Abstract

This research was based on a case where the result of observation by researcher in Public Elementary School, that showed the low level of teacher performance. Many factors affected the teacher performance which is pedagogical competence. The purpose of this research is to know about the relationship of pedagogical competence to teacher performance in Public Elementary School. The method of this research was quantitative research with 78 teachers. Instrument in this research used teacher competence test. The results of the analysis data showed that pedagogical competence contributes significantly to teacher performance in Public Elementary School of 21.9 % and 78.1% of remaining influenced by another factors. The recommendation in this research is the teachers may improve pedagogical competence and teacher performance.

Abstract

This research is written based on the learning difficulties during the internship activities. This research is to produce learning module for students who implement internship with Blended Learning model. Web-based or Android-based e-learning with the combined method of online manual learning can overcome these obstacles, because it can serve the students in large quantities, the time required is relatively short,it is flexible learning process, and teaching materials can be absorbed quite effectively. The purpose to know the validity of modules, the effectiveness, and effectiveness of the developed learning modules. The method used is a Research and Development (R & D) by using the FOUR D development model that are the definition, design, development, and deployment. The research design used for trial module is quasi experiment with time series model. The module made is valid by the material expert with the average of all eligibility is 80.38%, included in the "Excellent" category. The modular practicality analysis is 81.41%, included in the "Practical" category. Module effectiveness analysis, included in the "Good" category. From both data analysis results done, it can be stated that the module is effective in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

The school management can mean everything pertaining to the management of the educational process to achieve the stated goals, both short-term goals, medium, or long-term goals. The purpose of term goal of this research was to determine the school management to improve the quality of education, to include: (1) Planning school programs; (2) The implementation of school programs and (3) Barriers faced. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Subjects were principals, supervisors and teachers in primary schools Boarding School Jar Pidie district. Research results found: (1) planning school programs, (2) The implementation of school programs, and (3) Barriers in planning school programs. It is expected that supervisors in order to direct and supervise principals in improving the quality of education on school program planning, program implementation and obstacles faced by appropriate, effective and efficient so that the quality of education in the schools can be improved.

Abstract

The current models of vocational school performance measurement refer to the eight National Standards of Education. They are accreditation and school seif-evaluation models, and the models are not effective yet, as they did not measure school performance from all aspects of the school life. Therefore, to measure school performance comprehensively and effectively, by using A Model of Vocational School Performance Measurement based on Balance Scorecard. The type of the research is development research. The development model procedure followed the model from Borg and Gall (2008: 570). Data collection used instrument replenishment to all school stakeholders. The collected data then were analyzed using scoring on each measurement indicator. The results obtained based on the stages of product development trial to 46 respondents. The result of study showed that the vocational school performance measurement model is very effective. The Effectiveness of model wastaken by filling questionnaires that contains of 13 statements and distributed to 46 respondents of four SMKs in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The effectiveness level of the model book is 91.24%, while the format book is 94.31%. It means that the books of the Vocational School Performance Measurement Model based on Balance Scorecard are very effective to measure the performance of vocational high schools.

Abstract

Information and computer technology has developed along with the globalization, where a learning system must integrate with the use of computers and the Internet. The purpose of this research is on the LAN device installation and to know the validity and practicalities of the media. This is according to Van Den Akker's consisting of: requirements analysis, design, evaluation and revision. This research resulted from the media in the form of E-Learning with Classroom Online that is validated by a validate with criteria very well 94.28%. A Testing for practicalities is done with 20. The result of the testing for practicalities is stated that the e-learning Classroom Online is good categorized with an average score of 83% in terms of the interest of the students, the process of increasing its use, liveliness, time and student evaluation. E-learning in the Classroom Online as one of the alternative media learning materials on the installation of the device for the LAN in the vocational school.
