Abstract

One of the government's breakthroughs in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 towards the implementation of electronic-based regional autonomy is Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems. Technological developments will create (to create), access (to access), manage (to process), and utilize (to utilize) information precisely and accurately. Information is a very valuable commodity in the era of globalization to be mastered in order to increase the competitiveness of an organization in a sustainable manner. This phenomenon is important to study, because this system is expected to be a solution related to the implementation of effective, efficient, transparent and accountable local governments for efforts to prevent corruption by utilizing the application of this technology. This type of legal research used by researchers is empirical sociological legal research. Empirical sociological legal research that includes research on legal identification (unwritten) and research on legal effectiveness. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and literature study. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of electronic-based regional autonomy on efforts to prevent corruption (a case study of the Bekasi City and Regency Government). The conclusion is that the effectiveness of the implementation of electronic-based autonomy is not optimal, there are still problems that there is no national integrated SPBE governance, SPBE has not been applied to the implementation of government administration and public services as a whole and optimally, the reach of ICT infrastructure to all regions and to all levels of society not optimal, the limited number of ASN employees who have ICT technical competence. based on the substance of the regulations, it is necessary to regulate the authority of the central government and local governments in managing e-government. Meanwhile, the culture of sharing data and information between government agencies is still low; Information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure has not reached all agencies, and information security management is weak in almost all government agencies. Based on the application of an electronic-based government system towards the prevention of corruption, one of which is to combat corruption is preventive efforts in addition to repressive measures

Abstract

Wahyoo's entrepreneurial startup is a technology company established in 2017 and provides added value that is beneficial to stalls in Indonesia. Wahyoo experienced the Covid-19 Pandemic crisis so that Wahyoo's income decreased by 50%. Warung Tegal (warteg) is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise that is affected by a policy issued by the government to break the chain of covid distribution, namely regional quarantine, large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) and lockdown. For that we need digital technology such as social entrepreneur startup Wahyoo which in carrying out its business strategy can face the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to describe what Business Strategy steps carried out by Wahyoo's social enterprise startups in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach and case studies. With the observation and documentation research method as a research method that illustrates that the Wahyoo Social Enterprise Startup Business Strategy steps that have been implemented through # Rantang Hati, Warteg New normal and opening new units can deal with the COVID-19 Pandemic Situation

Abstract

On August 28, 2019, around hundreds of Papuan students from the Papua and West Papua Student Alliance held a demonstration in front of the Merdeka Palace, the capital city of Jakarta. They demanded the government to arrest the perpetrators who had provoked by calling racist words against Papuan student at AMP. Because of these demands, they also mentioned other demands that were contrary to Indonesian regulations, namely asking for a referendum for Papua. The demand for a referendum on Papua became increasingly aggressive when the Morning Star flag was raised in front of Merdeka Palace. Papuan separatism is Indonesia’s main threat. Protests like this cannot be allowed to happen again because they have violated Indonesian regulations. News of the Papuan student demonstrations has been in the spotlight of the mass media, especially online media such as cnnindonesia.com and kompas.com. In this research, I want to see how the news of Papuan student demonstrations is framed on cnnindonesia.com and kompas.com. I use the Zhongdang Pan & Gerald M. Kosicki framing which looks at the framing of syntactic, script, thematic and rhetorical structures. I use a constructivist paradigm and qualitative research methods. The results showed that both cnnindonesia.com and kompas.com have dominant sides to the government. The two media are equally dominant in discussing the legal aspect, because the two media show the fact that the demonstration was tinged with elements of separatism so that there was a need for the arrest of the main actors of the demonstration.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that is threatening the world has caused anxiety for all parties, including the people in Denpasar City. Various attempts have been made to make the situation stable, one way is to share information within a positive elaboration terminology. The information is certainly delivered by foreign words that are currently so prevalent, and appears in one click through the Google search engine. In order to convey the intent and meaning that can be properly channeled to all levels of society, Policies related to handling the COVID-19 pandemic through the elaboration of several foreign terms such as lockdown, swab test, social distancing, etc. are required. This study aimed to find out how the foreign words can be well accepted by the community without risking the existence of Indonesian language. As a descriptive qualitative method, the main data is Covid terms that are informed to the public in Denpasar are collected using a polling technique through randomly distributing questionnaires and simulation. Finding data was used survey & observation methods, as well as documentation. It is hoped public can understand and implement the appeal as expected by the government, without reducing the existence of good and correct Indonesian.Keywords: elaboration, foreign words, covid term

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine influence of corporate image and perceived value towards gofood customer loyalty. This research is examined quantitatively. Data of this research is primary data collected through questionnaire, each question is represented in 1-5 likert scale. Population of this research is Surakarta society who has installed gojek apps, especially who has used gofood service. Number of sample of this research is 100 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linier regression. Resulting that corporate image has a significant influence on gofood customer loyalty. In contrast perceived value doesn’t have significant influence on gofood customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract - The development of Information Technology which has impacts on the ease of producing and accessing information has caused the rapid circulation of information in the community. However, the circulation of this information does not completely contain the truth. Hoax information is intentionally produced and spread to the public through various application platforms aimed to distorting the facts so that the information is believed to be the real truth. This condition can be seen from the ease people share the information they receive through their smart devices to a number of people closest to them or to groups or community wherr they participate in.            This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study was carried out by analyzing hoax news mapping data collected by the covid-19 handling task force through the covid19.go.id website obtained through the Indonesian Anti-Defamation Society (Mafindo). The news data and hoax information in the form of verbal and visual were analyzed with a qualitative content analysis approach to analyze how the hoax phenomenon during this pandemic was deliberately created and spread by the public.Furthermore, the results of the analysis are examined with the perspective of Jean Baudillard's simulacra and hyperreality.            The result shows that information as the main product of the information society is no longer dominated by information producers such as television and newspapers, but now anyone who has a device and is connected to the internet can produce information. The impact of this is that humans are trapped in false reality and dwell on duplication and superficiality. Keyword: information technology, hoax covid-19, simulacrum jean baudillard

Abstract

Vlogs or video blogs are becoming a trend in today's society, various types of shows can be easily watched on the Youtube channel. However, what is most interesting is the proliferation of horror content that has won a place in the hearts of Indonesians, along with the increasing production of horror films. One of the horror-themed vlogs with the most subscribers is Jurnalrisa which introduces the life of astral beings through a mediation mechanism. Uniquely, this show not only gives the audience a sensation of fear, but also educates them through the insights gained in interacting with supernatural beings, such as how powerful a prayer is, what happens in the next world when someone dies of suicide and many more. This study uses mass communication theory, which is seen from the cognitive, affective and conative or behavioral aspects to show positive effect on followers or customers after watching Jurnalrisa videos in their real life. Among them is the increased belief and understanding of a better life, realizing that we do live side by side with supernatural beings, and being more careful in living life in order to achieve happiness in the world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

Abstract-  This study aims to analyze the effect of price and promotion on the sales level of Pizza Hut in the Covid-19 era. This research is a basic research to fill the research gap in sales level studies. two hypotheses and tested using data collected from 150 respondents of pizza hut customers. This research is driven by the Covid-19 pandemic which has brought a downturn for companies in marketing products produced by these companies, especially companies in the field of food and beverage. Researchers use quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to analyze how much influence the independent variables interact with. dependent variable. Researchers found that the variable that had the most significant influence on Pizza Hut sales in the Covid-19 era was promotion. The decline in Pizza Hut prices did have an effect on the increase in Pizza Hut sales but the effect was not too significant. This is due to the intense price competition to attract consumers' attention in this pandemic. Thus, it is evident that the Pizza Hut promotion strategy by attracting public sympathy can increase sales in the Covid-19 era.Keywords: price, promotion, sales level, covid-19

Abstract

Abstract - The hotel industry is one of the industries that has a major contribution to the Indonesian economy. The COVID-19 pandemic, which has been ongoing since early 2019, has had a negative impact on various industries, including the hotel industry. Indonesia is one of the regions in the world affected by COVID-19. The hotel industry has experienced a very drastic decline in occupancy, therefore it is necessary to implement an appropriate and effective business communication strategy in order to stabilize the declining occupancy. The purpose of this research is to find out how the business communication strategy implemented by OYO Hotels and Homes Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic through the Sanitized Stays Program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method by collecting factual data based on observations, and documentation and literature relevant to this research. The results of the research and the conclusion that OYO Hotels and Homes Indonesia carried out business communication strategy activities through the Sanitized Stays program were in accordance with the objectives of the hotel, namely stabilizing occupancy during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords : Strategy, Communication, Business, Sanitized Stays Program

Abstract

KPop is currently a trend for some teenagers. Most of these teenage Kpop fans feel that being a fan also has to collect various kinds of goods or what is commonly known as merchandise related to their idols. They assume that buying these items will make them true fans no matter what the price. They are willing to spend up to millions of rupiah to get their idol's original products such as albums, clothes, bags, pants, hats, bracelets and so on. Furthermore, this study will analyze the problem of high idol impulsive buying behavior in the adolescent community and determine the relationship between self-esteem and impulsive buying behavior in adolescents. This study will specifically examine whether there is a relationship between self-esteem and impulsive buying behavior in adolescents. This research will use Coopersmith's theory of self-esteem and Rook and Fisher's theory of impulsive buying, which is then examined in terms of its aspects and characteristics. Keywords : Teens, KPop Fans, Impulsive Buying, Self-Esteem
