Abstract

Umar Baradja’s education concept of character has been adjusted to the concepts and objectives of national education. The result of the research on Umar Baradja’s thinking of character education is originated from Umar Baradja’s concept of interactions among social being. It was designed to prepare the next generation to be a virtuous, good, and noble human being. It was designed to able to be applied in all ages as well, from early childhood up to old age. Morals can be generated by the exercise and the struggle in the beginning, until it became a character. For example a person who wants to have a beautiful writing, the first time he had to force himself to imitate the beautiful writings, until the writing is his character. It is not strange to the man who was given by God a reason and understanding. Even, Similarly, it is not strange on wild animals, because their instinct can be transformed to be benign by exercises. It is evident that the dog can be taught to hunt and guard. Umar Baradja is a muslim leader from Surabaya. He was famous in his day until today. Alhamdulillah, his works still exist, taught in almost all pondok pesantrens (boarding schools). He offered education concept of character and by instilling and familiarizing a good behavior to Allah, His Prophet, and fellow human beings interact, and uphold the values ​​of brotherhood. Thus character education according to Umar Baradja’s as defined in this study are the concepts or moral message and the process of instilling to humans from themselves, to others, to God and even to inanimate objects. According to Umar Baradja people must try to get good behavior although at the beginning it seemed difficult that they will get used to the good behavior with constantly implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to find practical methods in the division of inheritance in a situation where one heir dies before the inheritance of first mayyit allocated, with one practical step, without counting the manual portion of each heir of first mayyit and second mayyit. This munasakhat method has several supporting theories discussed to help solving the cases easily, those are four nasab (النسب الأربعة) theory and inkisar.

Abstract

The Marriage Act No. 1 of 1974 Article 2 paragraph (1), regulates that a legal marriage is a marriage conducted according to each religious law and belief. It stressed the rules concerning the minimum age limit for someone to be able to enter into marriage. The marriage issue is closely related to the population problem; the rate of population growth, following derivatives issue; health, housing, food and employment, and so on. Until now, marriage at an early age (under age-limit marriage) are still rampant in this country. While the population is still adhering to the tradition, although the Marriage Act has long been firmly set. This law stipulates that a person who wants to marry must have reached the age of 19 years for men and 16 years for women, and if not yet reached that age should get dispensation from the court. The regulation is for the benefit of both prospective spouses. Fostering households need their biological and psychological readiness in order to realize a good, eternal, and happy marriage,

Abstract

What does Islam say about polygamy is still being debated that were kept warm for discussion. This debate has spawned various product ideas with arguments and interpretations. Muhammad Shahrur, a controversial figure, tried to give an understanding and interpretation different with the contemporary scholars on the issue of polygamy. According to Muhammad Shahrur, women who may be appropriate for polygamy, corresponding to content of Surah an-Nisa ': 2-3, is the only widow with orphans. Therefore the spirit and purpose of limusa’adatil aramil wal aitam, helping widows and orphans, are highly relevant to maqasid asy-syari’ah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the preparation, implementation and results of the grand design of SMS in MBS for consummating an effective and excellent school at SDN 3 Tambak, Tambak Subdistrict of Gresik Regency in 2015. This study was conducted in SDN 3 Tambak Tambak Subdistrict Gresik in 2015 using school profile data. The implementation of study was carried out for 3 months from August to October 2015 with the observation and documentation method. The result shows that the SMS method has improved the academic and non academic achievement of students, enthusiasm and competence of teachers, infrastructure, financial management, school management and PSM. The conclusion is that the implementation of SMS in the grand design of MBS can consummate an effectiveness and excellence school of SDN 3 Tambak Tambak District of Gresik Regency in 2015.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in reading simple sentences fluently with proper intonation. The research was conducted in the first grade at SDN 1 Pekalongan of Tambak District- Gresik totaling 12 students. This research was conducted 2 cycles using the method of demonstration. This study was conducted on 16 April 2015 until April 20, 2015 in the second semester of the school year 2014/2015. The results of the study in the first cycle showed an average achievement of students value of 67.83 and 82.17 in the second cycle of learning outcomes so that there is an increase of 14.34, while the completeness of the cycle I still reached 41.67% and the second cycle has reached 83 , 33%, so there is an increase of 41.66% completeness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching methods talking stick in improving learning outcomes of PKn (Civics) Theme Character at grade 1 SDN 3 Tambak Tambak Subdistrict of Gresik District in the academic year 2014-2015. This research is expected to be useful for readers and teachers in improving the quality of learning in the classroom, especially through the method of Talking Stick. The subject of research in this PTK is the first grade students SDN 3 Tambak Tambak Subdistrict Gresik in second semester in the academic year 2014-2015. The number of students is 30 children. The time of the research is on March 9 until 16, 2015. Based on the analysis result, it got a description that the application of the talking stick learning methods could improved learning outcomes of PKn (Civics) Theme Character at grade 1 SDN 3 Tambak Tambak District of Gresik in the academic year 2014-2015 with the completeness rate reaching 79.1%.

Abstract

Marriage is an existing and growing institution in society. It aims to create happiness, but in its sustainability often encounter factors that sometimes hinder the creation of these objectives. Factors that hinder the achievement of happiness in marriage can break up marriages that lead to divorce. Therefore, the existence BP4 in the community is very important, even expected to remain functioning as a consultation for communities experiencing turmoil in the household, either due to a lack of inner and outer living. In practice BP4 of Sangkapura district serves as an advisory body before the parties to litigate in the Religious Court. Thus contributing of BP4 is working to make peace before the case being heard in the Religious Court. However, if a divorce case has been entered in the Religious Coutr, BP4 has almost no role at all because it is not in any divorce case BP4 asked for help and guidance. Theoretically BP4 role focused on maintaining integrity of the household and the family drove toward the couple happiness and prosperity and peace in his life. In practical terms BP4 role is to provide services to a marriage partner advisory regarding marriage and divorce disputes. The work program of BP4 of Sangkapura district actually been quite good and is expected to control the divorce and guiding families toward sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah. However, there are still shortcomings that have not been handled well, namely improving the publication widely to the public to introduce the existence and role of BP4.

Abstract

The problems of classroom management are all kinds of problems that occur during the process of classroom management, both issues that arise from the material element (educational facilities) or problems arising from the human element (students and teachers). To deal with the problems that occur when managing a classroom, there are two treatment that can be done, which is preventive handling (preventing) and curative handling (treatment). The research location is excellent class of International Class Programme (ICP) of MTs. Hasan Jufri Sangkapura-Bawean-Gresik. The authors found (1). 10 kinds of classroom management problems in ICP MTs. Hasan Jufri. The problem sometimes comes from the students, for example, students in violation of the established rules, and sometimes come from the teacher, for example, teachers go to class late, and sometimes originates from a facility, such as air vents that make the classroom atmosphere uncomfortable. (2). efforts made to address the problem, using the preventive and curative handling. Preventive handling to prevent and minimize the problems that will occur, for example, set the rules, giving the appeal and so on. While curative handling is done to resolve the problems that have occurred that are not sustainable, for example, impose penalties teacher cleaning offices, or pay fines and other matters that are considered useful and can solve the problem.
