Abstract

Education as an institution allows preparing human resources that have the readiness and competence in global competition. Learning program prepares learners with integrative interconnect. In addition, the program language proficiency skills and skills that are hard skills and soft skills. Therefore, strategies are needed education system and school management processes that lead to the formation of character learners. Rationally, character-based education is critical for immediate implementation, therefore, the central issue is examined in writing regarding strategy, a readiness of human resources, indicators of success, design implementation, evaluation strategies, barriers and policy components required. Abstract

This study aims to describe the development designed of whiteboard animation interactive teaching materials and student behavior as long as they used interactive whiteboard animation teaching materials for civic learning in Elementary schools. This study used the Hannafin & Peck development model and the researcher has modified it, which consists of three main processes the needed assessment stage, the designed stage, and the development implementation phase1. Before the implementation of product trials, validation was carried out by material experts and ICT learning experts. Individual test subjects were 3 students, Small group trials were conducted by 9 students and a large group trial of 15 students. The results of the study described the design of interactive whiteboard animation for teaching material products by using the analysis stage, designed phase, and development implementation phase produced. Interactive teaching material products get categories “very good” when learned civic learning in elementary schools; student learned behavior when they used whiteboard animation teaching materials in terms of motivation, getting the category of "good" and from the aspect of learning activity getting the category of "good" in the learning process.

Abstract

The SQ3R method is an increasingly popular and widely used reading method. This method is considered as a method of reading which is quite effective and can produce good understanding. SQ3R is a method of reading to find the main ideas and supporters of the main ideas also help the reader to remember longer. SQ3R is an excellent method for intensive and rational reading. This method is more appropriate for study needs. Because this method is designed according to levels that allow students to learn systematically, and efficiently. The study used qualitative approach by collecting data, arranged in a systematic, factual and accurate. This study used in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained from the implementation of the SQ3R method in improving reading skills at MI Uyunul Ulum Gayam Bojonegoro are good enough, that the SQ3R method can improve students' reading skills. It bocomes a sollution to build student creativity and also makes the students dare to advance in order to uphold the progress of the institution.

Abstract

هذا البحث للتعرف تنظيم وسياسة الإدارة المالية في عصر الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم قبل قيام الدولة وبعد قيام الدولة علي ضوء الكتاب والسنة النبوية. وتمتاز تنظيم وسياسة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم إدارة المالية في مكة قبل قيام الدولة بجانب الإنفاق أكثر من مقابلها الواردات تحت سلطة قريش تعسفاً وعدواناً من باب الضغط والمحاصرة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. واما تنظيم وسياسة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم إدارة المالية في المدينة بعد قيام الدولة تمتاز ببداية نشوء التنظيمات المختلفة للدولة الجديدة ومن ضمنها نشأت التنظيمات المالية التي يتطلبها الوضع الجديد. والبحث يتطلب الرجوع إلى مصادر متنوعة من القران الكريم وتفسيره، والحديث وشروحه، والسير والتاريخ من الطبقات والتراجم والأنساب، والفقه والأدب والجغرافية. ومن مصادر التفسير توضح كثير من الإشارات القرانية قواعد عامة لتنظيم المجتمع الجديد من الوظائف وأسس للنظام السياسي الإسلامي تبين أحكام الأمور المالية مثل الغنائم وتوزيعها، والجزية، والفيء، والزكاة ومصارفها. والرجوع إلى كتب الصحاح في الحديث الوثوق بصحتها والاعتماد عليها في دراسة الأحداث التي جرت في عصر الرسول صلّى الله عليه وسلم. واما كتب السير والطبقات قد قدم معلومات وافية في استنباط كثير من سياسة الرسول الإدارية والمالية، كما كانت كتب التاريخ تحدد تواريخ التولية بالنسبة إلى الولاة والعمال في الأمصارفهو يعطينا قوائم بأسماء الولاة والعمال والقضاة والكتّاب في زمن الرسول صلّى الله عليه وسلم.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the discovery of a problem of a mentally regard development that is a mild category of a nine-year-old boy whose initials AD is in class III at SLB Luki Padang. Where the child has problems in recognizing basic colors. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to recognize basic colors using plasticine for mentally disabled children in mild class IIprimaryss at SLB Luki Padang. This type of research is single-subject research (SSR) with A-B design. Data collected through direct observation and recorded on the observation sheet. The data analyzed is using graphical visual analysis. The results showed that the ability to recognize primary colors in mentally disabled children in the mild category class III in SLB Luki Padang increased after being given an intervention using plasticine. At baseline conditions, children get the highest score of 10%, and in the intervention conditions, children get a score of 90%. Thus it is proven that using plasticine can improve the ability to recognize basic colors for mentally disabled children in the light class III class at SLB Luki Padang.

Abstract

This study discusses three students who have problems in vocational skills, making wall decoration creations. The observation shows that students have good interest and talent in embroidery. The purpose of this paper is to improve vocational skills to make creations of wall hangings through the learning model of learning by doing. The research method used was classroom action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four meetings held in several stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and tests. The results showed that the vocational learning process of making wall hangings creations for children with Class X autism was carried out through learning by doing learning models. The results of the study in the first cycle have increased. At the first meeting until the fourth meeting TQ scored 42.8%, 54.7%, 54.7%, and 61.9%, UM earned 47.6%, 59.5%, 59.5%, and 66.6%, and NA 52.3%, 61.9%, 61.9% and 69%. In the second cycle, TQ scored 69%, 69%, 73.8%, and 80.9%, UM earned 76.1%, 76.1%, 78.5%, and 80.9%, and NA received 85.7%, 85.7%, 90.4%, and 90.4%. The conclusion is that the implementation of embroidery wall hanging vocational skills can be improved through the learning model of learning by doing

Abstract

The rising of bullying phenomenon in education, especially in Indonesia, shows that bullying is still a severe problem in education. Bullying seems not to have preventive measures effectively and efficiently. In a psychological perspective, bullying behavior can affect various negative impacts for victims experienced, such as decreased learning motivation, an act of revenge against the bullying perpetrators, and loss of victim's confidence and learning interest so that the learning process at school is disrupted. Therefore, in this study, researchers tried to analyze bullying behavior by using several theoretical perspectives. As a result, conceptually, a critical analysis of bullying can be found, and a character-based approach is applied to foster confidence and learning motivation in bullying victims.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is to look at the vocational ability to grow hydroponics for light mental retardation children in Perwari Padang Slb. The problem is found that children have not been able to do hydroponic farming because hydroponic farming has never been taught to children. The purpose of this study was to prove whether the direct learning model can improve the ability to grow hydroponics for light mental retardation children in class VIII C in Perwari Padang SLB. This type of research is an experimental research that is by using quasi-experimental or also called quasi-experiment with a single group design of pretest and posttest. Based on the results of the study This study concludes that the direct learning model can improve the vocational skills of hydroponic cultivation for light mental retardation children in class VIII C in Perwari Padang SLB. The results of this study can be taken into consideration for teachers to be able to use direct learning models to improve children's vocational abilities, especially in teaching how to grow crops in a hydroponic manner.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems about four students who experience problems in self-development, especially in understanding adolescent sex education. Based on observations, students do not understand about adolescent sex, so that makes students not aware of the physical and biological changes that occur in him. The purpose of this study is to improve children's understanding of adolescent sex education through powerpoint media. The research method used was classroom action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four face-to-face meetings that are carried out in several stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and tests. The results of this study indicate that the learning process of sex education through power points for Grade VII mentally retarded persons. Children's understanding of adolescent sex education has increased through the use of powerpoint media. So it can be concluded that the implementation of sex education learning can be increased through powerpoint media for mild mental retardation.

Abstract

This research reveals that a mild mental retardation child does not yet know the proper ablution procedures, this is seen when the researcher observes when the child takes ablution 'before performing midday prayer in congregation, when taking ablution' the child only performs carelessly not according to correct ablution 'procedure. This study aims to prove whether the flip chart media is effective in enhancing the ability to perform ablutions' mild retarded children. The research method in this research is a Single Subject Research (SSR), with the designation A-B-A. Measure and collect data at baseline conditions (A1), provide intervention (B) using flip chart media and provide baseline conditions (A2). The data analysis technique uses a visual graph analysis. Measurement of variables using a percentage of the number of instruments. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to perform ablution in a positive manner, where the baseline conditions (A1) and intervention (B) Overlap was 0%, and the baseline conditions (A2) and intervention (B) Overlap was 57.14%. The smaller the percentage of Overlape, the better the effect of intervention /treatment on behavior change. Based on these results it shows that the flip chart media is effective in enhancing the ability to perform ablutions' mild retarded children.
