 2 - 3 cm sebanyak 180 ekor dan pakan yang digunakan adalah pellet merk PF 100 berukuran 0,4 - 0,7 mm. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan, perlakuan A = frekuensi pemberian pakan dua kali sehari, B = frekuensi pemberian pakan 3 kali sehari, dan C = frekuensi pemberian pakan 4 kali sehari. Selanjutnya data pengukuran sampel dianalisis varian dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.

Abstract

Indragiri Hilir City aims to analyze the effect of public policies and community empowerment on food security. The research used a descriptive quantitative method, with the data collection instrument using a questionnaire. Results show that policy implementation has an effect of 90.3% on increasing food security and 99.2% when combined with community empowerment..

Abstract

Sampai saat ini, Organisasi Kerukunan Keluarga Sulawesi Selatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir belum memiliki aplikasi khusus yang membantu pengurus dalam mengelola administrasi pendataan anggota, Organisasi Kerukukan Keluarga Sulawesi Selatan merupkan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan yang  bersifat kekeluargaan menghimpun anggotanya ditempat perantauan. Tujuan dari manfaat penelitian ini membantu pengurus dalam mengelola administrasi dalam bentuk menyediakan media  sistem informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam mengelola data anggota. Sistem Informasi BPD-KKSS Kab.Inhil ini dibuat mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Framework CodeIgniter, menggunakan MySQL sebagai database, metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan, analisa PIECES  sebagai analisa yang didgunakan dalam peletian ini dan menggunakan perancangan UML dalam  mengelola rancangan usulan yang dibuat serta mengunakan metode Alpha dan beta  untuk pengujian. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pendaftaran  ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengurus dalam  pendataan anggota memudahkan dalam pencaraian informasi anggota jika sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.
