Abstract

A medical record is a tool to record the occurrence of service transactions so that it must be kept safe and confidential from the danger of damage. The author's initial observations at the storage section of the Simpang Tiga Inpatient Public Health Center in Pekanbaru, there were 18 (60%) files that had been damaged, while 12 (40%) not damaged from 30 files. This service activity aims to determine the factors of damage to medical record files. The method used in this service was with lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. The results showed that several factors affect the damage to medical records in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The intrinsic factor was that medical record files were made in the form of a book, then not all files were made in it, but were made in red paper and cardboard without using a folder. With this activity, the knowledge of officers at the inpatient public health center at Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru can be increased.  ABSTRAK Dokumen rekam medis adalah alat merekam, mencatat terjadinya transaksi pelayanan sehingga harus dijaga keamanan dan kerahasiaannya dari bahaya kerusakan. Dokumen rekam medis sebagai sumber informasi yang harus dipertanggungjawabkan sebaik-baiknya. Mutu pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan bila didukung oleh keamanan dan kerahasiaan berkas rekam medis pasien di ruangan peyimpanan berkas rekam medis itu sendiri. Metode kegiatan ini dengan memberikan sosialisasi/penyuluhan tentang faktor apa saja dari kerusakan dalam berkas rekam medis kepada puskesmas. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar. Kerusakan berkas rekam medis dilihat dari faktor intrinsik dan faktor eksrinsik. Faktor intrinsik kertas dan karton berwarna merah muda tanpa menggunakan map. Tinta yang digunakan umumnya menggunakan tinta hitam, sebagian besar perekat berkas rekam medis yang digunakan yaitu hekter dan isolasi bening. Faktor ekstrinsik kondisi ruangan rekam  medis pada jendela ruangan filling langsung terpapar sinar matahari karena tidak memakai gorden, Faktor kimiawi sudut ruangan dan didalam rak banyak debu sehingga dapat membuat kusam dan usang berkas rekam medis. Sehingga diharapkan nantinya mengerti dan memahami dalam pemeliharaan kebersihan diruang penyimpanan berkas rekam  medis dengan membersihkan ruangan secara berkala untuk menjaga kenyamanan dan kebersihan.

Abstract

Kegunaan dari pembatas (divider/tab) adalah menandai antara satu riwayat layanan rawat inap dengan riwayat selanjutnya atau satu bagian tertentu dengan bagian lainnya sehingga dapat menghemat waktu dalam pencarian dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil survey tidak ada pemisahan antara rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah petugas dalam mengakses data tiap layanan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan merancang pembatas divider/tab dan memberikan penyuluhan dengan tatap muka kepada petugas rekam medis di RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan (Februari – Maret), dengan peserta kegiatan 10 orang petugas rekam medis. Dari hasil rancangan, petugas dapat mengaplikasikan pembatas divider/tab dalam mempermudah pelaksanaan dokumen rekam medis. Abstract Medical record documents consist of several components, namely medical record forms, clamps and fasteners to unite paper, paper dividers between one form and another and medical record file folders, all medical record forms must be stored in a medical record folder. If in one folder the records of inpatient and outpatient are combined, then the boundaries are marked with outpatient or inpatient notes and placed before the sheets. Dividers or tabs are used to limit one episode of inpatient care to the next or one particular section to another. By using the divider it will be clearer the boundary between one episode of hospitalization with the next episode. The purpose of this service is expected to shorten the time for health workers to open the patient's recent history in the medical record file. The method used in this community service activity is in several stages, namely the first stage of preparation is a preliminary study, the second stage of implementation provides understanding, counseling, and discussion. The third stage is Diffusion of science and technology (adoption and application of science and technology). From the results of community service according to the plan, carried out with opening activities by providing an understanding from the TIM about the implementation of community service, the next activity is providing material/counseling to officers, the next stage is to design a section divider (Divider/Tab) which is used to limit one episode inpatient services with the next episode or one particular section with another, the next stage is the submission of the results of the TIM design to the hospital, namely to the medical record officer. It is hoped that the results of the design can always be applied because medical records are valid documentation and evidence and maintain and maintain the contents of patient documents.

Abstract

Productivity is very important in determining the continuity of the company or organization. Besides labor productivity is also influenced by motivation, workload, and work environment. Motivates one employee to work usually is complicated, because it involves many factors of motivation. Motivation as a psychological process in a person influenced several factors such as internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was Relationships Work Motivation Factor Against Nurses Work Productivity patient inpatient in RSUD Petala Bumi. This type of research is quantitative by using a cross sectional study design with total sampling technique. The results of research that there is a connection between the personal maturity (p value = 0.000), there is a relationship between desire and expectation (p value = 0.000), there is a relationship between needs (p value = 0.007), there is a relationship between job satisfaction (p value = 0.005 ), there is a correlation between the work environment (p value = 0.005), there is a correlation between salary (p value = 0.000), there is a relationship between the award (p value = 0.005) with productivity, and there is no relationship between control and productivity (p value = 0.311). Then advice is to improve personal maturity employees , meet wishes and expectations employees and the need for example by the award for employees with performance to work created satisfaction that may increase productivity work..

Abstract

The assessment of performance is the process of judging the result of the work of personnel in a performance appraisal organization through an instrument. Give help in based on capability of being obtained through education, the motivation, work experience, and compensation also closely related to the performance of a person. The purpose of the research is to know the factors that associated the performance of nursing in hospital Bhayangkara Pekanbaru. Type of this research is quantitative analytic with Cross Sectional Study design. Population and sample is 58 people. The collection of data with conducted the questionaire, Analysis of data was performed using univariate and bivariate with statistical test Chi-Square. Result of the research the motivation OR = 18,333, the work experience OR = 9,896, the compensation performance of nursing staff OR = 13,33. Suggested to management Bhayangkara hoprital Pekanbaru can become the facilitator in improving the human resources ti get education and knowledge are higher, motivate exertion nursing, simulation training and that deatls with nursing, and noticed compensation.

Abstract

Organisasi pembelajaran adalah iklim kerjasama yang dapat menciptakan sumber daya manusia agar memiliki komitmen, integritas dan tanggung jawab secara kolektif terhadap keseluruhan kinerja organisasi. Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dicapai dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang dibebankan. Naik turunnya jumlah kunjungan pasien di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau dapat dikarenakan menurunya pula kinerja petugas, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari jumlah kunjungan pasien selama lima tahun terakhir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Learning organization terhadap kinerja petugas. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif desain cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling untuk. Jumlah sampel untuk penelitian sebanyak 75. Analisis data dilakukan secara dekriptif, chi square, dan logistik linier ganda. Dari hasil analisa multivariat kinerja petugas baik 32, berpikir sistem baik 25 Pvalue 0,027, visi bersama baik 28 Pvalue 0,152, pembelajaran tim baik 24 Pvalue 0,027, keahlian pribadi baik 30 Pvalue 0,086 dan mental model baik 34 Pvalue 0,213. Variable Learning Organization yang paling berpeluang terhadap kinerja adalah pembelajaran tim. Kesimpulan dari learning organization terhadap kinerja petugas di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau dapat berjalan dengan baik dan semakin meningkat maka kepuasan pelanggan akan tercapai secara maksimal.

Abstract

One of the policies implemented by the Government of Indonesia is the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program run by the Social Insurance Administration Organization (BPJS). However, over time the program was deemed detrimental to the community in terms of complicated procedures, inappropriate doctor services and limited drugs, and many more procedures that were deemed not to fit the needs of the community. The purpose of this research The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of JKN in terms of quality of health services at Pekanbaru Petala Bumi Hospital. This is a research method qualitative purposive sampling, to technique two informants hospitals and 2. the patients data collection is done with the observation/ observation in-depth interviews, and group interviews. The research technical competence officials always update sip, doctor affordability and accessibility hospital, accessible the health services management, instuksi follow in curbing bpjs, policy. in supporting the availability of tools, BPJS does not provide tools but hospitals that provide, but hospitals have standards that are in accordance with regulations, patient health services have clinical pathways and there are SOP clinical pathways, patient safety is guaranteed, comfort of patients in hospitals is very comfortable, treatment officers in the hospital for patients are also comfortable, information provided by officers to patients and families is quite clear, officers in providing services are always on time and responsive to patients, service is very helpful for patients and families in the era JKN. Concluded that the level of satisfaction by participants national health insurance hospital petala earth provinzi riau considered as a whole patient had been satisfied but need to be repaired. hospital services.

Abstract

The hospital has a very large role as a provider of health services to BPJS Health participants. The implementation of the BPJS Health program in the Hospital is inseparable from various problems such as BPJS participants who do not understand their rights and obligations as a result of lack of knowledge, community work related to BPJS Health, lack of exposure to information related to BPJS health to the attitudes and behavior of health workers towards patients. The purpose of the study was to find out what factors were related to the attitude of utilizing BPJS health services to outpatients in Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province. This was a quantitative analytic research with a cross-sectional design. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate using multiple logistic regression tests. The results showed that the variables significantly related to the attitudes of outpatients in the utilization of the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) services namely knowledge (POR: 3.99; 95% CI; 1, 782-8,935), education (POR: 16, 67; 95% CI; 7,206-38,575) and exposure to information POR: 2.65; 95% CI; 1,228-5,704). It is recommended for health workers to further enhance their role in providing health promotion on health BPJS through integrated counseling by establishing cross-program and cross-sectoral cooperation including through integrated socialization from various parties involving ulemas, and community leaders through activities carried out by the community.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The role of stakeholders in reducing the number of malnutrition is very influential in efforts to prevent the occurrence of nutritional problems in toddlers. Riau Province ranks 20th with the percentage of malnutrition as much as 4.20% and the percentage of malnutrition as much as 14%. Data from the Kampar District Health Office in 2018 found that Kampar Health Center occupies the highest number for malnutrition in children under five with a percentage of 1.6% or as many as 33 people. This study aims to obtain in-depth information about the role of stakeholders in the Nutrition Program for Toddlers in the Kampar Health Center in 2019. This study is qualitative in nature with the Rapid Assessment Procedure research design, namely in-depth direct interviews of the study sample. The number of samples in this study amounted to 10 people, of which 5 people as the main informant and 5 people as supporting informants. The results of the study found that stakeholders have exercised their power in accordance with their main duties, functions and roles, only that the workload has not been evenly distributed and there is still a lack of cooperation with development business partners. Conclusion power has been going well according to the main tasks, functions and roles, interests or interests in establishing cooperation with business development partners is not optimal, the position in setting the target to be achieved has gone well. Abstract

Claims of naontial health insurance is a series of acvies to research and prove that there have been reasonable transactions and ordinary and making payments appropriate at apredetermined me. The purpose of this research was to find out the factors service process claims of health insurance in maternity hospital Pekanbaru subjects. This was a qualitativestudy. There were 3 informants from this research. The data collecon was used observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the process of filing a claim is to prepare a claim file which will be verified by an administrative officer who if approved, the claim submission form will be printed, and then the claim can be paid. To standard procedures of these hospital policies was there but from Health of Ministry there has been not yet. Human resources service process insurance claims color according to diagnose Indonesian Code Disease 10 and analysis document completeness. Facilities in-service process claims arenot enough and the documents will be decoding died and every day. And analyze the completeness of documents. As a conclusion, the obstacles that existed during the implementation of the National Health insurance claim service process were notrunning optimally, including delays in the National Health insurance claim service process. For the standard procedures, the insurance claim service process for National Health Insurance is already available, but the role of the Health Ministry does not yet exist. Facilities are still lacking. While the files that are coded every day there are fiy pieces. Human resources need to be increased so that the implementation is optimal. This study attempts to find out the cause of unrealized a computerized system in place registration ambulatory in RSUD Petala Bumi pekanbaru years 2015. Research methodology with a qualitative approach. technics data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis qualitative analysis. The results of the study because the hospital new this year become the house district general hospital while first still in under UPT provincial health office riau. Human resources in components of the system computerized not enough. Facilities and infrastructure for a computerized system there has been no. There is no sop to a computerized system, and funding of the have been over budgeted but still in the process. In suggest: the sum of human resources in addition, make facilities and infrastructure, sop at the record medical and needs to be improved again efforts advocacy that ususlan budget / cost to a computerized systemin TPPRJ can be processed by related parties.
