Abstract

Hindus in Bali are religious people, we can see this from the activities of daily life that always puts the element of God's power as an estuary consequence of responsibility, this can be proven from religious routines through the implementation of the yad ceremony as a form of devotional service before Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. The background of the emergence of yad is because of the identification that God Almighty is the master of all yadnya then there arises the awareness that humans must carry out yadnya because yadnya is the law of universality that cannot be avoided by humans.

Abstract

Mudra Pandita In Balinese Hindu Rituals, it is very interesting that attention is sought more deeply. Every time you see Pandita (the general name for the Rev. Hidu Bali) adore, recite the chanting of the mantra of puja with the accompaniment of sounds on some spells of spells being chanted while dancing the two crystals (doing mudrā). Very beautiful and raises high sacredness. The beauty and sacredness according to Hindu service in carrying out his religion which is always based on Satyam, Sivam, Sundaram (truth, holiness, beauty / balance). In each mudrā movement performed by displaying a pose is a symbol that symbolizes the power of God with its various manifestations (Ista Dewata) and with a specific purpose (worship / pleasing and asking for repentance). Therefore, of course this is a Satyam unit (theological truth), he also carries out Sivam (purity) by the process of self-sacralization first, to go to Sundaram (beauty / balance). Why do you have to do the Mudra movement? Is not enough spell puja? People want to offer the best to God. They want their offerings to be truly accepted by God. If words or puja-mantra are not enough, they add body movements and expressions to articulate the meaning of the words. It is very important to understand about the forms, functions, meanings and aspects contained in mudrand Pandita. For this reason a study was conducted on Pandita groups from the social-cultural-religious organization Maha Gotra Pasek Sanak Sapta Rsi (MGPSSR).

Abstract

The importance of applying the noble values in the teachings of Hinduism, because to be a strong and disciplined generation is closely related to the souls of a strong leader and understanding of science both spiritual and physical knowledge, natural knowledge and religious knowledge Not only in ancient times ( the kingdom) the problem of leadership arises, in the present century the position of leader is seen as a more competitive arena, so that the process of achieving it seems to escape the theoretical order even to ethical and moral violations. The consequences of this method often produce figures that are not professional. So that its leadership cannot carry out its duties properly, but it actually causes misery for the people it leads. One of the gaguritan literature works that attracts attention is "Gaguritan Darmakaya". Gaguritan is still a rare text because until now it can only be found in writing on palm leaves found in the library of the Udayana University UNUD Literature Faculty of Denpasar and in the form of literacy and language transfer conducted by Ida Bagus Kade Raka from Grya Mas . Therefore in this study it was intended to highlight the gaguritan text from the concept of Hindu leadership. The problem faced is: if it is associated with the concept of Hindu leadership, how is the concept of Hindu leadership contained in Gaguritan Darmakaya?. The Hindu leadership in Gaguritan Darmakaya is: (a) the obligation to practice dharma, namely the obligation to do good and defend the truth; (b) the leader must be able to control himself, this enthusiasm is shown in Gaguritan Darmakaya with the teaching to understand oneself as a mirror unlike a container of water whose contents are empty so that the pelvis will shake it contains empty signs; (c) leaders must be intelligent, this is illustrated by the teachings of Rwa Bhineda as a teaching to solve problems and critical thinking to realize wisdom; (d) the leader can choose a friend, this teaching is proven by Darmakaya's search for (brother), and is encouraged to do good so that he does not regret later.
