Abstract

The development of information and communication technology marked by the internet has brought society into a new era. Information and communication technology can solve problems and reduce the burden on SMEs. On the other hand, based on data from the MSME organization of the Pottery Village, Pagelaran Village which consists of 25 pottery craftsmen and there are 24 pottery craftsmen who do not have a desktop or laptop computer, 22 of all craftsmen use mobile phones based on the Android operating system. For the method of data collection is done by means of interviews, literature studies and observation. Utilization of IT can be done by MSME actors to provide complete information about products, manufacturing locations, product descriptions, and features for ordering MSME products that can be used as a means to promote and introduce MSME centers in the Pagelaran Village. With the application of the MSME information system, Kampung Gerabah now has media for promotion and marketing of handicraft products and it is hoped that it can help improve the economy of the residents of the pottery village of Pagelaran Village. This application was successfully built using the Java programming language and PHP as an android application builder. The Codeigniter and Android Native frameworks are used to display product catalogs, craftsman information, customer information, so that it can make it easier for application users to get information. In this application, the Raja Ongkir API is used to calculate the cost of product delivery costs. As for the navigation features in this application using the Google Maps API. suggestions for further application development, namely in terms of presenting information to users and developing new features that can improve the application.

Abstract

Android applications are required to have quality and attractive appearance so that the information submitted can be received by users well in addition to attracting visitors to continue to access the android application. The features provided by the Android application must function properly according to its purpose, in addition to the ease and convenience of users in using or running the content in the Android application. All of these are aspects that are necessary in the development of an android application. The JKN Mobile Application is a form of digital transformation of the BPJS Health business model, which was originally in the form of administrative activities carried out at Branch Offices or Health Facilities, transformed into an application that can be used by participants anywhere at any time without time constraints (self service). Currently, there are> 1,000,000 users of the Android version of the JKN Mobile Application and the iOS version of the JKN Mobile Application of> 2,000 users. To find out whether the android application can be said to be of quality, it can be tested on everything in the android application. In testing the quality of the android application, the method used is the Use Questionnaire and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) by using a questionnaire that is submitted to the specified respondents. Based on the gap analysis, it was found that Mobile JKN users at the UPTD Puskesmas Depok felt that the application still needed to be improved.

Abstract

Tunawicara merupakan keadaan dimana seseorang tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk mendengar ataupun berbicara. Karena adanya permasalahan tersebut, individu dengan penyandang tunawicara menggunakan bahasa isyarat sebagai bahasa yang digunakan untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan individu lainnya. Bahasa isyarat adalah bahasa yang menggunakan gerak bibir, tubuh, dan juga tangan untuk mengekspresikan maksud dalam komunikasi. Sebagian besar masyarakat di Indonesia tidak memahami dan enggan belajar mengenai penggunaan bahasa isyarat, sehingga hal tersebut mengakibatkan adanya batasan dalam melakukan komunikasi jika bertemu dengan individu penyandang tunawicara. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar masyarakat umum dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan individu penyandang tunawicara dengan melakukan proses penerjemahan bahasa isyarat dan belajar mengenai penggunaan bahasa isyarat dengan aplikasi penerjemah bahasa isyarat berbasis Android yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Aplikasi penerjemah bahasa isyarat dikembangkan pada platform Android, dengan tujuan agar dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara luas. Peneliti mengembangkan model Tensorflow Lite sebagai model penerjemah bahasa isyarat, dengan mengimplementasikan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan jumlah total datasets bahasa isyarat sebanyak 1820 data. Jenis bahasa isyarat yang digunakan oleh peneliti pada pengembangan model tersebut adalah berjenis American Sign Language (ASL).  Peneliti menggunakan 3 total Epoch ketika melakukan proses training model, diantaranya adalah 100 Epoch, 150 Epoch, dan 200 Epoch. Training model tersebut memiliki hasil akurasi dan Training Loss, dengan hasil akurasi tertinggi didapatkan oleh 200 Epoch. Namun, setelah model penerjemah bahasa isyarat dilakukan deployment pada aplikasi berbasis Android, akurasi turun hingga 73% dengan permasalahan beberapa beberapa bahasa isyarat mengalami salah prediksi. Penerjemahan bahasa isyarat masih dapat dilakukan, walaupun terdapat beberapa bahasa isyarat yang mengalami salah prediksi. Aplikasi penerjemah bahasa isyarat telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti dengan berbagai fitur pendukung yang dapat digunakan oleh users. Beberapa fitur tersebut diantaranya adalah login, register, forgot password, home, translation, dictionary, profile, edit profile, about me, dan yang terakhir adalah bookmarks. Users dapat menggunakan fitur translation untuk melakukan proses penerjemahan bahasa isyarat, dan fitur dictionary untuk belajar menggunakan bahasa isyarat.

Abstract

In the digital image processing, many methods have been developed, the purpose of developing these methods is how computers can detect and recognize objects in an image with a precisely and process them in a relatively short time. Wheels are components that are always present in every vehicle, whether the vehicle is a bus, car or truck, it must have wheels with the same shape. If a wheel can be detected and recognized then the vehicle recognition and classification can be determined. This research focuses on capturing circle images, detecting wheel circles by applying Circle Hough Transformation (CHT). This transformation is able to recognize the object based on its boundaries and is resistant to noise. After obtaining the image of the circle, the next step is to classify it into Wheels and Non Wheels using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The development of the wheel circle detection model on the side view image of this vehicle can be used as one of the first steps in research on wheel-based automatic vehicle recognition and classification systems.

Abstract

Keberhasilan budidaya tanaman bawang merah dipengaruhi banyak faktor salah satunya pemberian dan pemilihan pupuk yg tepat. Pemupukan tanaman yg tepat baik waktu pemberian maupun jenisnya semakin memberikan dampak efektif bagi tumbuh kembangnya tanaman. Pemupukan bertujuan untuk menjaga unsur hara tanah pada tanaman bawang merah, agar dapat tehindar dari hama dan penyakit sehingga mendapatkan hasil panen lebih optimal. Pemberian pupuk dengan pemilihan waktu dan jenis komponen tanaman pada penelitian ini menggabungkan antara metode (AHP) dan (TOPSIS). Penentuan bobot pada kriteria diawali dengan penerapan Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP, sementara untuk perangkingan dikerjakan menggunakan metode (TOPSIS). Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu pupuk efektif untuk budidaya bawang merah, sudah ditetapkan lima alternatif yaitu: Npk Mutiara, Kcl, Urea, Sp-36 dan ZA. Dari lima alternatif itu Npk Mutiara 16:16:16 menepati urutan pertama dengan nilai preferensi 0,810, urutan kedua pupuk ZA dengan nilai 0,615. Jadi dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis merekomendasikan pupuk efektif untuk budidaya bawang merah Di kabupaten demak yaitu Pupuk Npk Mutiara 16:16:16 dan pupuk ZA

Abstract

Fulfillment of rich nutrition for toddlers is something that needs to be considered in maintaining health because the age of toddlers enters a nutritional sensitive period. The impact of malnutrition in the first 1000 days of life starting from the fetus to the child is two years old, it not only affects physical development, but also affects subsequent cognitive development, which in turn affects the intelligence, dexterity, and efficiency of thinking and working children at the time. mature. Nutritional status refers to the state of the body caused by eating and using nutrients. This is due to maternity factors and poor parenting, especially the behavior and habits of children who do not eat according to their nutritional intake. Parental knowledge regarding a balanced and nutritious menu is the most influential factor in providing nutrition to toddlers. The lack of nutrition education by health workers makes mothers unable to prevent and overcome nutritional problems in their babies. Based on this, an application is needed that can facilitate parents, especially mothers, to control the nutritional status of their toddlers accompanied by nutritional guidelines for appropriate and balanced toddler food according to their age and nutritional adequacy. This research will build a mobile-based application in the form of a nutritional guide for toddlers' food that is appropriate and balanced according to their age and nutritional adequacy and a nutritional calculator for toddlers to control their nutritional status.

Abstract

Pengolahan data akademik siswa pada SMPIT Tambun Islamic School Bekasi saat ini masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga masih terjadi kekeliruan dalam memproses data nilai, data kelas, data guru dan sata siswa serta jadwal pelajaran. Selain itu dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pembuatan laporan serta orang tua siswa harus datang ke sekolah untuk mendapatkan informasi akademik anak-anaknya. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mempermudah pengolahan data menjadi cepat dan tepat. Sistem informasi akademik SMPIT Tambun Islamic School Bekasi menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall yang memiliki tahapan terstruktur terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah sebuah web sistem informasi akademik yang dapat diakses oleh guru untuk melihat data siswa, menginput nilai dan dapat diakses oleh siswa untuk melihat jadwal pelajaran serta hasil nilai pembelajarannya sehingga orang tua bisa melihat hasil nilai pembelajaran putra putrinya dimana saja kapan saja tanpa harus datang ke sekolah.

Abstract

Masalah yang sering terjadi saat berada di tempat baru adalah sulitnya mencari informasi tentang tempat tersebut. Banyak orang tidak tahu harus meminta informasi kepada siapa. Cara konvensional yang biasa dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan peta. Peta umumnya tidak memberikan informasi tentang lokasi kost, dan mereka perlu memberikan informasi kepada pengguna. Rapid Application Development  (RAD) adalah strategi siklus hidup yang memberikan pengembangan jauh lebih cepat dan mendapatkan hasil kualitas yang lebih baik daripada hasil yang dicapai melalui siklus tradisional. RAD menggabungkan berbagai teknik terstruktur dengan teknik prototyping dan teknik pengembangan aplikasi bersama untuk mempercepat pengembangan sistem/aplikasi. Aplikasi berjalan dengan dua level pengguna: admin dan pengguna pengguna. Admin yang dapat mengelola aplikasi ini. Admin mengelola daftar kost, seperti memperbarui kost atau menghapus data kost. Kemudian, pengguna dapat melihat data yang telah admin berikan. Pengguna juga dapat menghubungi langsung pemilik kost. Aplikasi berbasis android ini dapat membantu mencarikan tempat kos sehingga wisatawan atau pelajar dapat dengan mudah mencari tempat tinggal sementara. Aplikasi ini juga menjadi alternatif untuk mencari tempat ibadah dan restoran terdekat lainnya karena lokasinya yang sulit diakses atau jauh dari keramaian.

Abstract

Tabam Village is one of the villages in North Ternate City with a modern community background, where smartphones and laptops are no longer new items for the local community. However, the administrative management system in the sub-district is still far from expectations in the current era. The administrative management system starting from making Identity Cards, Family Cards, Birth Certificates to Death Certificates is still conventional. This kind of administrative management system is believed to have many weaknesses such as paper wastage, interference with computer media and requires a long time to process one letter. How is the implementation of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in the design of the administrative information system in Tabam village. The research objective is to determine the implementation of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in the design of administrative information systems in Tabam village. The research method carried out in the study there are several methods, namely, conducting observations to see directly the administrative services in the output office, as well as conducting library studies to review relevant previous research journals and conducting studies on books related to research. The research system or application design uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in several phases or stages, namely the Requirement Planning stage, the Design stage, and the Implementation stage.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology is in line with the development of computational methods that help solve various problems, one of which is the method of decision support systems. Higher education institutions, especially Malikussaleh University, have many scholarship programs like the Academic Achievement Improvement Scholarship or PPA. PPA is a scholarship that has existed since 2012 which was launched and allocated by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education with a focus on aspects of improving academic achievement. However, the selection system is still conventional or manual, so it takes longer. This study aims to implement a decision-making system in an application to recommend PPA scholarship recipients automatically. The existence of an automatic decision-making system will be more efficient and effective to help speed up the process of making decisions based on the criteria they have. Some of the assessment criteria used include GPA, semester, the total income of parents, and the number of dependents of parents. Also, the alternative data used are 825 data. The method applied to the system is the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method, which is used as a reference for ranking results and measuring accuracy. In this method, it is not necessary to determine the relative importance between the criteria. In addition, this method does not have certain conditions that require calculating the weight of the related criteria in decision-making problems. The research steps used are the waterfall model with several main stages, namely planning, modeling, implementation, and testing. This system is built using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. Based on system testing, it is found that the system is following the design and can provide ranking results in the form of recommendations for scholarship recipients with a comparison of stakeholder decisions and that the system using the PSI method is 66%. The PSI method can be implemented by displaying each alternative's most considerable PSI value by displaying the ranking results. This PPA Scholarship Acceptance DSS application can be used as an alternative to making it easier for related parties to determine who is entitled to receive the scholarship.
