Abstract

The concept of Dakwah Pencerahan (the enlightening Islamic preaching) is a new  model of Islamic preaching which is constructed and held by Muhammadiyah in order to revitalize and revivalize it`s activities on da`wah in the contemporary era. This concept of da`wah not only can be understood as a critical thought for conventional thought of Islamic preaching, but also can be appreciated as an innovative da`wa forcreation the real solution of the problems of Islamic societies in their socio-cultural and religious life in the context of Indonesian Moslem and universal humanity. Hence, this concept is based subtantially and integrally on the Islamic principles, Indonesian local wisdoms, and universal humanity values.

Abstract

Reconstruction Epistemology Islamic Contemporer.Secularization of science, dichotomy of knowledge, and degradation of islamic knowledge in the modern era had stimuled some intelectual discources in indonesia Moslem intellectual community. They have payed affention to reconstruct integrally the paradigma of islamic knowlegde in medern era. At least, in this context, there are three types of integration of islamic knoelgde in discources of muslim intellectual in Indonesia, such as:  revitalismintegrative, interconnective-integrative, and transformativeintegralistic. Nevertheless, these intellectual efforts had been on going process and formation in order to find the ideal model of islamization of knowledge that are compatible toislamic, modernism, and indonesian velues

Abstract

friend of Prophet Muhammad SAW is a person that has a relationship with him in believing of Islam till die. People can figure out about the friend of prophet MuhammadSAW through mutawatir, musyhur and mustafidh, self confession by equitable person.The experts of hadist believed that all friends of Prophet Muhammad SAW was fair enough, some arguments denied this yet. Mu’tazilah believed that Rasulullah’s friendis all fair besides in Shiffin and Jamal war. As a human being, a friend of Rasulullah also has some mistakes and defactiveness that is why the expert of hadist stated thatthey still need to test and make a research about them.

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad SAW is the greatest person that inspired all people in the world by his methods in teaching. The major points of these methods are love and solution thathe offered to all of his students.Particularly in teaching speaking, there are six methods that lecturer can apply in facing the introvert students, they are: (1) exemplary method, (2) systematic method, (3), Discussion Method, (4),Experimental Method, (5) Situational Method, (6) award and punishment method. Through theseall methods, it hopes that the introvert student who is close, shy and quiet person can speak freely and active in the class especially in speaking class.

Abstract

Even though there is no representative data reporting the profile of Indonesian students’ proficiency in English, it seems that English teaching program has been largely unsuccessful. Factually, most of high school graduates just had average reading vocabulary of 1000 words, a number considered too small. This phenomenon needs an appropriate solution. Extensive Reading (ER) may be the answer. Why? Because it can, with “easy and interesting” strategy, motivate students’ interest in reading, increase their language acquisition, and eliminate their negative predisposition on English as either difficult language or bored lesson.

Abstract

Curriculum is all of the experiences that already planned to prepare the students in achieving the goal of education. The curriculum planning needs collection, formation,selection of related information from various resources. Afterwards, the information will use to design the learning experience so that students can achieve the goal of curriculum. Abstract

Islamic culture of Batak Angkola Mandailing (BAM) is influenced by vocabulary absorption of Arabic Language. History has mentioned that Arabic language brought by Arabic, Gujarat and Persian merchant in order to spread Islam. The vocabulary  absorption of Arabic language has happened because there is no match vocabulary or word in BAM and to help the society to communicate and avoid the misunderstanding among them. Moreover, the society of BAM used it actively and becomes the part of their culture in daily communication

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out is there any significant effect of headmaster’s leadership to teacher’s activity at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan through quantitative method. The population used in this study was less than 100 people and the data was analyzed by using statistic while the instrument in collecting data used Likert scale. Based on test of hypothesis, there was no significant effect of headmaster’s leadership to the teacher’s activity in MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan, it showed from α = 0,05 dan n = 67 formulates into dk = n-2 = 67-2 =65 and the result is 2,72 3,99. Actually the teacher’s activity has influenced of other factors besides of headmaster’s leadership.

Abstract

Abstract

Gobalization not only enriches the innovative echievements of science and technology, especially, in the aspect of information, telecomunication, and transportation, but also impacts to stimulate degradation of the humanities values and style life of peoples. In one side, globalization endorses liberation and multiinteraction among the peoples,and in other side, it also tends to stimulate fanatism, exclusivism, radicalism, chauvism, and anarchism in the name of tribalism, rascism, religion, sects, and ect. In the context of globalization era, it is important to reconstruct the “old fashion” of classical religious Islamic education with the humanictic-multicultural paradigm. It has tomake its priority in powering how to widespread the universal values of humanity, how to make solidarity in plural societies, how to live together peaceful and harmony with mutual understanding and cooperation among the peoples individually and socially.Therefore, curriculum, matters, metholodologies, tools, sytems of evaluation, and culture of religious Islamic education have to be reformulated
