Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang dijadikan sebagai komoditas unggulan di Kecamatan Wampu, Kabupaten Langkat, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Terdapat perbedaan yang cukup besar pada harga yang ditawarkan di tingkat petani dengan harga yang ditawarkan di tingkat konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi saluran tataniaga dan efisiensi saluran tataniaga tandan buah segar (TBS) kelapa sawit yang terbentuk. Penentuan responden petani dilakukan secara purposive sampling sebanyak 30 orang dan responden lembaga tataniaga menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga saluran tataniaga TBS kelapa sawit yang terbentuk. Secara umum, sistem tataniaga TBS yang terbentuk tersebut belum efisien. Saluran yang paling banyak digunakan oleh petani adalah saluran I (petani-agen kecil-Agen besar-pabrik kelapa sawit) yang memiliki nilai marjin yang tinggi serta farmer’s share yang rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap efektivitas kerja dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan pelaksana di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitiannya adalah survey.Sampel ditentukan dengan metode random sampling sebanyak 260 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan sikap terhadap pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Nilai pengaruh yang paling tinggi adalah variabel keterampilan, artinya keterampilan berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pelaksana, dengan total pengaruh sebesar 62,74% (pengaruh langsung sebesar 56,7%). Secara simultan, kualitas SDM (tingkat pengetahuan, sikap terhadap pekerjaan dan keterampilan) secara langsung dan tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pelaksana. Nilai pengaruh kualitas SDM terhadap efektivitas kerja adalah sebesar 70,17% dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 58,01%. Efektivitas kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pelaksana di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), dengan total pengaruh sebesar 80,28%, artinya perubahan kinerja karyawan pelaksana dipengaruhi oleh perubahan efektivitas kerja sebesar 80,28%. Efektivitas kerja karyawanmerupakan variabel intervening variabel kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan pelaksana, karena terjadi peningkatan pengaruh variabel kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 10,11% jika melalui variabel efektivitas kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee work motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at PT. Asoka Arians Properti - Medan which is located at Taman Asoka Asri Complex Jalan Plamboyan Medan was conducted in March 2021. The samples taken in this study were employees of PT. Asoka Arians Property - Medan. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 31 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that simultaneously and partially compensation and the work environment had a significant effect on employee work motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and work stress on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at Kebon Tanah Raja PTPN IV. The number of samples in this study were 51 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire in accordance with the indicators of each variable used. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that incentives and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the t test show that incentives and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Incentive factors have a more dominant influence on employee performance compared to work stress.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competence and human resource training on employee performance with organizational culture as an intervening variable at Rambutan Perkebunans at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. To answer this problem, we conducted research on 100 employees of Kebun Rambutan through a survey approach. The method used is descriptive (narrative) method and multiple linear regression with the formula Z = + 1x1 + 2x2 + Y. The data used are primary data through interview method by filling out questionnaires and secondary data through documentation study. The results showed that the variables of Competence and HR Training simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture. The variables of HR training and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at Kebun Rambutan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. Variables Competence and HR Training through Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Kebun Rambutan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, competence and training on employee performance at PT Mega Inti Makmur Medika. The phenomenon of decreasing employee performance from decreased sales volume, leadership that is less active in supervising the work of employees and often not being present in supervising the work of employees directly, employees who occupy positions in the company still have education that is not in accordance with the position, employees are not able to understand the training material provided properly, besides that the training schedule held does not have a fixed schedule so this makes it difficult for employees to have maximum training results which is the background of this research. Simple random sampling was used as a sampling method. The sample used is 107 people. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. In partial data testing, the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Mega Inti Makmur Medika, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Mega Inti Makmur Medika, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Mega Inti Makmur Medika. In testing the data analysis simultaneously, the variables of leadership, competence and training showed a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Mega Inti Makmur Medika.

Abstract

This study aims to partially analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on employee performance, whether there is a moderating effect of work discipline between the independent variable and the dependent variable at the Fajarul Iman Islamic Boarding School Patumbak Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. where the sample is 32 people, the sampling technique uses the formula by Baley in Mahmud (2011, p. 159) which states that for research using statistical data analysis, the minimum sample size is 30. 32 people were used as research respondents. The variables used in this study were independent variables, moderating variables and dependent variables. In this study the independent variables are Transformational Leadership (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y), while the Moderating variable is Work Discipline (Z). Data analysis used multiple linear regression test and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the transformational leadership variable and the organizational culture variable have a significant and significant effect on the employee performance variable. Work discipline as moderation can affect transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Fajarul Iman Islamic Boarding School Patumbak Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
