JURNAL COMMUNITY PENGAWAS DINAMIKA SOSIAL (JCPDS) merupakan jurnal elektronik online yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga penerbitan Jurusan SOSIOLOGI, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Teuku Umar. PELAYANAN ISTRI TERHADAP KEBUTUHAN SUAMI DAN PENGURUSAN RUMAH TANGGA DALAM PERSPEKTIF ULAMA Nouvan Moulia

This study seeks to answer two questions. First, how do Ulamas opinion about the wife care for the daily needs of her husband and the maintenance of the household. Secondly, whether the wife is entitled to compensation for services he did for the daily needs of her husband and taking care of the household. To address these questions the author has conducted research with the literature study approach (library research). The steps travel writers in this research is the collection and analysis of data from primary legal materials, the original material is the basis for the investigation, the legal materials is the Quran, books of tafsir, hadith books and syarahnya, as well as books of fiqh schoolars Hanafiyah, Malikiyah, Shafiiyyah and Hanabilah. Once the data is collected and then processed using content analysis method to be arranged into a research report as a thesis. Cleric Law Schools are divided into two groups in explaining the legal services to the needs of the husband and wife household maintenance. The first group, argued that the wife must serve the needs of her husband and taking care of the household, who think so are scholars Hanafiyah schools and Malikiyah. The second group, argued that the wife is not obliged to perform all of these tasks, which scholarly opinion Shafiiyyah schools and Hanabilah. After doing research, it is known that the wife of work serving the daily needs of her husband and taking care of the household is well accepted custom for generations in the community, but not the obligation to do his wife. The wife is entitled to claim for any service done to prepare for the daily needs of her husband or taking care of the house. Remuneration for his wife do homework set based on the law of al-Ijarah or lease services are allowed in Shari'a.

History records since 1789 which lasted throughout the 19th century - were confronted by an important event full of chaos, the French Revolution - became the forerunner of human social distortions in dunua at that time. One side of the revolution demonstrate positive change and social order on the other side is going through a critical phase to be part concerns some scientists. However, who would have thought excessive attention and seriousness of the leading scientists cultivated by August Comte and Emile Durkheim. Ultimately leading trigger of Sociology and the validity of the methodology laid Sociology as a science. Who would have thought from then until now, to contribute to the presence of study Sociology 'partnership' as; Political Sociology, Economic Sociology, Sociology of Law, Sociology of Religion, Sociology of Communication and so on. Not without reason that 'partnership' Sociology is a solution of the situation and condition of polemics, discrimination, marginalized, alienation had stripped many aspects of life. Even for a man as the main mission of peace and compassion presenters also increasingly disoriented. It would need to design an alternative social science that is Sociology Propagation, scientific consists of scientific foundation; Sociology itself, the science of Communications and Propagation Studies.

One of development strategyin an effort to encourage ruraleconomic growth is to make it as a tourist village, especially for villageswhich have valuable in tourism potential. In accelerate the development of a village into a tourism village it desperately needed the cooperation and support of many parties, because it pertains to the resources needed in that development. One of the concepts developed are sharing grants.That is a concept to encourage as many parties that have to be involved to develop the idea of understanding the village with herding resources owned by the parties.So that all the stakeholders involved will jointly engage independen tly. The purpose of development of rural tourism with the concept of sharing grants is to encourage the community to be involved in accordance with their desire and ability, so that the existence of these stakeholders will be an umbrella which can be placed the society. To make the changes beneficial in the implementation, it is necessary to make a guideline that would be the corridor of the village tourism development.

TWO WAYS COMUNICATION BASED FAMILY EMPOWERMENT CONCEPT TO MAINTAIN THE ECONOMY AND WALFARE OF RETIRED TKI FAMILY AT ARJOWILANGON Luluk Dwi Kumalasari

Migration phenomenon by Indonesian migrant workers (TKI), bring significant influence toward the change of their family. Influence of this change within the family as the cause of migration, either bring the better economy and welfare or, a devastated and disorganized family.The effort to empower retired TKI family means to improve TKI family using existing resources, opportunity, skills and knowledge to elevate their household economy and welfare. However, there are still many cases of problematic TKI families, but there are also families that can manage their household income once they return home.As the basis area of east java migrant workers, Malang Regency specifically Arjowilangun Village become one of the interesting locust to examine the case of TKI Family empowerment in order to ensure their security and welfare of their family based on two way comunication. The model of two way communication, certainly undeniable to achieve desirable outcome by family. This model used to deliberate case retired TKI family at Arjowilangun village.This research attempt to elaborate the phenomenon of retired TKI Family whom able to manage their household income and improve their family welfare, by using the concept of TKI family empowerment to secure their household economy and family welfare based on two way comunicationmodel. The result of this research hope to serve the conceptual purpose or example for retired TKI family to enhance their economy and family welfare. On empirical basis, the two way comunication model were effectively applied by the member of Retired TKI Family. Horizontally the outcome of this communication would create more relax and intimate. Other from that outcome, the economic enterprise with the involvement of retired TKI could stimulate the sustainable household income and further, the long term economic stability.

Typically, the development process set forth in the Medium TermDevelopment Plan (Plan) district / city and province. Derivativedevelopment agenda in the form of a series of programs is reflected in theÂ Budget (APBK) district / city and province. Considering the people asdirect beneficiaries of development, so it will need public participation,both in the planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. Ifspace is available and effective consultation in the district / city? Thispaper is intended to arouse stakeholders about the importance of theavailability of space and the public consultation on the regionaldevelopment strategy of the future. According to the theory, thedevelopment process can be criticized conducted through two mainconcepts, namely the modernization theory and dependency theory. Theimportant lesson to be learned from the experience of 10 figures is the firstÂ elected regional leaders, for example, and honesty. Secondly, it turns outÂ the area is able to take care of themselves. Third, there must be a rejectionÂ of the classical phenomenon of bureaucracy that is corruption,Â inefficiency, working without vision. Prostitution, localization and freesex is a phenomenon that is familiar in the midst of the people of Indonesia, including the case "Gang Dolly" that attracted public attention in the last year. “Gang Dolly” has been established since the Dutch colonial era and the largest in Southeast Asia and one brothel that gets the legality of the government. Gang Dolly is a social problem that can be analyzed in various perspective, one of them is in pathological perspective. The adverse effect of localization "Gang Dolly" is not only felt by men and women but including The children feel the effects, either psychological aspect or others. The cause of women's involvement in prostitution can be caused by social conditions of local communities or pathological conditions that result in individuals becoming pathological, but it is also due to structural dysfunction. Closure "Gang Dolly", mitigation and prevention needs to be done and has been done by the government of the city of Surabaya, the hope is to make the public should be able to re-live human being who is far from pathological conditions and become a religious community.

In recent years, Punk widely reported presence in Aceh. The existence of this community is predicted disturbing the lives of people in Aceh. So it becomes a problem that must be dealt with thoroughly. Therefore, this paper examines and describes the punk community as one form of social deviation in the differential perspective association. As of studies conducted, resulting that punk was present in Aceh today is the result of interaction with foreign cultures (other cultures). it can be proven by further examining the activities and behavior of teenagers who called himself punker, much of Aceh culture is loaded with Islamic law. Efforts to do to overcome this community, namely: providing guidance; developing policies that focus on social issues, improving the education system, increasing social control and control of the family.

Kemiskinan, selalu menjadi isu magnet untuk diperbincangkan, didiskusikan, dikaji, hingga berujung pada rekomendasi kebijakan-sebagai upaya menuntaskannya. Dalam kajian sosial, kemiskinan sering dibenturkan dengan pandangan struktural dan kultural sebagai sebab dari potret kehidupan getir tersebut, yang hadir di tengah komunitas masyarakat. Kajian ini, dihidangkan sebagai upaya mendiskusikan kembali potret kemiskinan di tengah masyarakat perbatasan-Aceh Singkil. Sebagai wilayah perbatasan, Aceh Singkil sering mengalami kompleksitas persoalan, terutama di bidang ekonomi (selain banjir dan konflik antar-umat beragama). Padahal, kabupaten ini dipandang sebagai salah satu kawasan penghasil sawit terbesar di Aceh. Permasalahan yang dikemukakan di sini adalah Bagaimana potret makna kemiskinan bagi masyarakat perbatasan, dan sebab munculnya kemiskinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah berusaha memahami dan menjelaskan fenomena kemiskinan, makna dari individu miskin, dan lahirnya solusi pengentasan kemiskinan-berbasis pendekatan etnografi, tanpa mengabaikan interkoneksi metode lain. Kajian ini, dipotret dan dinarasikan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa informan, serta dilakukan dokumentasi (berupa foto) untuk mendukung hasil kajian kemiskinan di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, muncul beberapa sebab kemiskinan berdasar etik dan emik masyarakat. Di sisi lain, juga turut bermunculan situasi kemiskinan yang didominasi oleh sebab struktural. Karena itu, solusi yang ditawarkan pun dalam upaya mereduksi adalah dengan pola mengubah pola perlakuan terhadap masyarakat (bantuan sosial, dan kebijakan pembangunan) dengan memahami akar kemiskinan di perbatasan.

COMMUNITY MOVEMENT IN WASTE MANAGEMENT (Case in Cikapundung River Basin in Bandung City) Bintarsih Sekarningrum; Desi Yunita

There is a connection between the behaviour of throwing waste into the river with the community perspective about river. The behaviour of people throwing waste into the river assosiated with the lack of availability of facilities dispose of waste in the area and looked at the river as an object or place that is easiest to throw garbage into the river. Related to these problems, this research describes the community who doing the social movement in waste management a long the river, as well as analyzing patterns of community organizing in waste management.The approach used is a qualitative method of data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews and focus group discussions. Research shows that the government has made efforts through the program "Clean Cikapundung River", and waste management efforts, sediment transport and manufacture kirmir on a riverbank to prevent abrasion. However Cikapundung still dirty and full of trash. To overcome these problems, there are many communities who awakened and stirred to make an effort in order Cikapundung no longer become dumping grounds. The movement to strive for existence of the river can be used again as an important source of livelihood for the people. Community was formed to instill public awareness of the environment, especially rivers, in the form of an appeal and a call to people not to throw garbage into the river and do the cleaning and arrangement along the river so that the river Cikapundung clean and free of trash based on solidarity and mutual assistance. The social movements showed public awareness to make changes to their environment, especially the problem of waste in the river.

RITUAL NGALAB BERKAH DALAM MENCARI KEKAYAAN DI GUNUNG KEMUKUS Triyanto Triyanto

Every society in the world has a culture, and every culture has is a system of beliefs held by the community. Likewise community actors in Kemukus ritual that has its own beliefs about how to find fortune by doing free sex. The conviction was strung in a ritual which known as ngalab berkah. This ritual begins from a myth that spoken by the RA Ontrowulan towards moksha as a royal family that promise to grant all requests of people who participated in Kemukus nyonggo wirang. The existence of this ritual is able to increase the local economy, as evidenced that is the emergence of jobs for the community. But it on the other hand it also cause negative impacts such as raises prostitution. It becomes an interesting phenomenon, because if this ritual is closed, then many people will be unemployed. Meanwhile if left unchecked, would be bad for society. To describe this ritual conception it was conducted qualitative research. The result is the people have a conception which is the influence of Hindu-Buddhist and animist dynamism, especially about the king who is believed to be manifestation of God. Based on this conception ritual actors believe the myth, so that conception nyonggo wirang is a form of defense and the participation of actors ritual with the pathos of the character who is the royal family, so it is not impossible if the request will be met.
