Abstract

Learning process is the most important activity. Therefore, the successful achievement of learning objectives depends on how effectively the learning process takes place. Effective learning process can’t be separated from the role of learning resources that are used, in which the utilization and the selection of appropriate learning resources greatly affects the learning process. Therefore, an aspect of learning resources support the success of the learning process. Thus, use of learning resources in the form of web-based multimedia applications in basic journalism courses will increase effectiveness in learning, so that learning becomes more meaningful to the students to gain direct experience in virtual reality.

Abstract

The high number of Tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia made health development as main part of government’s mission in National Middle Term of Plan (RPJMN). Based on that mission, The Health Ministry formulated some strategies and one of them is to increase the community empowerment, private and civil society through national cooperation and global. The successful of one assisting activity for community empowerment will be determined by communication which participative. Community program of TB Care Aisyiyah is one program that moved to realize the health infrastructure of non-governmental and dynamic of social group who able independently improved TB problem in Indonesia. Aisyiyah as autonomy muslim women's organization, special from Muhammadiyah was selected being main coordinator of fund receiver from Global fund represents civil society. The author used mixed method and non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, the sample which was selected is Kalianyar District where associated in KPT of West Jakarta. This research aimed to explain participatory communication which occurred on Program of people empowerment for TB handling in Aisyiyah, then to analyze the correlation of determination factors among participatory communication on that program.  The research result has shown participatory communication viewed on some communication forums which were conducted by that program. In forum where consist of patients, PMO, Cadres and the facilitator who associated with KPT of West Jakarta. Those communication forums used diversities such as religion differentiation, ethnics, economic class, culture, gender and ideology to reach joint purpose of TB disease handling. At some meetings, the dialogue occurred as a special identity from participatory communication. The research result also showed the real correlation occurred among determination factors of participatory communication with community program of TB Care Aisyiyah.

Abstract

-The achievement of a goal the organization or company characterized by good performance of all employees. This makes the employee as an asset that is essential for an organization or company. Career development at PT Sucofindo (Persero) Jakarta is one of the influential program that aims to meet the needs of employees, in order to increase their performance in order to maintain employees as the most important asset. This study was conducted using a sample technique is saturated with respondents from 30 employees at the Human Capital division. Data obtained by observation, questionnaires, and literature were processed using SPSS V.17. Data processing results obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.868 which has a very strong relationship between the career development of the performance. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained significant level of 0.000 <0.05. R Square of 0.754 which can be concluded that the career development has an influence on the performance while the rest of 0.246 influenced by other factors. The calculation of the regression coefficients obtained significant level of 0.000 where 0.000 <0.05 then H0 and H1 accepted. The value of a = 11.871, b = 0.724 value obtained regression formula Y = a + bx to Y = 11.871 + 0,724x. X = Career development, Y = Performance. So run career development has been good in the role that employee performance is increasing.Keywords: Career Developments, Employee’s Performance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know and to analyze the translation of tense in a novel as well as to see the level of equivalence between the source language and target language. The writer also wants to find out the procedures of translation used by the translator. This is a qualitative descriptive research that produces a data consisting of sentences of the present and the past form. Based on analysis of the translation for both the present and past tense has a very high level of acceptance between the source language and target language. While the translation procedure for this novel, the translator uses a lot of transposition, modulation, and adaptation. The writer also grouped sentences in verbal and nominal categories as well as justification of translation equivalence. The writer took 10 sentences randomly as the object of research analyzed by giving information, semantic analysis, and procedure of translation.

Abstract

The use of smartphones increasingly increasing in line with the increasing infrastructure of internet access to the entire territory of Indonesia. In addition, the price of smartphones are increasingly affordable and become a trend makes the use of smartphones reaching the corners of the archipelago. Indonesia as a country with the fourth largest population in the world, became a potential smartphone market share for smartphone manufacturers, all world-renowned brands compete fiercely seize the big smartphone market in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the buying interest of Xiaomi smartphones, namely product quality and price perception. The sample in this study consists of 94 students in ASM BSI Jakarta who have been using Xiaomi smartphone. Research data using primary data of questionnaire distributed result. The results showed that product quality significantly influence buying interest, price perception have significant effect to buying interest, product quality and price perception simultaneously have significant effect to buying interest.

Abstract

Ketahanan Ekonomi adalah kondisi dinamik kehidupan perekonomian bangsa yang berisi keuletan dan ketangguhan yang mengandung kemampuan dalam mengembangkan kekuatan nasional dalam menghadapi serta mengatasi segala ancaman, rintangan, gangguan, hambatan serta tantangan yang berasal dari luar negeri dan dari dalam negeri secara langsung maupun tidak langsung untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup perekonomian bangsa dan negara Republik Indonesia yang berdasarkan kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi dengan menggerakan roda ekonomi melalui ekonomi kreatif yakni sebuah konsep ekonomi di era ekonomi baru yang mengintensifkan informasi dan kreativitas dengan menciptakan ide dan gagasan yang bisa dikembangkan guna meningkatkan perekonomian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the excellent service (Service Excellent), to meet the expectations of society to public service in the village of Makasar East Jakarta, the results of the study in accordance with procedures and meet the standards that have been applied by governments in almost all kelurahan. This is evident from the work culture applied in this village, as well as adequate facilities and supporting facilities.

Abstract

Abstract - Pelayanan yang baik di dalam suatu perusahaan akan menciptakan kepuasan bagi para pelanggan, oleh karena itu suatu perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang khusus untuk mengelola jasa dengan baik. Strategi yang dimaksud mengenai hal apa yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, hal ini berkaitan dengan pelayanan dimana pelayanan merupakan aspek terpenting untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang mencoba menunjukan pengaruh dari pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner sedangkan variable yang menjadi penelitian ini adalah variable bebas yaitu pelayanan (X) dan variable tak bebas adalah kepuasan (Y). Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, berdasarkan perhitungan determinasi yang penulis teliti, diperoleh hasilnya yaitu varian yang tejadi pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan 54,5% ditentukan oleh varian yang terjadi pada variabel pelayanan

Abstract

PT. Wings Food, kembali mengeluarkan produk terbarunya, yaitu Mie Suksess, pada Juni 2015, dengan porsi yang lebih banyak dan bumbu yang lebih terasa. Mie Suksess berisi dua keping dalam setiap bungkusnya. Artinya, menawarkan porsi yang lebih banyak dengan bumbu yang lebih terasa, ini adalah merek mie kedua setelah sebelumnya sukses mengeluarkan mie Sedaap, perusahaan ini menggunakan artis Sule dan Maya Septha untuk mendukung iklannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Celebrity endorser Sule dan Maya Septha, Brand awareness dan Harga produk pada pembentukan Minat beli Mie Suksess di kecamatan Pinang-kota Tangerang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 100 responden, teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sample, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dimana elemen dari populasi dipilih dengan pertimbangan peneliti dan menggunakan kuesioner metode skala likert, untuk memperoleh data, unit analisisnya adalah semua masyarakat kecamatan Pinang-kota Tangerang yang telah menonton iklan Mie Suksess. Adapun hasil penelitian analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Celebrity endorser, Brand awareness dan Harga produk terhadap pembentukan variabel Minat beli Mie Suksess. Hasil uji t, variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh dalam membentuk Minat beli Mie Suksess adalah Brand awareness.Kata kunci: Celebrity endorser, Brand Awareness, Harga produk, Minat beli.

Abstract

Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan konsumen untuk membeli laptop dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh motivasi dan gaya hidup. Aspek motivasi meliputi kenyamanan, harga produk, pekerjaan, kebutuhan, dan kualitas produk. Jadi, semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi konsumen, akan semakin meningkat pula keputusan pembelian laptop. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli laptop.
