This matter of caosed that islam shall no longer comprehend only limited to congeniality historically and doktriner or limited to at things having the character of normative, formalism and symbolic. However, having come to a complex phenomenon. Islam not only number in the form of formal guide about how a individual have to mean thier life. By increasing science had by someone hence islam has come to a cultural system, civilization, political community, economics. Altogether that represents the part of its validity of growth of world. So that to study and conduct some approach in Islam a study shall no longger possible only evaluated from one aspect, but requiring of a method and approach of interdisiplinier. Study in approach of study of islam conducted by Charles J. Adams is vital importance to growth in a study of islam by using science in multi dimension and various approaches, so that it can comprehend teaching of islam which is comprehensive. And an idea of Charles J. Adams has contribution in a meaning to development of science who is studying that: First, giving kontribution which is significant in presenting method and solve the problem in the study of islam among academics, especially in approach having the character of inovation to be used by all science. Both of passing idea bargained and method presented by Charles J. Adams can assist all researchers to comprehend religion, good in context of sosio-historis and also of normative-theology.

The concept of maqasid al - Sharia is a basic guideline for the legal establishment , although ultimately they also influenced the value of tradition, politics. In addition, maqasid al-shari'a also plays an important role in understanding the various sources of law such as the Qur'an, Sunnah, ijma, qiyas and others. Therefore, the validity of any results of ijtihad was dependent on the level of achievement of maqasid al - Shariah .As a doctrine, maqashid as-Shari'ah intends reached, guarantees, and preserve prospirityto mankind, especially Muslims. To that end, the priority scale provided three differenciesbut complementary namely; adh-Necessities, al-Hajiyyat, and at-Tahsinat.Adh - Necessities named primary objectives as a goal to be there, that absence will result in destroying life in total.There are five interests to be protected; religion, life, intellect, property, and offspring. To save the religion, Islam requires of worship, as well as prohibit the things that ruin it. To save lives, Islam requires mankind to eat according to need. To save sense, Islam requires good attitudes among others, at the same level, it forbids damaging things like liquor sense. To save the property, Islam requires to be good to the others, as well as mu'amalah laws prohibiting measures that would ruin it like theft and robbery. To save descent, Islam regulates marriage and prohibits marriage. These efforts with one another interrelated. Effort to protect religion means also protecting reasonable efforts, possessions, and heredity.

This writing discusses Khaled Abou El Fadl’s thought about hermeneutic phenomena responses to the spreading of otoritarianism in law discourses from islamic contemporary. He tried to interpret the doctrines about female moslem life in Saudi Arabia, Generally, a bias doctrines about gender stated by Islamic law experts to CRLO (Permanent Council for Scientific Research and Legal Opinions).in approaching the hermeneutic, at least, it involved three variables they are author (pengarang),text (teks), dan reader (pembaca). Interpretation method developed by Abou El Fadl is dynamic interpretation (lively interpretative) That interpreters not only understood a previous definition as al-qur’an verses given in the context of socio-histories. But, It’s more than that, the interpreters had also dug text definition in latest context.

Islam represent religion which is multidimension, so that Islam can be seen and studied in so many sides which finally studied totally (Kaffah), hence it will yield a conclusion of islam which is paradocsal, so that if conducting an mistake of approach and by mistake of read pattern to Islam, hence which in yielding exactly a product of idea of productive counter of Islam, and even frequently strengthen impression of negative face of appearance to Islam. And conducted effort and also effort rather than yielding a progress of civilization and beautify Islam face appearance which is inklussive, however progressively strengthen to jell impressively that vision of Islam face which is ekslusive and impress preacher of medial terror of the world society. Islam is very wide religion, so that in comprehending and studying about Islam world hence tend to yield a conclusion which ispardocsa lbetween which is one with other. Its meaning do a wrong near byness to Islam, hence it will yield a conclusion which is also wrong . In context of is understanding of in perpective of Roel Meijer, global movement of moslem world cleft salafism have given separate colour and pattern to Islam people, and represent khasanah properties of Islam people in perpective of understanding of them to a knowledge of religious. At least there are three specifications of it in understanding of salafism in religion, one of the other is a problem of Doctrine of religion, and then political side, and from side of jihad in salafiperspektive.

Qiyam al-Lail is the plural form of the word (idafah) in Arabic consisting of words and Qiyam al-Lail, whose meaning is the popularity of evening prayer. Qiyam al-Lail itself is a prayer which is done at night until dawn with nature, kaifiyat and certain cycles in accordance with the guidance of Allah and His Messenger. Qiyam al-Lail Included is the Witr prayer, praying tahajjud and tarawih prayers. Advocated Prophet Qiyam al-Lail implement, because the night prayer there are many benefits, among them draw closer to God Almighty, eraser ugliness and prevention of acts of sin. In addition, the evening prayer is also a major prayer after the obligatory prayer, where the presence of God in the middle of the night closer to his servant. This paper attempts to describe a comprehensive understanding of Qiyam al-Lail "style" of the Prophet Muhammad.

The statement and theory which were gotten empiric or positive logic, finally, It must be concluded, they are statement and theory. It means that the statement and theory itself must own final conclusion (conclusively decidable atau conclusive verification). If the statement and theory themselves could not get the target, so, both of them are no mean.

Traditional education is the same with education of Pesantren who is executed by informal education through approach of takhassus, while senior santries who are assumed competent to science, hence they have been given by special education which is then focussed to assist them to teach. Traditional education can comprehend nature of conservative thing or maintain old ones without accepting things which in character newly. This Traditional education only see past history as something or inspiration that must be defended.
