Abstract

The pandemic has had a huge impact on the hotel sector. Risk management is an attempt to identify, analyze, and control risks in every company activity with the aim of obtaining higher effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the process of implementing Risk Management at Bunda Syariah Hotel in Padang during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is Bunda Syariah Hotel Padang. The data collection method uses interviews. The results showed that the implementation of risk management at the Bunda Syariah Hotel Padang during the Pandemic was carried out in a structured manner through the following stages: identifying risks, analyzing risks, evaluating risks, analyzing risk treatment. All of these were managed based on emerging risks, and the researchers themselves. There are many risks that occur, including: Process risks and HR risks, but the risk management application process carried out at the Bunda Syariah Padang Hotel during the pandemic was able to minimize the impact of greater risks in the future so that the hotel could still survive during the pandemic.

Abstract

Medical equipment is one of the most important needs in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. One type of medical device that is indispensable today is a medical mask. Currently, medical masks have many brands, from unknown mask brands to well-known brands. As Niancare masks are still classified as new brand mask, the customers purchase decision are still unstable. In order for Niancare mask to compete with other well-known brands mask, the company must be able to increase the brand awareness and word of mouth so that customers can make purchasing decisions on Niancare brand mask. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of brand awareness and word of mouth towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who have ever bought and used Niancare mask. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS version 25. The results showed that brand awareness and word of mouth simultaneously have significant influence towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask. The results also showed that brand awareness partially has a significant influence towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask as well as word of mouth partially has a significant influence towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask. The most dominant factor of the two independent variables is word of mouth. This means, the higher the level of positive word of mouth and the greater the intensity of word of mouth, the higher the level of customer purchasing decision on Niancare brand mask

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial distress at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period using the Altman Z-Score model. Data is obtained from published financial reports issued by the official website www.idx.co.id. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Sampling technique with purposive Sampling is a technique chosen based on certain considerations, both expert and scientific considerations. The results of this study indicate that in 2017-2021 the company is in a financial distress zone which will result in bankruptcy. This is because the Z-Score obtained is small, which is far from the number 2.99. Where the Z-Score value in 2017 was (0.977), in 2018 it was (0.941), in 2019 it was (0.336) and in 2020 it was (-5.810) and in 2021 the Z-Score value was obtained (-5.541). The cause of financial distress at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk, namely due to a decrease in working capital, a decrease in total assets, a decrease in sales and the acquisition of profit and low profitability (loss).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of 1) Brand trust, 2) Brand loyalty on Adidas Purchase decision in Bandar Lampung. The quantitative associative research used multiple regression found that brand trust and brand loyalty effected Adidas purchase decision. So, brand trust and brand loyalty lead to certain marketing advantages including reducing marketing costs, attract new consumers, provide superior trading leverage, performing favorable word of mouth, and resist competitor marketing efforts. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. The population in this study were employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.This research method uses a quantitative approach and uses associative reseach with questionnaire data collection techniques. with a sample of 126 people with a saturated sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study can be concluded that together the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. This study resulted in a calculation that the work environment and workload had a significant effect on the performance of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. These results can be seen from the Fcount test of 58.139 from a significant level of 0.000 which is smaller = 0.05 and also the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the R-square obtained by 0.486 (48.6%) , shows that 48.6% of employee performance variables can be explained by the work environment and workload variables, or practically it can be said that the contribution of the work environment and workload to employee performance is 48.6%, the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables. not researched.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were knowing the effect of brand awareness, religiousity, halal marketing on purchase decision halal products. This study were asosiative research. The populations of this study were all muslim society in Indonesia. Sampling method in this study were nonprobabilty sampling used purposive samling technique. Sample total in this study amounted 100 respondents used slovin formula. The result showed religiousity and halal marketing had effect on purchase decision halal products and there is no effect halal awareness on purchase decision halal products

Abstract

Implementing a consistent quality management system has a substantial impact on service quality and customer satisfaction. TOP Management plays a crucial part in creating the system to assess the company's level. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas's implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in providing customer service at its headquarters. This type of study employs descriptive qualitative research methodology, where primary data and secondary data are employed to acquire the data required to present an overview of the research. Obtaining primary data through interviews and direct observation. Secondary data comprises of profiles of PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, Human Resource Conditions, and Quality Management in customer support services.According to the findings of the study, the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system to support customer service was nearly ideal. The results of a survey of service providers demonstrate that employees of PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas understand and have implemented an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in supporting customer services. As a result, PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas has created a comfortable and safe environment, beginning with port equipment, precise and fast loading and unloading times, and friendly service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exports, tax revenues and the rupiah exchange rate on economic growth in Indonesia in 2005-2021. This study uses time series data in the form of exports, tax revenues, and exchange rates in 2005-2021. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesia. Then the data is processed using the Eviews 10 application, after which the data is processed using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression analysis tool and using the classic assumption test. By showing that the analysis of the Coefficient of Determination is 60.3% that exports, tax revenues and the exchange rate affect Indonesia's economic growth by 60.3% while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by variables or other factors not included in this research model

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether 43 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Capital Structure (DER) is affected by Company Size, Sales Growth, and Non Debt Tax Shield simultaneously or partially. Seven food and beverage companies that meet the criteria for sampling for this study are included in the study's samples.Company Size, Sales Growth, and Non Debt Tax Shield are the independent variables in this study, while Capital Structure (DER) is the dependent variable.This study uses secondary data, or information that is already available in the form of financial statements that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as the method of data collection.With a significance level of 5%, the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, and Coefficient of Determination are utilized in this study's data analysis method. This study demonstrates that Sales Growth partially influences Capital Structure (DER), Company Size partially influences Capital Structure (DER), and Non Debt Tax Shield partially influences Capital Structure (DER).What's more, at the same time expressed that Organization Size, Deals Development and Non Obligation Assessment Safeguard influence the Capital Construction of Assembling Organizations on the Indonesia Stock Trade.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of GRDP, District/City Minimum Wage (UMK), Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Human Development Index (IPM), on Labor Absorption in East Java Province in 2017-2021. The dependent variable data is employment, while UMK, TPT, HDI are independent variables sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java Province. This study uses panel data, namely 38 district/city sectors in East Java. The estimation used is the Fixed Effect Model with analysis used to find the effect of several dependent variables on the independent variable. The results of the study show that partially GRDP has a negative and insignificant effect on employment in East Java Province, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) has a negative and significant effect on employment absorption in East Java Province, UMK has a negative and insignificant effect on employment working in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the HDI has a positive and significant effect on employment in East Java Province.
