Abstract

Abstrak - Pariwisata adalah hal yang sangat penting bagi perekonomian di Indonesia.Salah satu bidang pariwisata yang sedang populer adalah wisata kuliner. Salah satu tujuan wisata kuliner yang sering dikunjungi wisatawan adalah restoran. Restoran adalah perusahaan yang menghasilkan produk dan jasa yang akan diberikan kepada konsumennya. Semua produk dan jasa itu dilakukan dan diberikan oleh pelayan secara langsung kepada konsumennya sehingga restoran membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang cukup banyak untuk menjalankan perusahaannya. Salah satu contoh restoran di Jakarta yang terkenal adalah Mama’s German Restaurant yang terletak di Lippo Mall Puri, salah satu mall yang sangat ramai pengunjung. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen terpenting didalam suatu organisasi maupun perusahaan karena semua kegiatan di dalam organisasi dijalankan dan dikerjakan oleh manusia sehingga sumber daya manusia ini perlu diatur sedemikian rupa agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan dan nilai-nilai organisasi melalui manajemen sumber daya manusia. Setiap manusia tentu memiliki sifat dan perasaan yang berbeda, hal ini merupakan salah satu tantangan dalam menjalankan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia adalah dengan menerapkan program kompensasi. Program kompensasi akan menarik maupun mempertahankan sumber daya manusia (karyawan) yang berkualitas dalam organisasi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh program kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan Mama’s German Restaurant. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan googleform. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan partial least square, model structural, Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah smart pls versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari kuesioner, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa program kompensasi mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan. Jadi, Mama’s German Restaurant telah melakukan program kompensasi dengan baik yang membuat loyalitas karyawan meningkat.Keywords: Loyalitas Karyawan, Program Kompensasi Abstract - - Tourism is very important for the economy in Indonesia.. One area of tourism that is currently popular is culinary tourism. One culinary destination that is often visited by tourists is a restaurant. Restaurant is a company that produces products and services that will be provided to consumers. All products and services are carried out and provided by the waiter directly to consumers so that the restaurant requires considerable human resources to run the company. One example of a famous restaurant in Jakarta is Mama’s German Restaurant, located in Lippo Mall Puri, one of the mall which is very crowded. Human Resources (HR) is the most important element in an organization or company because all activities in the organization are carried out and carried out by humans so that these human resources need to be arranged in such a way as to be able to work in accordance with the goals and values of the organization through human resource management . Every human being has different characteristics and feelings, this is one of the challenges in carrying out human resource management. One of the activities carried out to manage human resources is to implement a compensation program. Compensation programs will attract and maintain quality human resources (employees) in the organization. Therefore, researchers conducted research on the effect of compensation programs on employee loyalty in Mama’s German Restaurant. Data collection techniques using Googleform. The data analysis technique used is partial least square, structural model, the data analysis tool used is smart pls version 3.0. Based on the results obtained from the questionnaire, the author can conclude that the compensation program affects employee loyalty. So, Mama’s German Restaurant has done a good compensation program that makes employee loyalty increase. Keywords: Employee Loyalty, Compensation Program

Abstract

Nowadays, political parties need a political marketing strategy that is considered to be able to increase the number of votes, especially for certain candidates of political parties. Marketing elements can be adopted in political parties, especially when doing branding. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the influence of brand elements in politics such as brand communication, brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty to political parties, namely Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN). The research shows that there is no effect of brand communication on brand image and brand trust. And there is no influence of brand image on brand trust. As for the element of trust, there is an effect of brand trust on PAN brand loyalty with a low percentage of 14.7%. When someone has given confidence in a certain political party, they have guaranteed that the program given by that party is the best for the public, so that someone will be consistent in choosing the same party in the future during the election or loyal to political parties.

Abstract

Woman victims of violence contrives problems on stability of psychological function which needs a quick and effective treatment in favor of being healed from trauma. This study aims to determine the communication patterns applied by the psychosocial service officers integrated service centers for empowering women and children (P2TP2A) Tangerang city and the stages of their handling. The research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the communication patterns used by psychosocial service workers to victims of sexual violence in assisting trauma are fun communication patterns using lots of playing methods (colour cues, role playing). The method of handling victims is carried out with trauma healing stages carried out in the form of: Psychological First Aid, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy. The stage is given to adjust the attainment of the victim’s conditions. The stages are repeated for a minimum of 4 meetings and a maximum of 6 meetings adjusting to the victim’s achievement. Providing treatment to children is classified by age.

Abstract

Currently there are many problems in the environmental sector, such as a lack of public awareness in sorting and disposing of waste. Therefore, one of the companies that is actively conducting campaigns to reduce this problem is KFC Indonesia. KFC spreads its #budayabeberes campaign message via Instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the #budayabeberes campaign on community participation in disposing of their own waste. This research used descriptive explanative method, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used linear regression. The results in this study state that the cultural campaign program carried out on Instagram has an influence of 46.1% and the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other factors such as interest from participants, gifts from an activity, the existence of benefits from activities, and outside motivation. The #budayabeberes campaign program has a positive and significant effect on community participation in disposing of their own waste with a coefficient value of 1.391

Abstract

From a communication or public relations perspective, campaign design is an important component of public relations activities. An official engaged in the service sector is obliged to think about the comfort, serenity and tranquility of the community. The relationship between the agency and the community must always be well maintained so that it is mutually beneficial and can move forward together to achieve a harmonious vision and mission to create a positive image. It is the Bekasi City fire department that carries out the Government's Public Relations strategy and program for the community, namely by providing campaign activities regarding Covid-19 which is currently rampant. By providing information and understanding about what Covid-19 is, how to anticipate and prevent it, the fire department has carried out its duties and responsibilities as a public or community servant. Not only that, campaign activities were also accompanied by the spraying of disinfectants for free for people indicated to be in the red zone.Keywords: Public Relations Strategy and Program, and Government Public Relations.Dari perspektif komunikasi atau hubungan masyarakat, perancangan kampanye merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam aktifitas kehumasan. Suatu kedinasan yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan diwajibkan memikirkan kenyamanan, ketenangan, dan ketentraman masyarakat. Hubungan antara dinas dan masyarakat harus selalu dijaga dengan baik agar saling menguntungkan serta bisa maju bersama-sama mencapai visi dan misi yang selaras untuk menciptakan citra positif. Adalah dinas pemadam kebakaran Kota Bekasi yang menjalankan strategi dan program Humas Pemerintah bagi masyarakat yakni dengan memberikan kegiatan kampanye yang berkenaan dengan Covid-19 yang sedang merajalela saat ini. Dengan memberikan informasi dan pemahaman mengenai apa itu Covid-19, bagaimana cara mengantisipasinya serta mencegahnya maka dinas pemadam kebakaran telah menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai pelayan publik atau masyarakat. Tidak hanya itu saja, kegiatan kampanye juga diiringi dengan penyemprotan disinfektan secara gratis bagi masyarakat yang terindikasi berada diwilayah zona merah.Kata Kunci: Strategi dan Program Humas, serta Humas Pemerintah

Abstract

With the presence of large-scale retail traders in Srumbung Village, the community, especially small traders in Srumbung Village, did not rule out new problems in the village, competition with small traders will certainly occur due to friction arising from the emergence of many new traders, besides competing to make their merchandise sellable, the problem is that the income level will definitely be greatly reduced. The method that the writer uses in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method by interpreting relying, using the formulation of the problem of how the impact of small traders with the presence of large-scale retailers of merchants in Srumbung Village, Srumbung District, Magelang Regency, Central Java. On this occasion the authors convey the results of the discussion in accordance with the title already stated above, that the impact of small traders with the presence of retail retailers on a large scale, is very unsettling for small traders who are in Srumbung Village, both at the level of captivity every day and bring about changes in the culture of the community , from traditional culture to modern culture with an instant lifestyle.

Abstract

Bauhaus has an important role in the evolution of art and design schools, by becoming the first school to combine imaginative design aspects and technical proficiency aspects. Staatliches Bauhaus is a design school in Germany which was founded in 1919 in the city of Weimar, then in 1923 in the city of Dessau, and in 1932 in the city of Berlin, until it was closed in 1933. The concept and method of Bauhaus school education is a renewal of the same school model at the time previously, so that it has become an inspiration in the world of design education and the design industry until today. This paper is a research on one of the breakthroughs in Bauhaus education, namely the composition of the Bauhaus curriculum. Through the literature method, curriculum analysis is described based on the concepts and methods of each curriculum, which are sorted from the period of three Bauhaus-Directors: Walter Gropius, Hannes Meyer, and Mies van der Rohe. The results show that the concepts and methods of the Bauhaus school curriculum are intended so that art and design can integrate with the realities of everyday life.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe work of fiction has many signs and meanings are different for each reader. Signs could reflect what might happen in real life, such as the about communication. Similarly as novella titled The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry which have a lot of interpretations. As a result of the extensive interpretation, a lot of readers do not understand what the thing to be conveyed by the author. Therefore, this study looked for signs that confuse the reader and interpret it using semiotics by Charles Sanders Peirce. The study also outlines the signs associated with intrapersonal and interpersonal communication in real life, especially studied of Symbolic Interaction Theory and Coordinated Management of Meaning. ABSTRAKSKarya fiksi memiliki banyak tanda dan makna yang berbeda untuk setiap pembaca. Tanda dapat mencerminkan apa yang mungkin terjadi dalam kehidupan nyata, seperti tentang komunikasi. Demikian seperti novella berjudul The Little Prince karya Antoine de Saint-Exupéry yang memiliki banyak interpretasi. Sebagai hasil dari interpretasi yang luas, banyak pembaca tidak mengerti apa hal yang ingin disampaikan oleh penulis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencari tanda-tanda yang membingungkan pembaca dan menafsirkannya menggunakan semiotika oleh Charles Sanders Peirce. Studi ini juga menguraikan tanda-tanda yang terkait dengan komunikasi intrapersonal dan interpersonal dalam kehidupan nyata, terutama yang dipelajari tentang Teori Interaksi Simbolik dan Manajemen makna terkoordinasi.

Abstract

This study aims to show a form of Chinese social network in the form of a god’s temple birthdayceremony. This ceremony shows a form of social group identity as Chinese people in which shows a concept ofsocial networks. This research is ethnographic research, with the case of a god’s temple birthday ceremony. Dataobtained through interviews with the temple administrator, and observations during the preparation and the dayof the god's temple birthday ceremony. The result is the god’s temple's birthday ceremony is a tradition that ismaintained by the Chinese so as not to disappear and become an identity as a Chinese. The tradition istransmitted from time to time from one place to another place through a social network. This social networkwhich is formed comes from a network between the temples as an institution that has the same main god.Ceremony as a tradition is taught from generation to generation, demonstrated, and trusted. The ceremony washeld in order to maintain a relationship with the past with the ancestors and preserve the social group identity.

Abstract

Currently, employee commitment and retention have become an important strategic aspect for the organization. It is not only important to have the best and talented employees and have the commitment to need to maintain it for long-term benefits for both the organization and society in general. Sehinnga needs to be explored various factors that can increase retention and commitment for employees as a strategy that can be pursued by HRM that needs to be implemented. Based on the results of the study can be examined findings as factors that influence employee commitment and retention in the work environment that affect the going concern of the organization. This study examines the following factors career development opportunities, talent management strategies, recruitment, onboarding and orientation, investment in training and development, compensation and benefits, work-life balance, leadership, career development path. There is no fixed practice by a company that shows important things to an organization. But essentially every different organization will give different emphasis depending on compliance with organizational conditions that can foster retention and commitment. It is hoped that organizational understanding can be taken which provides a holistic view of the various practices that the organization must adapt to maintain high levels of employee retention and commitment to maintaining the organization's life
