Abstract

Abstrak: This research was instigated by the low of teacher performance problem.  It could be seen from indications happening—there were teachers who were late to come to school, so they were late to do the learning activities, there were teachers who did not show their creativity in developing learning material actively, the lesson plan made by them used monotonous media, there were teachers who were lack of various and newest methods directing to student activeness, the teachers tended to use the old methods such as lecturing, discussing, and taking notes, there were teachers who were not yet able to manage  the classneatly and comfortably, and there were teachers who let the chairs scattered when they wanted to begin the learning activity.  Those phenomena showed the teacher performance that was not yet maximum and still on low category.  This research aimed at knowing the influence of pedagogical competence and spiritual quotient toward teacher performance at Islamic Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru.  Descriptive statistical and inferential analysis techniques were used in this research to obtain the data.  All teachers ofIslamic Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru were the population of this research, there were 3State Islamic Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru and 165 teachers.  Total sampling technique was used in this research, and 35 Islamic Education subject teachers were selected.  Based on the research findings, 1) there was aninfluence of pedagogical competence toward teacher performance at Islamic Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru, it meant that the higher pedagogical competence was, the higher teacher performance would be in doing their tasks; 2) there was aninfluence ofspiritual quotient toward teacher performance at Islamic Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru, it meant that the higher spiritual quotient was, the higher teacher performance would be in doing their tasks and responsibilities at the school; and 3) there was aninfluence of pedagogical competence and spiritual quotient toward teacher performance at Islamic Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru.  Pedagogical competence and spiritual quotient in real determined and contributed to the better teacher performance.  The influence of both variablespedagogical competence and spiritual quotient toward teacher performance was 31.5%, and the rest 68.5% was not discussed in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is an influence of the Implementation of the Inkuri Strategy and the Use of Power Point Media on Student Learning Creativity in PAI Lessons in Private Vocational Schools in the Bukit Raya District of Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all private vocational students in the Bukit Raya District of Pekanbaru, totaling 1,012 people. The sample in this study was taken by probality random sampling technique with 5% of the total pollution that is 290 people. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire technique (questionnaire), the data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis namely Y = a + b1X1 + b2 X2. The results of this study indicate the value of R2 (coefficient of determination) or R Square of 0.343 or 34.3%. This value can be interpreted that changes in student learning creativity by changing the value of the independent variable application of inquiry strategy and the use of power point media by 34.3% while 56.7% is determined by changes in other factors. The tcount for the implementation of the inquiry strategy variable was 7.856 with sig. 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, this means that there is an influence of the application of inquiry strategy on student learning creativity and the tcount for the variable use of power point media is 4.742 with sig. 0,000 is less than 0.05 which means there is an influence of the use of power point media on student learning creativity. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the application of inquiry strategy and the use of power point media on the creativity of student learning in PAI lessons in Private Vocational Schools in the Bukit Raya District of Pekanbaru City

Abstract

This research aims to know if there is or there is no positive and significant effect of parents’ parenting pattern and students’ perception about teacher’s personality towards students’ characteristics at Madrasah Aliyah Hasanah Pekanbaru. There are three formulation of research problems namely; 1) if there is effect of parent’s parenting pattern towards students’ character at Madrasah Aliyah Hasanah Pekanbaru, 2) if there is effect of students’ perception about teacher’s personality towards students’ character at Madrasah Aliyah Hasanah Pekanbaru, 3) if there is effect between parent’s parenting pattern and students’ perception about teacher’s personality towards students’ character at Madrasah Aliyah Hasanah Pekanbaru. This research was a correlational research with quantitative approach. The research population were 71 students. The research samples were 61 students. Sample selection was by using Slovin formula with error level 5%. The technique of sample selection was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The technique of data collection was by using questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis used multiple regression. The research results obtain: 1) there is positive and significant effect of parent’s parenting pattern towards students’ character by obtaining r count 0,383 > r table 0,254, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, 2) there is no significant effect of students’ perception about teacher’s personality towards students’ character by obtaining r count 0.107 < r table 0,254, then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, 3) there is positive effect between parent’s parenting pattern and students’ perception about the teacher’s personality altogether towards students’ character with Fcount 5,328 > Ftable 3,15, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the Quantum Teaching Learning Model on Learning Discipline and Learning Outcomes of Akidah Akhlak Students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nahdhotut Tholabah, Kampar Kiri Tengah District. The study used a Quasy Experimental Design. The population of this study were all grade VII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nahdhotut Tholabah. The sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique, namely class VII.A as the experimental class and class VII.B as the control class. The data was collected by means of test and questionnaire techniques. Technical data analysis used the sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in learning disciplines between students who take learning with the Quantum Teaching learning model and students who take conventional learning models. The results of the t-test calculation obtained t count 3.043 with a probability (Sig.) 0.004. The probability value (Sig.) 0.004 <0.05 then H0 is rejected. Then there are differences in learning outcomes between students who take learning with the Quantum Teaching learning model and students who take conventional learning. The result of t-test calculation is 5,822 with probability (Sig.) 0,000. Abstract

ABSTRAKEksistensi suatu Negara merupakan salah satu tema yang sering dibahas dan dikomentari oleh banyak filsuf dan pemikir politik, baik di belahan dunia Barat maupun Timur, seperti yang dikemukakan oleh Plato dan Aristoteles bahwa Negara itu berawal dari keluarga, namun menurut Jhon Lock, Negara berakar dari peleburan individu-individu ke dalam suatu kelompok yang dinamai dengan masyarakat politik.Berbeda dengan filusuf tersebut, Ibnu Khaldun mempunyai pemikiran filosofis tersendiri yang menjelaskan bahwa awal terjadinya suatu Negara dikaitkan dengan ‘ashabiyah. Negara hanya bisa terwujud karena adanya kelompok dan ashabiyah. Dengan kata lain, ashabiyah merupakan persyaratan mutlak dari terbentuknya suatu Negara. Menurut Ibnu Khaldun, ‘ashabiyah itu muncul dari ikatan darah (keturunan) dan hal-hal yang semakna atau senilai dengannya, seperti kesamaan kultur, agama, geografi dan lain-lain. Namun pada kenyataannya, terdapat juga beberapa Negara atau provinsi yang mempunyai kesamaan-kesamaan, tetapi justru memisahkan diri seperti Negara Singapore memisahkan diri dari Malaysia, Timor Leste memisahkan diri dari Indonesia serta beberapa Negara di belahan dunia lainnya. Fenomena factual tersebut merupakan latar belakang dari tulisan ini dengan judul “Epistimologi ‘ashabiyah dalam system politik kontemporer (studi tentang teori ‘ashabiyah Ibnu Khaldun di dalam system politik Negara bangsa). ‘ashabiyah di dalam system politik kontemporer harus disatukan dalam payung kepentingan umum (bangsa), supaya ia menjadi suatu kekuatan yang sangat signifikan untuk membangun sebuah Negara.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to see how the implementation of human resource management to improve teacher performance and what factors encourage and hinder human resource management in improving teacher performance at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. This research was limited to 2 schools, namely Imam Syafii IT Middle School and Main Insan. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were 2 school principals and 40 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of human resource management to improve teacher performance at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City is quite good, evidenced by human resource planning (HR) based on needs, human resource recruitment must be Strata qualifications 1 (S-1), Recruitment of human resources (HR) is carried out to increase the number of workers, and placement of human resources (HR) is carried out so that empty lesson hours are filled with learning activities. Then the driving factor for human resource management in improving teacher performance at SMP IT Imam Syafii and Insan Utama, namely the amount of support from student guardians, students and school principals, collaboration with other institutions, and training programs. Abstract

Abstrak: The aimed of this research was to know the contradiction of the students' interest in PAI learning through NHT and STAD combination between experimental class and control class. This research was a field research with quasy experimental design. Furthermore, a questionnaire and observation were used in the data collection techique. There were 54 students as the samples of this research. There were 28 students in experimental class and 26 students in control class.  Then, in analysing the data, the researcher used independent sample t test. The result showed that there was significant difference of experimental and control class through NHT and STAD combination . It can be seen that t-count was higher than t-table (2.515>2.007) and  the significance value lower than 0.05 (0.0015<0.05). Therefore , Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini didesain dalam bentuk penelitian kepustakaan atau Library research yang menggunakan berbagai sumber kepustakaan sebagai sumber data penelitian. Penelitian Kepustakaan atau Library research adalah telaah yang berkaitan dokumen yang akan diteliti, maka secara metodologis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penomenologi. Teknikanalisi yang digunakan adalah  dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah,yaitu (1) Pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data, dan (4) menarik kesimpulan/ verivikasi.Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bahwa dalam kurikulum 2013 terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikandikan Islam seperti; a) Nilai pendidikan Islam Imaniyah; b) Nilai pendidikan Khulukiyah; c) Nilai pendidikan Islam Fikriyah ; d) Nilai pendidikan Islam Jasadiyah.

Abstract

K.H.  Ahmad Dahlan and KH Hasyim Asy "ari are two big figures who have quite a big influence in Indonesia. Both have also contributed greatly to the development of education in Indonesia, especially natural education. As two figures with different backgrounds and movements  , it will be found that there are differences in Islamic education between the two, in addition to the Schingga similarities in this study, a comparison of the Islamic education of KH Ahmad Dahlan and KH Hasyim Asy "ari. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of Islamic education of KH Hasyim Asy" ari and KH. Ahmad Dahlan, then describe the comparative education between Bauepaqtd undnew aveuesiod yeq euempo This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher’s example and the habit of ptaying in congregation of student’s on the religious attitudes of student’s in Junior High Schools in Kuantan Regency Singingi.  The population of this study is all student’s Junior High Schools in Kuantan Regency Singingi. Sampling using technique Proportional Random Sampling. This research is a quantitative type of correlation research. The results of the study show that the teacher’s example has a significant influence on student’s religious attitudes marked by obtaining r arithmetic of 0,466 compared to r table of 0,138 wuth a probability value of 0,000, then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected. This study also shows that student’s congregational prayer habits have a significant influence on student’s religious attitudes Marked by obtaining r arithmetic of 0,526, with a probability of 0,000 then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected. This study shows a significant effect between the teacher’s example and the habit of praying in congregation of students simultaneously on student’s religious attitudes Junior High School in Kuantan Regency Singingi.
