Abstract

Pusat Kerja Sama Solusi Sistem Informasi (PKS-SSI) Stikom Surabaya didn’t have calculation standard for making cost estimation, effort calculation and optimal work schedule in the making of SIPERTI AAK. Until now PKS-SSI making cost estimation based on past experience which made approximately 10% of the project going off-scheduleIn this research the calculation solution created to assist PKS-SSI in calculating SIPERTI AAK’s development cost estimation is using Function Point Analysis (FPA) method. The FPA method can generate effort value and optimal work schedule for the development of SIPERTI AAK.After this research had been conducted it is found that the total function point is 524,52. The effort distribution found at 63,65% for software development, 14,97% for on going activity, and 21,38% for quality assurance. For best in class software organization the effort is 124,99 person-month with 15 month work schedule and Rp. 941.455.183 software development cost. For average software organization the effort is 182,37 person-month with 17,01 month work schedule and Rp. 723.801.655 software development cost. And last for worst in class software organization the effort is 321,45 person-month with 20,55 month work schedule and Rp. 458.754.054 software development cost. Keywords: Software, Cost Estimation, Function Point Analysis

Abstract

CV Setia Kawan is a company that manufactures hydraulic. The production process is based on customer orders received by the Marketing Section, and then forwarded to the Department of Planning. After the Planning Division began to plot the progress of production, raw material requirements plan, and plan workforce needs are still done manually, by way of making it on a piece of paper. The weakness of manual recording is sometimes an error in the listing, which can result in a long time.Production Planning and Control is the determination and the determination of production activities to be undertaken to achieve the objectives of the mill company, and oversee the implementation of the activities and results of the production process, so that what has been planned can be implemented and the expected objectives can be achieved.To improve the planning and supervision of the production process at CV Setia Kawan by making information systems planning and supervision of the production process.By using the Production Planning and Control, the planning and control of production processes at CV Setia Kawan can support the performance of the planning section has an important role in the production process.

Abstract

Abstract: The administrative file monitoring application serves to determine the extent to which the course of the management of administrative records. The administrative file services include the completion of Decree (SK) retired, cards employee, cards wife (Karis) and cards husband (KARSU), SK promotion, SK relocate the working area, until the determination of candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS), Review Work Period (PMK), Mutation family, dependents leave outside the State (CLTN), the appointment of civil servants over 2 years (C2). Of the existing system there be some problems including the lack of monitoring facilities in each part file, do not report how many files that are already resolved and unresolved and the absence of sorting and search facility on incoming files by date and name of the local agencies. Of the existing problems will require monitoring and file control information system for the BKN Regional II, so it can help the BKN Regional II monitor administrative file in and out of each agency areas in the district or city throughout East Java.

Abstract

Pendidikan usia dini penting untuk membentuk karakter anak, termasuk sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak (TK). TK Wijaya sebagai mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menyelenggarakan prose belajar mengajar secara Daring di era Pandemi. Walaupun di TK Wijaya tersedia sarana penunjang pembelajaran Daring seperti komputer, koneksi internet, dan situs web, namun pembelajaran secara Daring masih kurang optimal. Pembelajaran Daring hanya menggunakan fitur video call secara synchronous melalui telepon gengam. Hal ini mengharuskan peserta didik hanya dapat berinteraksi dengan guru di saat video call berlangsung. Guru di TK Wijaya belum mengetahui cara membuat video pembelajaran secara Daring, sehingga sarana penunjang Daring yang ada belum bisa dioptimalkan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru TK Wijaya melalui pelatihan pembuatan video sebagai media pembelajaran secara Daring yang mengoptimalkan sarana yang dimiliki, agar mutu pembelajaran dapat meningkat. Hasil pelatihan yaitu guru TK Wijaya telah mampu membuat video pembelajaran secara Daring. Video tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajara Daring secara synchronous maupun asynchronous.

Abstract

Kegiatan Himpunan Mahasiswa (Hima) adalah salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi, sebagai bentuk aktifitas dan tanggung jawab mahasiswa yang harus di laporkan ke Kemenristekdikti melalui Borang kepada BAN-PT. Banyaknya tahapan yang harus dilalui untuk mendapatkan persetujuan proposal sampai dana bisa diterima oleh mahasiswa. Proses persetujuan yang masih dilakukan secara manual oleh mahasiswa yaitu harus datang ke bagian terkait satu persatu membuat waktu yang diperlukan menjadi lebih lama dan tidak efisien. Faktor lainnya adalah adanya format pelaporan yang tidak konsisten sehingga seringkali proposal harus mengalami revisi, persetujan dan cetak berulang kali. Padahal kegiatan harus segera dilaksanakan. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah analisis dan desain aplikasi berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dari hasil analisa desain yang telah dibuat, diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses implementasi pembuatan aplikasi pengajuan proposal.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the relationship between managerial skills, managerial knowledge and the external environment on technology investment in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in SMEs in the city of Surabaya. Sampling was carried out using survey techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population determined in this study were SMEs in the city of Surabaya. The number of samples taken was 36 SMEs in the city of Surabaya. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression tests through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that managerial ability and the external environment partially do not have a significant positive effect on technology investment, while managerial knowledge has a significant positive effect on technology investment. However, simultaneously managerial ability, managerial knowledge and the external environment have a significant positive effect on technology investmen t.
