Abstract

Abstract Concentration of media ownership in Indonesia is considered problematic be- cause the owners of the media as well as a political actor. Activity owners of media conglomerates in the world of politics is feared to threaten the exist- ence of the media as the fourth pillar of democracy. The independence of me- dia workers into the hope that the media remains in the public interest. Ethics deontological, teleological ethics and virtue ethics as a guide ethical decision autonomous realization of media workers. Based on deontological ethics, me- dia workers must be ethical because it conveys reliable information ethically. Basic code of ethics for media workers in Indonesia is a professional organiza- tion code of ethics and code of conduct. Teleological ethics based media work- ers need to pay attention to the public interest. Media workers is important to be prioritized for the public interest over other interests, because the media is a public space that allows the creation of many voices and express a wide range of different views. Based on virtue ethics perspective, the content that is broadcast in the media is a reflection of the values espoused individual media workers. Abstrak Pemusatan kepemilikan media di Indonesia dipandang bermasalah karena pemilik media sekaligus menjadi aktor politik. Aktivitas pemilik konglomerasi media dalam dunia politik dikhawatirkan mengancam eksistensi media sebagai pilar keempat demokrasi. Independensi pekerja media menjadi harapan agar media tetap mengutamakan kepentingan masyarakat. Etika deontologi, etika teleologi dan etika keutamaan menjadi panduan realisasi otonomi keputusan etis pekerja media. Berdasarkan etika deontologi, pekerja media berlaku etis karena harus menyampaikan informasi yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara etis. Dasar kode etik yang berlaku untuk pekerja media di Indonesia adalah kode etik organisasi profesi dan kode etik perusahaan. Pekerja media berdasar etika teleologi perlu memperhatikan kepentingan publik. Pekerja media penting untuk mengutamakan kepentingan publik di atas kepentingan lain, karena media merupakan ruang publik yang memungkinkan terciptanya banyak suara dan mengekspresikan berbagai macam pandangan yang berbeda-beda. Berdasarkan perspektif etika keutamaan, konten yang disiarkan di media merupakan refleksi dari nilai-nilai yang dianut individu pekerja media.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is fairly effective in telling, giving opinions or changing a person's behavior, because communication is reciprocal and the response from the communicant can be known directly. The purpose of this study was to determine the interpersonal communication processes and strategies between kiai and santri in instilling moral moral values in the Al-Mustaqim Islamic Boarding School of Bugel's son. This type is qualitative research w ith a hermeneutic phenomenology approach. The subjects of this study were kiai, administrators and students of the Islamic Boarding School Al-Mustaqim, the son of Bugel whose samples were taken through a snowball sampling technique. While the object is the process and interpersonal communication strategy. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, documentation, interviewing and then the data is analyzed by data analysis methods, data reduction , data coding and data analysis. The results of this study are interpersonal communication processes and strategies carried out between kiai and santri in instilling akhlakul karimah values in Al-Mustaqim Islamic Boarding School in Bugel Village, namely direct communication with two forms of processes, namely the process of interpersonal communication in the session pengajian (through sorogan recitation method in dyadic communication and bandongan in small group communication) and non-recitation interpersonal communication process in (1) Boarding School Management Consultation: (2) Development of santri: (3) Special consultation. And interpersonal communication strategies, namely: (1) Dangled Carrot Strategy: (2) Dependent Sword Strategy.

Abstract

Abstract This paper highlighted the empowerment of the community as the goal preaching. Preaching in this context was no longer technocratic, but participatory, were preaching in accordance with the conditions, changes and needs, including problems solving in society such as poverty. As an epistemology of preaching, the Qur'an was a guide for the preachers. But often the preachers were unable to reveal the values of the Qur'an that was supposed to be a solution to society's problems. This paper departed from 9 terms in the Qur'an about poverty, namely: miski>n, faqr, ba>??is, ??ailah, imla>q, mah}ru>m, sa>??il, qa>ni?? and mu'tar. In the process of uncovering the Qur??an view related to the poverty, it was revealed that the Qur'an further highlight about poverty elimination from the perspective of an outsider or apart with the poor, although the responsibility was also on people with poverty itself. Based on the analysis of the various terms, it was revealed that many solutions such as infaq, s}adaqah, zakat, fa??i and ghanimah which no longer could be understood as religious orders that could not be contextualized in modern management and institutionalization. Keyword: al-Qur??an, poverty, solution, social-engineering Tulisan ini menyoroti pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai muara dari dakwah. Dakwah dalam konteks ini tidak lagi teknokratis, melainkan partisipatif, yaitu dakwah yang sesuai dengan kondisi, perubahan dan kebutuhan, termasuk memecahkan problem dalam masyarakat seperti kemiskinan. Sebagai epistemologi dakwah, al-Qur??an adalah panduan bagi para pelaku dakwah. Namun seringkali para pelaku dakwah itu tidak mempu menguak nilai-nilai Qur??ani yang seharusnya menjadi solusi persoalan masyarakat. Tulisan ini berangkat dari 9 terma dalam al-Qur??an tentang kemiskinan, yaitu: miski>n, faqr, ba>??is, ??ailah, imla>q, mah}ru>m, sa>??il, qa>ni?? dan mu??tar. Dalam proses mengungkap pandangan Qur??ani terkait dengan kemiskinan, terungkap bahwa al-Qur??an lebih menonjolkan pengentasan kemiskinan dari sudut pandang outsider atau selain penyandang kemiskinan, meskipun tanggungjawab tersebut juga berada pada penyandang kemiskinan itu sendiri. Berdasarkan analisa, terungkap bahwa solusi pengentasan kemiskinan seperti infaq, s}adaqah, zakat, fa??i dan ghanimah tidak lagi bisa dipahami sebagai perintah agama yang tidak dapat dikontekstualisasikan dalam pengelolaan dan pelembagaan modern. Kata kunci: al-Qur??an, kemiskinan, solusi, rekayasa-sosial.

Abstract

Abstract Film was mass media that had the ability to convey the message to the audience. Tanda Tanya was one of films which had theme of Indonesian pluralism with tolerance between different religions or cultures. The film was interesting to study because many people did not have in sensitivity towards the existence of religious and cultural differences that arouse people to do harassment, violence, humiliation, and discriminatory actions due to having different races and classes. The type of research was descriptive one that was carried out by using a qualitative approach and using the method of Roland Barthes's emiotic analysis, namely the syntagmatic analysis through the leksia and paradigmatic analysist to evealuate the denotation and connotation meaning. The results showed that religion diversity in Indonesianis was still considered as taboo thing and could not accept each other. So minor religion in Indonesia was still getting unfair treatment from the major religion. Keywords: semiotics, film, pluralism conflict, religion, culture Film merupakan media massa yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak. Tanda Tanya adalah salah satu film yang bertema pluralisme di Indonesia dengan toleransi antar agama atau budaya yang berbeda . Film ini menarik untuk diteliti karena banyak ketidakpekaan masyarakat terhadap perbedaan agama dan budaya yang ada sehingga menimbulkan tindakan pelecehan, kekerasan, penghinaan, dan tindakan diskriminatif akibat memiliki ras dan kelas yang berbeda. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta menggunakan metode analisis semiotika milik Roland Barthes, yakni analisis sintagmatik melalui analisis leksia dan analisis paradigmatic untuk mengungkapkan makna denotasi dan makna konotasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keragaman beragama di Indonesia sebagian masyarakat dianggap masih tabu dan belum bisa menerima satu sama lain. Sehingga agama minoritas di Indonesia masih mendapatkan perlakuan yang tidak adil dari agama yang mayoritas. Kata kunci: semiotika, film, konflik pluralisme, agama, budaya

Abstract

Abstract Divorce cases gave effects to the psychological condition of the children. It was one of the causes of school dropouts in terms of family. The purpose of this was to empirically describe the factors that caused dropouts and dropouts impact on social life in Blokagung Karangdoro Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This research method used a qualitative descriptive by using Miles Huberman interactive data analysis model. The number of informants was determined using the snowball technique by using interviews and participant observation as the data collecting method. The results of this study were (1) psychologically, school dropouts due to divorce impaired in the soul development, this was indicated by the child had difficulty in communicating intrapersonal and interpersonal. Sociologically, children who drop out of school due to divorce had difficulty in adjusting to the environment. (2) Divorce could make negative impacts on children's daily behavior so it could trigger the delinquency if there was no supervision in their interaction pattern. Keyword: child, communication, drop-out, psychology Kasus perceraian memberikan pengaruh terhadap kondisi psikologis anak, di mana perceraian menjadi salah satu penyebab anak putus sekolah ditinjau dari segi keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah dan dampak putus sekolah terhadap kehidupan sosial di Blokagung Karangdoro Tegalsari Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data interactive model Miles Huberman. Jumlah informan ditetapkan menggunakan teknik snowball dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi partisipan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) secara psikologis anak yang putus sekolah akibat perceraian mengalami gangguan dalam perkembangan jiwanya, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan anak mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi secara intrapersonal dan interpersonal. Secara sosiologis anak yang putus sekolah akibat perceraian mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya. (2) perceraian berdampak negatif terhadap perilaku anak sehari-hari sehingga dapat memicu tingkah laku delinkuen pada anak-anak bila tidak ada pengawasan dalam pola pergaulannya. The concept of marketing experienced a revolution from the vertical system to the horizontal system as a solution to the era of web 2.0 adapted. Effecient of using social is a reason of the concept of marketing in the era of web 2.0. The use of social media twitter and facebook in marketing activities is able to make new innovations in promoting a product. The online social community is very effective in creating and maintaining new avenues of marketing in the era of web 2.0. By its realtime, without the constraints of distance, wihout limita- tion of time, so without the need for face to face discussions and interactions, it still runs. In 12Cs marketing mix will only be successful if there is a current that flows as a result of social connectivity. Tourism promotion of Semarang, twitter account @wisatasemarang is an alternative media to promote. Abstract Konsep pemasaran mengalami revolusi dari sistem vertikal menjadi sistem horisontal sebagai solusi adaptasi dengan era web 2.0. Efesiensi penggunaan social connected merupakan alasan konsep pemasaran di era web 2.0. Peng- gunaan media sosial twitter atau facebook dalam kegiatan pemasaran yang dapat menjadikan inovasi baru dalam mempromosikan suatu produk. Komunitas sosial online sangat efektif dalam menciptakan dan mempertahankan jalan baru pemasaran di era web 2.0. Dengan sifatnya yang realtime, tanpa batasan jarak, tanpa batasan waktu, sehingga tanpa perlu bertatap muka diskusi dan interaksi akan terus berjalan. Dalam 12Cs marketing mix hanya akan berhasil dilakukan apabila ada arus konektivitas yang mengalir akibat social connected. Dalam kegiatan promosi pariwisata Semarang, media sosial akun twitter @wisata Semarang merupakan media alternatif promosi wisata Semarang.

Abstract

This research aimed the influenceof using facebook toward cyberbullying behavior. The hypothesis in this research wasthere was an influenceof using facebook toward cyberbullying behavior among village adolescentsMantingan. Subject in this research were 61 adolescents in aged range 15-17 years old consist of 30 boys adolescents and 31 girls adolescents. The sampling technique used was proportional sampling. Method of collecting data consist of observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data was analyzed using aplikation IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Result of test correlation using correlation product moment between using facebook with cyberbullying behavior was 0,964 with value significant 0,000, which means there was a significant positive between using facebook toward cyberbullying behavior among village adolescents Mantingan.

Abstract

Abstract The mass media was a means of delivering information simultaneously and could be accessed by the public at large. As a means of fulfilling people??s right to information, media should have rules as standardizations and commitments in accordance with the values and norms. The mass media had a lot of influence in the daily life today. Audiences were highly correlated and depended on the media that was consumed by a lot of people. Many of the issues were raised and packaged in such a way by the media to create new things. Thus, ethics became an important thing to keep the media and media actors were on the right track. Self-control of media actors through the existing ethics would be more solid if it was based on religious teachings. The Qur??an discussed each issue in all aspects of life, one of them was about how perceived the concept of mass media ethics. Keyword: media, ethics, global era, the Islamic perspective Media massa merupakan sarana penyampaian informasi secara serentak dan dapat diakses masyarakat secara luas. Sebagai sarana pemenuhan hak masyarakat atas informasi, media massa harus memiliki aturan sebagai standarisasi dan komitmen sesuai dengan nilai dan norma yang berlaku. Media massa memiliki banyak pengaruh di dalam kehidupan saat ini. Khalayak sangat berhubungan dan bergantung terhadap media yang dikonsumsi orang banyak. Dengan demikian, etika menjadi satu hal penting untuk menjaga media massa dan para pelaku media berada dalam jalur yang benar dan semestinya. Kontrol diri insan media melalui etika yang ada akan lebih mantap apabila dilandasi dengan ajaran agama. Abstract

Abstract This paper aims to determine the effect of religious understanding and religious intensity to the work ethic of employees makhdhoh home industry in Karanggondang Jepara. The population in this study included all Karanggondang villagers who work laborers/ employees totaled 1,160 individuals. The sampling technique is done by using a non-probability sampling design. Techniques of data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that among religious understanding and work ethic of the employees of Fhitung by 87.327 > F table means that there is the influence of the religious understanding of the work ethic of employees. Regarding the relationship between the intensity of worship makhdhoh (X2) and the work ethic of employees (Y) obtained the value Fhitung 12,906 > F table, this means that the intensity of worship makhdhoh affect the work ethic. While the results of multiple linear regression obtained F value of 51,527. Thus, it can be concluded that the religious understanding, the intensity of worship makhdhoh positive effect on employee work ethic. Keyword: religious understanding, worship, work ethic Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman keagamaan dan intensitas ibadah makhdhoh terhadap etos kerja karyawan home industri di desa Karanggondang Jepara. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi seluruh penduduk desa Karanggondang yang berprofesi buruh/ karyawan berjumlah 1160 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan sampling non probabilitas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara pemahaman keagamaan dan etos kerja karyawan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 87,327 > F tabel berarti bahwa ada pengaruh pemahaman keagamaan terhadap etos kerja karyawan. Mengenai hubungan antara intensitas ibadah makhdhoh (X2) dan etos kerja karyawan (Y) diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 12,906 > F tabel, ini berarti bahwa intensitas ibadah makhdhoh berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja. Sedangkan dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai F sebesar 51,527. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman keagamaan, intensitas ibadah makhdhoh berpengaruh positif terhadap etos kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: pemahaman keagamaan, ibadah, etos kerja

Abstract

Abstract One of the KPI students competences was mastering communication theories related to mass media. So one of the competence application form was able to interpret the texts of proselytizing in the films by using KPI perspective. This paper gave application of proselytizing texts of several Indonesian Islamic-themed films. As we all knew, Indonesian Islamic films had been widely produced. The films that was interpreted in this paper were taken from the different missions and story criteria. So far, a film was only meant as a entertaining spectacle. By using the perspective of Islamic Broadcast Communications imbued with the spirit of Islamic proselytizing, a film could be interpreted as a media of proselytizing. Proselytizing messages could be interpreted from the texts in film, i.e. scenes, dialogue, background, and others. Messages that can be interpreted from it are religious, social, moral and humanitarian values. Keywords: meaning, proselytizing text, film, islamic broadcast communications Salah satu kompetensi mahasiswa Program Studi KPI adalah menguasai teori-teori komunikasi terkait dengan media masa. Maka wujud dari aplikasi kompetensi ini salah satunya adalah bisa memaknai teks-teks dakwah dalam film dengan perspektif KPI. Tulisan ini memberikan aplikasi pemaknaan teks-teks dakwah dari beberapa film Indonesia bertema Islam. Seperti sudah jamak diketahui, film-film Indonesia bertema Islam sudah banyak diproduksi. Film-film yang dimaknai dalam tulisan ini diambil dengan kriteria perbedaan misi dan cerita. Selama ini film hanya dimaknai sebagai tontonan yang berfungsi menghibur. Dengan perspektif Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam yang dijiwai spirit dakwah, film bisa dimaknai sebagai media dakwah. Pesan-pesan dakwah bisa dimaknai dari teks-teks dalam film baik adegan, dialog, latar, dan lainnya. Pesan-pesan yang dapat dimaknai dari film di antaranya nilai-nilai religius, sosial, moral dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan lainnya. Kata Kunci: memaknai, teks-dakwah, film, komunikasi penyiaran Islam
