Abstract

Universities as knowledge-based organizations need to have a conducive, adaptive and flexible structure and culture, in facing any changes. The ideals of becoming a professional organization can be realized, but it demands the organizational components involved directly in the process of forming human resources, ie employees and lecturers must have a harmonious relationship, it should be realized that the harmonization in the college organization is very important. It takes individual awareness, as well as their communal role within the organization to avoid disharmony. Therefore, a good culture is created within the organization. Hinduism teachings taught the concept of Tri Hita Karana or three causes of happiness, in which the achievement of harmonious relationships based of aspects of religious, sociological and ecological. In the implementation these three causes are integrated with each other and mutually influence the creation of harmony of organization goals will be more easily achieved.

Abstract

Human development is compulsory by means of an education process, one of which is the educational process at non-formal educational institutions. Non-formal education is an interesting topic, because the education process is community-based, that is, its management contains principles from the community, with the community, and towards the community. This study aims to examine, identify and understand the role of community-based non-formal education management as an effort to increase human resources. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, namely examining, analyzing and developing theories from research results related to the theme of the role of community-based non-formal education management as a form of creating human beings who have capabilities, competencies and character according to the needs of society and the times.The results showed that in community-based education, the community as instructors and learning citizens were the determining factors for the success of non-formal education. Non-formal education which is considered as a complement to and a substitute for formal education has a wider variety of materials being taught. Non-formal education teaches things related to the surrounding environment, and is formed and managed by the community with guidance from the government. In Indonesia, this type of non-formal education is held independently or with government assistance. However, there are still many institutions that have not received attention in the form of accreditation from the government. Even though there are many results that prove that non-formal education graduates absorb more workers because of skills related to current social conditions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung SDGs pendidikan berkualitas di beberapa negara dan juga untuk memberikan solusi bagi kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan SDGs pendidikan berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu library research dengan mengambil referensi dari buku, website, dan jurnal internasional. Sustainable Development Goals atau yang biasa disingkat SDGs merupakan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang dihasilkan dari KTT PBB pada tahun 2012. Salah satu dari 17 tujuan yang dihasilkan yaitu mengenai pendidikan berkualitas. Untuk mendukung pendidikan berkualitas di semua negara tentu diperlukan sebuah kebijakan pendidikan. Beberapa negara seperti Jepang, Finlandia, Cina, dan Indonesia telah menunjukan adanya kebijakan pendidikan yang diterbitkan untuk mendukung SDGs pendidikan berkualitas. Jepang membuktikan kebijakan yang mendukung SDGs dengan diberlakukannya pendidikan gratis dari pendidikan anak usia dini hingga pendidikan tinggi, lalu Jepang juga melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan kebutuhan khusus. Di Finlandia, SDGs telah menjadi salah satu dari tujuh topik yang ditekankan dalam kurikulum inti untuk pendidikan dasar. Kebijakan pendidikan di China adalah berupaya mengarahkan fungsi pendidikan menuju sumber daya masyarakat dan individu, dan menumbuhkan kualitas pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Di Indonesia kebijakannya untuk peningkatan aksesibilitas dan kualitas pendidikan, peningkatan kualitas pendidik dan sarana pendukung pendidikan, peningkatan layanan pendidikan, dan memperkuat dan mengembangkan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai ujung tombak dalam membangun generasi muda dan peradaban melalui proses pembelajaran di sekolah bertujuan mengasah kemampuan, mempertajam daya pikir dan kreativitasnya serta emosionalnya. Semua kecerdasan tersebut akan menjadi pondasi bagi keselarasan kehidupan sesorang dalam membentuk karakter positif seseorang. Karakter seseorang dapat menjadi petunjuk jalan bagi orang tersebut untuk membedakan perbuatan benar dan perbuatan salah. Karakter juga dapat melandasi seluruh pengetahuan yang ia miliki menjadi bermanfaat bagi sesama. Pendidikan karakter yang bersumber pada nilai agama tentunya tidak bisa lepas dari Peraturan Pemerintah dan dalam proses pendidikannya akan saling melengkapi dan memperkaya nilai-nilai karakter tersebut. Salah satu konsep karakter dalam berperilaku dilandasi konsep Tri Kaya Parisudha, dimana karakter seseorang dapat terlihat dari perkataan, perbuatan dan paradigma berfikirnya, dimana lingkungan disekitarnya akan merasa harmonis didalam pergaulannya. Konsep kearifan lokal Tri Hita Karana dimana menekankan kita harus harmonis dengan Tuhan, sesama dan lingkungan, secara tidak langsung bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik untuk memberikan keputusan baik-buruk, memelihara yang baik, dan mewujudkan kebaikan itu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan sepenuh hati.Pendidikan karakter model ini sebagai solusi untuk memperbaiki degradasi moralitas atau degradasi karakter generasi muda saat ini.Kesadaran mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter lokal yang ada melalui pendidikan akan efektif bagi penanaman tata nilai, budaya, dan ideologi secara utuh,

Abstract

The development of global currents has an impact on various aspects of life, including community culture. One of them is in terms of clothing which is influenced by foreign cultures. This of course degrades ethical values ​​in the use of clothing, especially clothing used at social events or places of worship such as traditional clothing to temples. The influence of outside culture that is abused certainly causes deviations in ethical values ​​in the use of traditional clothing to the temple, one of the villages affected by the deviation is Penarungan Village. As a tourism destination, the people of Penarungan Village cannot turn a blind eye to outside culture, this causes deviations in ethical values ​​of traditional dress to the temple in Penarungan village. This research uses value theory, behaviorism, and social interaction. The approach used is ethnography. Informants were determined by purposive sampling. The research location chosen was Penarungan Village. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews, and library techniques. The results of the study show that the forms of deviation from ethical values ​​in traditional attire to the temple in Penarungan Village include: (1) Deviations using kamen, (2) loose hair, (3) transparent and vulgar clothes, (4) T-shirts. the causes of deviations in values. Ethical factors in traditional kepura dress in Penarungan Village include (1) social media, (2) development of the times, (3) economic factors. The strategies of Hindu religious leaders in strengthening ethical values ​​in traditional attire to temples in Penungan Village (1) bring order to the people who violate them, (2) use uniform clothing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the programs developed at PAUD Dharma Kumara Kerthi, Lukluk Mengwi Badung. The approach used in this research is carried out qualitatively with data collection techniques implemented by methods, interviews, documentation and observations. After the collected data is analyzed using the CIPP method, namely in the form of context components Context, Input, Process, and Product. The results showed: a) the standard of documents as juridical facilities that have been determined by the government has been fulfilled, b) the financing program is important to be improved related to the maintenance of building facilities for the safety and comfort of students, c) the infrastructure supporting Hindu-based learning is not adequate, d) learning tools both indor and autdor, namely educational props (APE) with Hindu character are still very minimal in type and number; e) supporting facilities, namely learning places outside the classroom for Hindu-based are adequate.

Abstract

Early childhood is the next generation of the nation that needs serious attention. This potential needs to be stimulated and facilitated in order to develop optimally. Media is an important aspect to support children's early literacy skills. This media is a simple learning media by combining the alphabet (a-z) which is made on origami paper and underneath there are ice cream sticks. This study used three theories consisting of behavioristic theory, constructive theory, and maturationist theory. This research uses classroom action research. The results obtained depicted an increase in learning mastery as much as 14 or 93.3% of students had met the minimum completeness criteria. In the observation of Cycle II, this research has reached the criteria of success indicators that have been set, namely 80% of the total number of students. The impact of using smart ice cream stick educational game tools in growing literacy skills in Besan Village Kindergarten is that children recognize letters well (pre-writing program), children can learn while playing, help stimulate children's fine motor skills, foster a spirit of togetherness among children, improve children's ability to listen and increase children's vocabulary.

Abstract

It is very important for educational managers to pay attention to the material provided. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe teaching methodologies using storytelling approach in character development of young Indonesian citizens. This qualitative descriptive research is being conducted in kindergarten. Hindu Widya Kumara State in Payangan District, Gianyar. Triangulation techniques are used in data collection methods such as surveys, observations, and documentation. To analyze data, use the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data augmentation, data size, and verification. Based on research findings, teaching methods for teaching early childhood are implemented through the use of storytelling, which includes observation, discussion, implementation, and evaluation.
