Abstract

Pandemi COVID -19 telah memberikan dampak pada bidang kesehatan dan perekonomian di berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. Memasuki era Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) yang merupakan konsep lanjutan dari MDG’s kehidupan sehat dan sejahtera masih menjadi suatu permasalahan yang belum diselesaikan. Kasus yang terjadi diantaranya yaitu: upaya penurunan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB), pengendalian penyakit HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria serta peningkatan akses kesehatan reproduksi (termasuk KB), dan beberapa hal baru yang menjadi perhatian, yaitu: Kematian akibat penyakit tidak menular (PTM), Penyalahgunaan narkotika dan alkohol, Kematian dan cedera akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas, Universal Health Coverage (program yang memastikan masyarakat memiliki akses untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan tanpa harus mengahadapi kesulitan finansial. Hal ini ditunjang dengan pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan yang berkualitas), Kontaminasi dan polusi air, udara dan tanah, serta penanganan krisis dan kegawatdaruratan. Berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui program-program tertentu dalam menanggulangi masalah kesehatan terutama pada kasus pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi pada saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the water quality in Lake Sipin based on the physical quality of the water, provide information on the distribution map of water quality based on the physical quality of the water and assess the management designation of Lake Sipin. Lake Sipin water is one of the sources of air used by the community for daily life. The quality of water in cultural activities is influenced by the life of the surrounding environment. Water quality has different quality standards for each designation, so it is important to monitor and evaluate water quality. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling and using the Storet method and the Stepwise test was carried out. The parameters observed in this study were temperature, TDS, TSS, turbidity and pH. Results Based on the research, the quality standard results for each parameter are within the water quality standard. Calculations using the Storet method of water quality get a value of -4, meaning that the water quality of Lake Sipin is in a lightly polluted status. relationship between parameters that have a relationship from the results of the stepwise test. TSS and TDS have a relationship with the value of R = 0.661 with the assumption that if the TSS value increases, the TDS value decreases. Turbidity and TSS have a relationship with the value of R = 0.731 with the assumption that the greater the value of Turbidity, the greater the TSS value. pH and TDS have a relationship with the value of R = 0.518 with the assumption that the smaller the pH value, the greater the TDS value. The status of the water quality in Lake Sipin meets the water quality standards, meaning that the water quality in Lake Sipin is still good. The distribution map for water quality has a variety of distributions. The water in the Sipin lake can still be used according to the water class classification based on observations of air physics parameters.

Abstract

Floods are the most common disasters in almost all places, including Indonesia and Jambi City in particular. Areas that are directly affected by the threat of flooding are in the Watershed. Kenali Kecil watershed is one of the sub- watersheds of Batanghari which is administratively located in Jambi City and Muaro Jambi Regency. The Kenali Kecil watershed is influenced by the rapid growth of Jambi City. Land conversion is not the only cause of flooding in the Kenali Kecil watershed. Floods also occur because the discharge/volume of water flowing in a river or drainage system exceeds its drainage capacity. This study analyzes the level of flood vulnerability based on SNI 8197:2015 and Head of BNPB Regulation No. 02 of 2012. The approach used in the SNI method is landscape analysis which emphasizes the process of forming natural systems on the earth's surface. Analysis of the level of flood vulnerability based on the Regulation of the Head of BNPB is based on the results of flood simulations using the HEC-RAS hydraulic model. The parameters used in this model are the manning’s coefficient, data geometry, discharge plan and terrain. The terrain used in this research is DEMNas. Discharge plan are obtained using the HEC-HMS application. In making the discharge plan, rainfall data for the last 10 years is needed, to get the CN and Impervious values, soil type maps and land use maps are needed. Based on the procedure of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 8197:2015) the level of flood vulnerability in the Kenali Kecil watershed is in the medium level of 8.25 km2 (52.6%) and high level of 7.43 km2 (47.4%). Based on the HEC-RAS modeling for the 2-year return period (Q2), the flood area is 1.08 km2, the 5-year return period (Q5) is 1.2 km2 and the 10-year return period (Q10) is 1.3 km2. Based on the Regulation of the Head of BNPB No. 02 of 2012 the flood vulnerability level of the Kenali Kecil watershed is in the low level (<0.76) Q2 = 0.33 km2, Q5 = 0.31 km2, Q10 = 0.32 km2, medium level (0.76 – 1 ,5) Q2 = 0.32 km2, Q5 = 0.31 km2, Q10 = 0.34 km2 and high level (> 1.5) Q2 = 0.43 km2, Q5 = 0.58 km2, Q10 = 0.64 km2

Abstract

The high number of forest and land fires that occur every year can damage the quality of the environment. Serious and continuous efforts are needed to reduce, prevent and control forest and land fires that occur. It is important to do this so that the number of forest and peatland fires caused by humans can be suppressed. One of the efforts that can be done is through community empowerment programs. This study aims to analyze the business and the role and influence of community empowerment on the quality of the environment around the PT Wirakarya Sakti Industrial Plantation Forest Area. This study uses a mixed method approach by combining quantitative research and qualitative research. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the environmental quality, including the air quality index, is in the good category (IKU=32,4), the water quality index is good (IKA=0.989) and the soil quality index is in the bad category (IKT=33,5). In addition, it is known that the level of community understanding of forest and peatland knowledge is in the medium category (65.3%), community understanding of forest and land fires is in the medium category (67.1%) and community understanding of community empowerment is in the high (78.2%). The results of the regression analysis prove that the significance value obtained is 0.389>0.05, meaning that community empowerment has no significant effect on environmental quality in the area around industrial plants.

Abstract

Jambi City's Food Land decreased during the period 2001 - 2020 by 24.77 percent per year, while the population growth rate of Jambi City increased by 1.85 percent per year. This condition causes food production to decrease but food demand increases along with increasing population growth. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an urban farming strategy, namely food land intensification, food diversification, utilization of Sustainable Food House Areas (KRPL), determination of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B), expansion of food land or agriculture-based Green Open Space (RTH) and suppression of the rate of growth. population growth. The purpose of the study was to analyze the development of food land in Jambi City, to analyze the development of the Foodstuffs Balance of Jambi City, to analyze the growth of the Food Expectation Pattern of Jambi City, to determine the relationship between food land and the Foodstuff Balance of Jambi City and to determine the relationship between the Foodstuff Balance and the Expected Food Pattern of Jambi City. The research method is descriptive quantitative and simple linear regression. The secondary data used is the Decision Number II (ATAP II) recorded at the Jambi City BPS and Jambi City DPKP. Analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program. The results showed that Jambi City's food area was reduced by -19018 ha or 96.01 percent with a linear trend of -698.95 ha/year. The development of the Balance of Foodstuffs for main food is an average of 131.9 kg/cap/year, Energy Adequacy Number 11.78 kcal/cap/day, Protein Adequacy Rate is 1.0944 gr/cap/day, Fat Adequacy Rate is 0 .7585 g/cap/day, and the score of the Hope Food Pattern in Jambi City was 82.3. The correlation between food land and food ingredients balance is 0.416 kg/cap/year for every 1 ha, the correlation between food items balance and expected food pattern for AKE is 0.125 per 1 kcal/cap/day, PPA is scored 0.361 for 1 g/cap/day. day and AKL got a score of 0.365 every 1 g/cap/day.

Abstract

Kondisi Taman Nasionnal Bukit Tigapuluh yang berbatasan langsung dengan lahan pertanian dan pemukiman masyarakat Desa Lubuk Mandarsah serta adanya perizinan konsesi menyebabkan tingginya potensi konflik gajah sumatera dengan masyarakat. Penurunan keanekaragaman hayati akibat eksploitasi sumber daya alam yang berlebihan, konversi lahan perusahaan sekitar Taman Nasional Bukit Tigapuluh menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap konservasi gajah sumatera dan keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat yang hidup disekitar daerah penyangga Taman Nasional Bukit Tigapuluh. Dengan adanya permaslaahan ini tentu akan menimbulkan konflik antara manusia dan gajah sumatera. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengetahuan dan persepsi dari masyarakat terhadap konflik dengan gajah sumatera. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan metode campuran atan mix method dimana mengkombinasikan metode Kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat di dusun Desa Lubuk Mandarsah terkait Gajah Sumatera sudah tergolong Tinggi (39-48) dengan persentase sebesar 82 % dan persepsi masyarakat di Desa Lubuk Mandarsah terkait gajah sumatera masik tergolong tidak baik dengan persentase 78%.

Abstract

Sampah menjadi persoalan serius terutama bagi daerah perkotaan. Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagai daerah pasang surut memiliki keunikan dalam bentuk bangunan rumah dan ini tentunya berdampak pada kebiasaan masyarakat yang sengaja membuang sampah ke bawah rumah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi persepsi dan partisipasi masyarakat Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, Menganalisis Pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal Secara Parsial dan simultan dengan persepsi dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di kecamatan Tungkal Ilir, serta Menganalisis Pengaruh Faktor internal, eksternal dan persepsi masyarakat Secara Parsial dan Simultan dengan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis distribusi frekuensi dan analisis Regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Sebagian besar Persepsi masyarakat Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir dalam pengelolaan sampah Rumah Tangga dengan sebesar 14,0% persepsi dan 20% partisipasi masyarakat kategori Sangat Rendah, sebesar 46,0% persepsi dan partisipasi 65% masyarakat kategori Rendah, Sebesar 32% persepsi dan 18% partisipasi Masyarakat Katagori Tinggi dan 8% Persepsi dan 7% partisipasi Masyarakat Katagori Sangat Tinggi. Terdapat Pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan dan Peran Pemerintah/Tokoh Masyarakat Terhadap Persepsi pengelolaan sampah Rumah dan signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,00 < 0,05 dan R Square 0,467. Terdapat Pengaruh antara tingkat pengetahuan, Peran Pemerintah/Tokoh Masyarakat dan Persepsi terhadap Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah Rumah dan signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,00< 0,05 dan R Square 0,476.

Abstract

Land as a limited natural resource can suffer damage and decrease productivity if it is not managed wisely. Land use of anarea affects the hydrology of the area, changing land use means changing the type and proportion of land cover which in turn affects its hydrological response. Incompatibility of land use can have an impact on decreasing land quality, so that it often resultsin floods, droughts, erosion which will reduce land productivity and community welfare. The equipment used in this researchare: (1) Computer with ArcGIS¬ 10.4 software, ArcSWAT version 2012.1_8 Microsoft Office 2013, SWAT Plot for calculating R2and NS values; (2) Global Positioning System (GPS); (3) Digital camera, stationery and external hard disk to store data.Planting with agroforestry patterns and the application of conservation techniques in the Batang Merao Hulu sub-watershedhave an effect on hydrological characteristics, this is indicated by the reduced runoff coefficient value before plantingagrofrestry with the application of conservation techniques from 0.4 to 0.09 and the flow regime coefficient from 48.49 m3/s to 17.18 m3/s. The best land management scenario is to carry out planting with agroforestry patterns and the application of conservation techniques in the form of mound terraces. This agroforestry pattern not only emphasizes the types of woodyplants and MPTs but also prioritizes local local plants which are the prima donna of the people of Kerinci Regency, namelycoffee and cinnamon, so that ecologically, the hydrological function of the watershed is maintained.

Abstract

The law tradition of society is a community of people who conduct their daily lives very close to the nature environment, moreover in various of academic literature in the law tradition of society is often considered as part of dynamics nature environment, so the wisdom of law tradition society as part of life that really needs to be expressed.As general, this research to purposed analyze the local wisdom related with arrangement, usage, and protection of traditional forest in Rantau Kermas village, ex. Serampas clan, Jangkat Subdistrict. The research was conducted in the Rantau Kermas village, ex. Serampas clan used Snowball sampling method or Snowball sampling used informants by way of non- probability. The result of this research, it was shown in society life have many traditional knowledge that underlines the formation of one value in every day life. The knowledge passed down from one generation to generation with developed as balanced in interaction with environment. Related to this research have some conclusions in the management of traditional forest as follows : the local wisdom associated with traditional forest arrangement, the local wisdom asoociated with traditional forest usage, and the local wisdom associated with traditional forest protection.

Abstract

This research has proposed to 1) To analyse sluice/puddle area control through drainage system in Kuala Tungkal City Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency 2) To have participation and community behaviour in drainage maintenance in Kuala Tungkal City Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency 3) To formulate government policy in Tanjung Jabung Barat in effort to manage drainage system Kuala Tungkal City. Primer data collection in this research conducted by surveying at field, interview and quitioner distribution for institution and community to get research goal. The primer data needed to cover existing condition of drainage system and community participation in sustainable drainage system management. The existing drainage system condition data received from observation and measurement at location, and community partitipation got from interviewing and quitioner list distribution to local community at Kula Tungkal City. From this research result showed 1) Parit 1, parit 2 and parit 3 as primer canal in secunder canal disposal through the sea. With function in drying, flowing and controlling water from sluice/puddle location at tungkal III subdistrict, Tungkal IV city and Patunas subdistrict. 2) Maintenance handed over to local community, the big portion becoming in regency government full responsibility. Institutional in community level only for temporary, including in subdistrict and district. No available regulation related with existing drainage management. 3) Responsibility arrangement firmly and coordinated with drainage system coordinator and related agency with BAPEMDAL as planner, PU agency as exsecutor and PPKTB to maintain and manage. Clear coordination with road users to avoid interference with canal draination.
