Abstract

Lembaga Manajemen Infaq dan shadaqah (LMZIS) is an institution which is engaged in social and propagation, such as collecting Zakat, Sadaqah infaq and Muslims in the ITS, alumni and the surrounding communities. In the implementation LMZIS notimplement a system of financial accounting information is good, one of which was not reported for managerial accountability to the public. In addition the management has not been able to evaluate the performance of the activity in each month. Given the existing problems in LMZIS, it is necessary to the existence of a financialaccounting information systems that produce financial information that is derived fromactivity data per period and the data resulting in donor funds that are transparentmanagerial reports such as financial reports, evaluation reports and other reports. It can facilitate the directors, muzzaki and donors to get clear information. Based on the results of experiments performed can be concluded that, the system of financial accounting information on LMZIS can help existing business processes incurrent LMZIS start of the process of recording transactions, financial reporting, andevaluation. Abstract

As one of the institutions in education, STIKOM Surabaya also had evaluation of learning outcomes that is Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) and Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS). One of the purpose is to evaluate student learning outcomes of a course for one semester. For students, the results of UTS and the UAS is also one determinant of whether they graduated or not from the course they follow. For teachers, student test results can also be a reference for monitoring the level of student material understanding. From the results of evaluation classes, professors or teachers can monitor the success of the delivery of material in class. In addition, lecturers can also compare the results of his/her class with another parallel class. However, at present, there is no application or system that aims to compare the results of examinations per subject material between parallel classes. This application or system was built to analyze the results of class evaluations to determine the level of success topics material. The application also produces comparisons of evaluation results between parallel classes with the Kruskal-Wallis test. From the implementation and evaluation that has been done, the application can display the score comparison per topic material. By using the Kruskal-Wallis test, this application can display comparison information about mastery of the material between parallel classes. From the results of Kruskal-Wallis test we know whether there are significant differences in the mastery of the material between parallel classes, so the successful delivery of material between parallel classes as possible can be controlled. Abstract

As one of the Asset Management Department that works to serve the departments in STIKOM Surabaya in the use of assets, the inventarisation department is often deal with various operational problems. The problem that often occurs, is the problem the lack of information collection about the detail, location, lists of assets and economic life of electronic goods that are needed to perform the operations of the company. The absence of management on asset that have been removed, is also one the most common problem. In addition, depreciation of assets which are useful for removal and replacement assets planning, cannot be known. In the absence of an information system, management of the asset is still manual and not informative. Based on the above problems, then there will be ​​an asset management information system made by researcher that can provide detailed information and economic life of an asset to be discharged, and can take over management of the assets that have been removed. In addition, this system can provide information about the needs of electric power and information depreciation of assets owned. Calculation method is used declining balance method. In its application, the inventarisation department will be asked to fill in cost, the percentage of depreciation, useful lives and residual values ​​of assets. With a system that will be built, the inventarisation department can perform data collection on assets with more informative and can find out information on the depreciation of the cost of depreciation and net book value and know the needs of electric power assets. Abstract

“In the production process orders every type of product produced or require treatment to its own peculiarities of each product use different resources. CV. Anugerah is one of the companies that manufacture a product based on orders from customers. Companies have difficulty in determining the sale price because the owner determines based on the selling price before to the determination of the selling price could be too high and too low, this could result in losses for the company. By information technology, the company needs the cost of production information systems based on standard cost which can take into account raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs that can be used as a basis in the sale price. Application of information systems can be used for the calculation of cost basis for setting standards in product selling prices, the actual cost of production, gross profit based on selling price of the standard and actual prices. Abstract

PT. Kusumantara Graha Jayatrisna is Kusuma Agro Group subsidiaries engaged in architectural and civil. The company currently experiencing problems in terms of management control of cash flow. The planning of cash inflow from receivables record that 5.3% people are late paying between 1 to 30 days, 5.3% people are late paying between 31 to 60 days, 4.1% people are late paying between 61 to 90 days, and 5, 3% people are late paying more than 90 days. These problems can lead to the imbalance between cash inflows with cash out of the company. Based on that issues, made ​​accounting information systems and receivables controller in the form of a computer application that is able to control the receipt of cash from accounts receivable that are not experiencing delays. The application generate customer’s receivable information (cash receipts from accounts receivable statement, cash receipts plans of receivables statement, aging schedule report), corporate debt (cash expenditure statements, cash spending plans statements), cash flow plans statement, and profit and loss statement. Abstract

Now, franchise business in Indonesia are growing than before, especially culinary franchise business that is currently increasingly in demand. But not the least of the franchise that failed. Factors affecting the failure of the franchise that is not all people understand about how to calculate and analyze the feasibility of the investment before the opening of business because everyone has different educational and not everyone can analyze the feasibility of the investment. By utilizing information technology, then made ​​an application prototype information system feasibility analysis of investment calculations that can help the franchisee in calculating the BEP and ROI Feasibility and Investment Analysis. The information system is expected to generate output in the form of the cost of production reports to determine the cost of production to be sold, the report projected income statement to calculate the net income derived, Break Event Point report to find out how many units must be sold so that all costs can be covered, the report return on investment to know the percentage of results obtained, and investment feasibility analysis report to see feasibility an investment in a franchise business. Abstract

In the company there are many difficulties in recording and processing of production data as well as recording of financial transactions that occur, PT. Ramli Executive is a company that engaged in producing garment and clothing. PT. Ramli has difficulties in recording the raw materials used for the production process, labor and production process costs (overhead) used to manufacture a product, more and more developed variants Moslem-wear often experience delays in determining the cost of production. With information system, hence made a information system is expected to be a calculation tool of the cost production. This computerized information system that includes an accurate calculation of costs can increase a company´s competitive advantage. The information system is expected to generate output information in the form of cost of goods manufactured with the method of Activity Based Costing, the cost of the activity report,the  report selling prices, the raw material usage reports, and the reports of labor. Application of system production cost can be used as a basis for determining the selling price policy and to know the gross profit from a product. Abstract

Today, the development of investment on financial assets have been so rapidly in Indonesia, marked by the number of transactions, companies that go-public, investors and other capital market participants continue to grow. Growth prospects in the Indonesian capital market so rapidly that it was encouraged by the interest of foreign investors coming into the Indonesian capital market. With the stock market, investors can invest in many investment choices, in accordance with the courage to take risks where the investors will always maximize the return that is combined with certain risk in any investment decision. In this undergraduate thesis,we built an application that is expected to investors and prospective investors to make decisions to sell or buy stocks. The purpose of this application is to make the determination of decision support systems to sell or buy portfolios using technical and fundamental analysis. Based on Blackbox testing and evaluation of the application user respondents, it was found that the application or system that has been made to and able to give the final result of the decision to find out which portfolio to be bought or sold. Federal Internatuonal Finance, Inc. is engaged in the retail motorcycle financing business and electronic equipment. In the process of financing, one of which relates directly to the customer is marketing. At the time of serving the customer in the field, the problems often faced by marketing that marketing can not check the status of customer data such as pengeekan member and previous arrears, do add a new customer, to process the transaction (in this case the application process until the approval of financing), displays information about the data traffic to the dealer / store, the number of incentives, and the target number of transactions received, that all these can not be done directly in the field saaat. In addition, another problem encountered is the monitoring process will be marketing a visit to the dealer / shop and monitoring achievement of the targets of marketing can not be properly monitored by the admin .Based on all the exposure of the above problems, it takes an application that can perform customer data management, including customer data-checking process, and can add new customer transaction process, and can display information on the number of transactions, the number of targets and the amount received by marketing incentives, which can be processed directly when marketing is the field, as well as can be. make the process of monitoring the performance of marketing is done by the admin. Since the majority of marketing is the mobile phone users, the author tries to build an application "Customer Data Management and Monitoring Performance-based mobile marketing" to answer the above requirements. Abstract

The problems currently faced by STIKOM Career Center (SCC) is not having a record of their competence by alumni and corporate data, the absence of a means for performing filtering based on competency of graduates to find appropriate jobs that SCC does not have information about the competencies alumni and the number of competencies required by the company. Based on these problems it is necessary an information system web based job which has a function as a means to accommodate the data of alumni and their competencies and corporate data and their jobs will be offered, as well as the competence graduates can do the filtering based on the calculation method Simple Additive weighting (SAW) where each competency will have weight and can generate reports on the number of competencies required by the company. Web-based information systems can be used to manage corporate data and competencies alumni, capable of displaying a list of alumni in accordance with its competence and result in a report on the number of competencies required by the company. With the web-based information system, the flow of information regarding the competence graduates can be channeled in the search for a suitable job.
