Abstract

Setih Setio Muara Bungo Institute of Administration and Health prepares students to become independent and successful entrepreneurs of the future. The purpose of this research is to clarify whether there is a subjective norm in entrepreneurship education regarding self-efficacy in entrepreneurship among students of the Faculty of Management in the business administration course in the eighth semester. Methods of collecting literature review data and field his research, including interviews, observations, and questionnaires conducted on a student population and her sample of 75 people. The data analysis method used to test the hypotheses in this study is SEM-PLS. As a result of testing the direct influence hypothesis, it was shown that entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on entrepreneurship. I was. I was. However, subjective norms do not significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research is aimed at uncovering the influence of Work Engagement and Work Environment on Innovative Work Behavior through Transformational Leadership as an Intervening variable. The research was conducted at the Padang City Tourism Office. The study population was 60 employees who worked in the Padang City Tourism Office, both civil servants and honorary employees. Furthermore, 60 employees became research samples taken proportionally and randomly with proportional random sampling techniques. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square (PLS) approach is applied as a data analysis method. The results of the study revealed that work engagement and transformational leadership affect Innovative work behavior and work environment does not affect innovative work behavior. Work engagement affects transformational leadership, work environment does not affect transformational leadership. And there is an indirect influence between work engagement and innovative work behavior through transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of integration of work achievement where self-efficacy, work Interest, emotional intelligence and motivation as Moderating variables. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population of this study as many as 151 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling technique as many as 109 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that the variables of work interest and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on job performance through motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of emotional exhaustion on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with leadership and self efficacy as independent variables. The population in this study was private employees in the city of Padang. To determine the sample, the use of Maximum Likelihood estimate is used which requires a total sample of 100-200 samples, the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 private employees in the city of Padang. The analysis method used is Analysis on SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of each variable of Leadership and self Efficacy on Emotional Fatigue, a significant influence of Leadership and self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This research model uses 4 variables and applies the concept of intervening. Where in this study analyzed with SEM-PLS. This research proves that leadership and self efficacy affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with emotional fatigue as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This literature survey article discusses the impact of brand image and advertising on purchase intent and decision making with the aim of generating research hypotheses about the effects between variables that can be used in further research. The method of writing this literature review is a library research method derived from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online media. The results of this literature search are: 1) Brand image influences purchase intention. 2) Advertising influences purchase intent. 3) Brand image influences purchasing decisions. 4) Advertising influences purchasing decisions. 5) Purchase intent influences purchase decisions. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to add or study other variables that influence interest and purchase decisions, such as price, product quality, service quality, brand ambassadors, and trust.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: Whistleblowing means information by an employee believed to be related to violations of laws, regulations, codes of conduct, professional speech, or procedural errors, corruption, abuse of authority, or threats to public safety and workplace safety. It is an act of disclosure. Background issue: Corruption is a big concern, but not all can be solved. Novelty: While whistleblowing investigations are typically conducted in the private sector, in this case the whistleblowing investigation is more recent as it is conducted in the government sector. Research method: This study is a quantitative study of all regional tissue populations and uses a targeted sampling technique using criteria. The main sources of research data are distribution of questionnaires and reference books and academic papers. The analysis used to test the data is multiple linear regression. Findings/Results: The results of this study show that individual cost variables, fraud severity, and organizational commitment influence intentions to take whistleblowing actions. Conclusion: Based on the discussion in the study, we can conclude that whistleblowing is an important study in the government sector, influenced by personal cost factors, fraud severity, and organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir. The population in this study amounted to 40 people taken from production employees, while the sample in this study amounted to 40 people using the census method. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study where the tcount> ttable value is 2.320> 2.02619 and the significance level is 0.026 <0.05, which means that workload partially affects the performance of PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir office staff employees. Workload with tcount> ttable or 4.225> 2.02619 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 which means that workload partially affects the performance of employees of the office staff of PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir. Workload and work stress have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT Asian Agri Singingi Hilir with a calculated F value of 33.931> F-tab of 3.25 with sig. (0,000) < 0.05. Adjusted R Square of 0.628 or 62.8%, this means that 62.8% of the employee performance variable can be explained or influenced by workload and work stress variables. While the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.
