Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Rotation and work Mutation on employee performance ( A Case Study On Employees of PTPN 7 Bengkulu ). This research method was quantitative with a population of 40 people while the study sample was taken by using the formula of total sampling technique. The data collection technique used observation and questionnaire with the research variables were Rotation (X1),Work Mutation (X2), and Employee Performance (Y), the result of multiple linear equation Y = 5.760 + 0.735 ( X_1 ) + 0.590 ( X_2 ). Hypothesis test results of work rotation variable (X1), and work Mutation (X2) F Test Result Obtained Fsig 97, 185 and a significant value (sig) of 0,000 result can be interpreted as a significant value of 0,000 <0.050 that H3 is accepted means that simultaneously rotational and mutation variables of work has a significant effect to ward Employees’ performance of PTPN 7 Bengkulu. The result of t count Rotation variable (X1) was 5.626 and significant value (sig) 0.000 means 0.000 <0.050 and the working mutation variable (X2) was 2.485 and significant value (sig) 0.018 <0.050 then the ha hypothesis is accepted. In other words that rotation and work mutation was significantly influence’ performance of PTPN 7 Bengkulu.

Abstract

The title of this research is the Effect of Servie Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions at Bengkulu Wareg Cafe. This research is based on the importance of Purchasing in a company. Purchasing decisions can be affected by several factors. The factors might be Service Quality and Location. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions. The object of this research was consumers who visit the Wareg Cafe at JL Hibrida Raya 11 of Bengkulu City. The number of respondents was 112 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The techniques used were multiple regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination test (R2), hypothesis testing T statistic test and F statistical test. The results of the research can be concluded that the Service Quality and location variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational climate and leadership on the job satisfaction of Marketing Employee at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu, both partially and simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Work Motivation (X1), Organizational Climate (X2) and Leadership (X3). The object of this research was the marketing employee at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. There were 97 employees. The researcher used the method of data collection by means of observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Several data analysis techniques used  were the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the Work Motivation variable (X1), Organizational Climate (X2) and Leadership (X3) affect partially or simultaneously on Job Satisfaction of Marketing employees at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. From the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the regression equation is as follows:Y = 2868 + 0.221 (X1) + 0.277 (X2) + 0.231 (X3). Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Climate, Leadership, Marketing Employee, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The backdrop of research is based on the importance of companies for achieving of organizational goals. These factors have affects on company performance, such as work discipline and motivation. This study aims to examine how the work discipline and motivation towards perfomance of employees at local water company of Bengkulu City. The respondents of this study were 67 employees of local water Company, which data collection techniques by using simple random sampling. For data collection techniques were through observation and questionnaires. While for data analysis techniques by examining its multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicated that there were coordination between discipline and motivation as shown from its multiple linear regression, Y = 4,451 + 0,510 X1 + 1,103 X2. This obtained there was the increase from its coefficient of determination or R Squard (R2) = 0.809 that is equal to 80, 9%, while its remaining 19.1%, was influenced by other variables, not in this study. Furthermore, work discipline and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance of employees, with value (sig) 0,000<alpha 0.05. Similarly, work discipline and individual motivation partially have a significant effect on employees performance, its significant values (sig) for work discipline (X1) 0.003 <alpha 0.05, and work motivation variable (X2) was 0,000 <alpha 0.05. Keywords: work discipline, motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work placement on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch, both partially and simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Compensation (X1), and Work Placement (X2). The object of this research is 50 employees at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by means of observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, and interviews.There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X1), and work placement (X2) have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch. From the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the regression equation is as follows: Y = 4.101 + 0.978 (X1) + 0.640 (X2). Keywords: Compensation, Work Placement and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas Tanjung Alai Village, Lubuk Pinang District, Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research is a quantitative research. Where quantitative data is data in the form of numbers. This study discusses the influence of leadership style, motivation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. The work of Sawitindo Mas. The population in this study were 94 permanent employees of PT. The work of Sawitindo Mas. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling as many as 94 permanent employees. In this study the data collection method is by means of observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used instrument test analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, the results showed that: 1) In partial the variables of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment had an effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas. As evidenced by tcount > ttable (3.463 > 1.661) and tsig < α= (0.001 < 0.050), tcount > ttable (2,290 > 1.661) and tsig < = (0.024 < 0.050), tcount > ttable ( 3.806 > 1.661) and tsig < = (0.000 < 0.050). 2) Simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment affect the job satisfaction of PT. The work of Sawitindo Mas. As evidenced by Fcount of 36,514 with Ftable value of 2.71, namely (36,514 >2,71) and tsig <α =(0,000 <0,050) which means that the variables of Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3 ) together have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of price, product review, convenience and security toward consumers’ loyalty online shopping at Lazada. The population of this study were residents of the panoramic village, which amounted to 100 people. The sample of this study was taken by using the purposive sampling techniques. The data was collected by using questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using a test instrument(test validity and reliability), analysis of classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 3.698 -0.568 (X_1) + 0.242 (X2) + 0.724 (X3) + 0.489 (X4). Which means if the variable price (Xl), product reviews (X2), convenience (X3), security (X4) consumers’ loyalty (Y) are equal to zero, then the variable consumer loyalty will remain at 3.698. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.582 or 58.2% which means that together the variables of price, product reviews, convenience and security give effect toward consumers’ loyalty, while the remaining 0.418 or 41.8% is influenced by other variables that are not included. in the research model. The results of the t-test for the price variable show the value (X2) t_hit>t_(α/2) (5.227 > 1.984) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). It states that the price has a negative effect toward consumers’ loyalty (Y). The review variable product (X2) shows the value of t_hit> t_(α/2) (2.045 > 1.984) and (sig = 0.044 < 0.050). It states that there is an effect of Product Reviews on Consumers’ Loyalty (Y), the convenience variable (X3) shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (7.280 > 1.984) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). It states that there is an effect of convenience on consumer loyalty (Y), the security variable (X4) shows the value of t_hit>t_(α /2) (4.228 > 1.984) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). It states that there is an influence of convenience on consumer loyalty (Y). So H5 is accepted meaning price (X1), product reviews (X2), convenience (X3) and security (X2) have a positive and significant effect on consumers’ loyalty (Y) online shopping at Lazada. Keywords : Product Review, Convenience, Security, Consumers’ Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of tangible, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on people's satisfaction at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research, the method of data collection is done by using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sample in this study was 145 people who took care of e-KTP at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bengkulu City. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression test, test of determination and hypothesis testing. Tangible does not have a significant effect on community satisfaction, tangible has not been able to increase community satisfaction. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, because the services provided by employees are able to increase community satisfaction. Responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, this illustrates that the reliability of employees in providing services is able to increase community satisfaction. Assurance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, if Assurance increases, community satisfaction will increase. Empathy has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction because the empathy given by employees is able to increase community satisfaction. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work culture, work environment and leadership on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection methods are carried out by using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sample in this study were 35 employees at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis test. The results showed that work culture has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. The work environment has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. Leadership has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of relationship marketing, Store Atmosphere and location on buying interest at the Moy Stuff store. This type of research is associative research, namely research that explains the influence between variables. The population in this study were all consumers in the Moy Stuff store. The sample of this study used the number of indicators used in the questionnaire with the assumption that n x 5 amounted to 115 people. The following conclusions can be drawn: 1).Relationship marketing has a positive effect on buying interest in Moy Stuff, thus the higher the relationship marketing, it will increase buying interest in Moy Stuff. 2). Store atmosphere has a positive effect on buying interest in Moy Stuff, thus the higher the store atmosphere, it will increase buying interest in Moy Stuff. 3). Location has a positive effect on buying interest in Moy Stuff, thus the higher the location, the more buying interest in Moy Stuff. 4).Relationship marketing, store atmosphere and location together show an influence on buying interest.
