Abstract

The focus in this research is related to the implementation of the reading wall as an effort to foster the literacy tradition of grade I students at MI Saengprathip Wittaya Mulniti School Thailand. This research uses qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of the reading wall at MI Saengprathip Wittaya Mulniti School Thailand has 5 stages. The first stage, gives 60 minutes to read. The second stage, summarizes what has been read from the reading wall, the third stage is working on the problem. The fourth stage recounts what has been read in front of the class. The fifth stage provides appreciation for students who tell stories in front of the class, and appreciation for those who have worked on questions with the best scores. The role of grade I teachers in implementing the reading wall is as a companion and facilitator. In addition to assisting students in reading wall activities as a literacy process, the teacher also acts as a facilitator. The obstacle that occurs in implementing the reading wall as an effort to foster the literacy tradition of grade I students at MI Saengprathip Wittaya Mulniti School is that classroom teachers cannot focus on making reading walls because the teacher's working hours are the same as school hours. The lack of cohesiveness of all grade I teachers makes the making of reading walls difficult if it is done without the cohesiveness of teachers between class I.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the thematic perfect metamorphosis board media for grade 4 at MI Miftahul Falah Mindahan Batealit Jepara. This research uses the development method (research and development). This research method uses the development model of Sugiono's ten steps. Due to time constraints, the researcher developed up to five steps: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the needs analysis sheet by the fourth grade teacher of MI Miftahul Falah and it can be concluded that the science map learning media board on metamorphosis material is really needed. Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that the product developed is in the "very good" category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the need for android-based learning media in BTQ subjects, particularly fourth grade Tajwid material, exists at SDIT Bunayya Semarang, as well as the validity of the android-based learning media known as Interactive Tajwid. This study employs the R&D development method, as well as quantitative and qualitative approaches. This research development model is based on the work of Borg and Gall in Sugiyono.  In this study, data was gathered through interviews, questionnaires on learning media development needs, and validation sheets for material experts and media experts. The Smart App Creator is used to create this android-based learning media. This application was chosen for its ease of use and ability to combine with other media support applications. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) there is a critical need for the development of android application-based recitation media, and (2) interactive Tajweed applications fall into the very valid category. This is demonstrated by the fact that the results of the analysis of the needs of students and teachers on the development of learning media based on an android recitation application are 100 percent. Material experts' validation results received a score of 98 percent with an average of 4.9. Based on this assessment, the Interactive Tajweed application is classified as Very Valid, and the validation results from media experts obtained a score of 95.6 percent with an average of 4.78, indicating that the Interactive Tajweed application is classified as Very Valid.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kebutuhan media pembelajaran berbasis android pada mata pelajaran BTQ khususnya materi Tajwid kelas IV SDIT Bunayya Semarang serta untuk mengetahui validitas dari media pembelajaran berbasis android yang diberi nama Tajwid Interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan R&D (Research & development) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model pengembangan penelitian ini menggunakan pengembangan Borg and Gall dalam Sugiyono. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, angket kebutuhan pengembangan media pembelajaran serta lembar validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android ini menggunakan Smart App Creator. Pemilihan aplikasi ini didasarkan atas penggunaannya yang mudah dan bisa menggabungkan aplikasi pendukung media yang lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kebutuhan akan pengembanagn media tajwid berbasis aplikasi android sangat dibutuhkan, (2) Aplikasi Tajwid Interaktif termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil analisis kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran tajwid berbasis aplikasi android adalah 100%. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi memperoleh nilai skor 98% dengan rata-rata 4,9. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berusaha melakukan penelusuran terhadapalumni atau biasa disebut dengan tracer study PGMI paska lulustahun 2015, 2016 dan 2017. Tracer study merupakan bagianpenting dari evaluasi program studi untuk mengetahui sejauh manaketerserapan alumni di dunia kerja. Tidak hanya itu, penelitian inijuga berusaha mencari kepuasan pengguna alumni PGMI FAIUniversitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang. Berdasarkan penelitian yangsudah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerjaan alumnisetelah lulus dari kuliah sebagian besar relevan dengankompetensinya, yaitu guru. Sebanyak 84 responden bekerjasebagai guru, 8 bekerja di sektor lain, 4 responden menikah, dan 8responden melanjutkan studi S2. Dengan demikian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa alumni PGMI sangat siap bekerja dengankompetensi yang dimilikinya.Lulusan PGMI memiliki masa tunggu yang relatif baik,yakni di bawah 6 bulan, bahkan 58 responden bekerja dengan masatunggu di bawah 3 bulan. Hal ini dikarenakan para respondenbanyak yang sudah ikut membantu ekstra kurikuler sepertipramuka, seni, atau ekstra lain sehingga mereka sudah diminta ikutmengajar bahkan sebelum lulus.Kompetensi lulusan yang sangat menunjang kinerja alumnidengan nilai sangat baik terbanyak adalah integritas yang berupakejujuran, sikap, dan tanggung jawab alumni dalam bekerja.Kemudian komunikasi alumni juga dinilai sangat baik.Key Word: Tracer Study, Kepuasan Customer, Alumni PGMI FAIUniversitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang

Abstract

Abstrak Pengembangan bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia ini menjadi salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Basis cerita bergambar/komik pada bahan ajar yang dikembangkan menjadi salah satu pilihan yang sesuai bagi peserta didik dan pengajar untuk lebih mendalami materi dengan motivasi yang tinggi karena bentuknya yang berbeda dari yang sudah ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development ( R&D) dengan menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall. Hasil skor keefektifan diperoleh dari hasil belajar. Hasil skor keefektifan bahan ajar komik menunjukkan 89,81 %. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh pada α = 5 % dengan dk=22-1 = 21 diperoleh ttabel = 2,119. Didapat thitung = 11,054 ≥ ttabel = 2,119 karena thitung ≥ ttabel maka hipotesis (Ha) diterima. Proses pembelajaran dapat disimpulkan ada peningkatan hasil belajar sesudah siswa menggunakan bahan ajar komik dan karena hal tersebut bahan ajar dikatakan efektif. Kata kunci: Pengembangan, bahan ajar komik, bahasa Indonesia Abstract The development of teaching materials in Bahasa Indonesia lesson is one of efforts to improve education quality in schools. Basic of illustrated story/comic on teaching materials is developed become an appropriate choice for students and teachers to explore more material with high motivation because of its different form from the existing ones. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using a model developed by Borg and Gall. The results of the effectiveness score were obtained from learning outcomes. The score for the effectiveness of comic teaching materials was 89.81%. The calculation results obtained at α=5% with dk=22-1=21 obtained t table= 2.119. Obtained t count=11,054 ≥ t table=2.119 because t count ≥ t table then the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The learning process can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes after students use comic teaching materials and because of this the teaching materials are said effective. Abstract

Abstract This research study about implementation of literation movement program of reading habbit steps for 4th grader in SDN Sampangan, study about impact and teacher’s role in conducting literation program. This research is field research with use qualitative approach. Technique of data collection is conducted by documentation, observation and interview. Technique of data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusion while to check data validity is done by observation, triangulation technique and triangulation sources. The result show that The Implementation of Literation Movement Program on Reading Habituation Step for 4th Grader in SDN Sampangan 02 through six steps. First, giving time 10-15 minutes for reading. It can be conducted in class or out of class. Summerize what they are read from the textbook. Retelling what they are read in front of the class. Giving appreciate for student who are already retelling in front of the class and making a note for book which are already read and borrowed by the student in reading card. Positive impact of this activity is there are daily reading habbit which make students become keen on reading and improving their reading references. The role of 4th grader teacher are as assistant and facilitator.
