Abstract

Millennials' subordinate role and participation in the political process have resulted in declining trust. Social media is used in several ways during regional elections and other political events, like campaigning for candidates' spouses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social media in increasing the political participation of millennials in the 2021 Medan mayoral election with a case study on the couple Bobby Nasution and Aulia Rachman in Medan Johor District. Four 20-year-old respondents from the Medan Johor District were interviewed for this qualitative study. The data is analyzed descriptively. The results show that social media is an essential part of the political process, including collecting aspirations and public participation among the spouses of regional head candidates. In Medan, Johor, millennials believe that using social media as a catalyst to participate in politics tends to be less effective. The role of social media is indeed able to increase the participation of millennials, but it is not based on reality. The role of social media in the selection of Bobby Nasution and Aulia Rachman's partner is: a) as an agent of political socialization to deliver the program to be carried out; b) for the prestige manikin of the couple Bobby Nasution and Aulia Rachman; c) as a means of online campaigning; d) as a place for the dissemination of information related prospective spouses. Social media is a driver and distributor of the latest information updates from prospective couples to attract public participation and trust, especially among millennials.

Abstract

In terms of obeying the rules, students in uniform, whether according to the regulations, clothes are inserted, and wear a belt and black shoes. The researcher also observed students' self-control and whether students listened when the teacher explained. Another thing that was observed was students' awareness when learning, whether they worked seriously to get good grades. Interviews conducted by researchers with class teachers related to student discipline in participating in learning at school. The type of research used is quantitative research. This means that this research aims to find data through experiments. The experiment format chosen in this research is a pre-experimental design. It is said to be a pre-experimental design because the design is not a real experiment because external variables will still affect the formation of the dependent variable. The subject and research sample are class III students totaling 33 people. Data collection techniques include initial tests, treatment, and final tests. The data used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. From the results of the calculation on the pretest, the average value of the discipline level of the students of SD Inpres Bontoala I, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency, after using the Reflective Pedagogy Paradigm Approach is 60.45. And from the posttest calculation, the average value of the discipline level of SD Inpres Bontoala I students in Pallangga District, Gowa Regency, after using the Reflective Pedagogy Paradigm Approach is 84.54.

Abstract

Formula-E organizers are included in the Governor's Instruction Number 49 of 2021 and are made on a regional priority scale. This caused controversy considering that at that time, Indonesia was still hit by COVID-19, and the government was trying to handle the community and carry out economic recovery. The research problem formulation is the legal politics of the DKI Jakarta government's policy in implementing Formula-E during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to determine the interests of the people affected by the implementation of Formula-E, which is used as a regional priority scale in the implementation of Formula-E Instruction Governor (INGUB) Number 49 of 2021. This type of research is descriptive qualitative; namely, it describes research based on theories and legal materials about legal politics and policies made by the government. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using literacy studies and legislation—techniques in analyzing data using narrative analysis techniques. This study concludes that the administration of government affairs must prioritize the safety of the people first above other interests. The regulations that apply must be under the hierarchy so that the existing regulations do not conflict with higher regulations because the regulations at the lower level must adapt to the regulations at the upper level, namely the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) and the Pancasila State Constitution.

Abstract

The main problem is poor students who experience character degradation, so they need character strengthening. The aim of the research is to produce a character strengthening model based on moral integration for elementary school students in Teaching Campus activities in Makassar City. This study used mixed methods research methods. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results of strengthening the character of global diversity, in the aspect of knowing and appreciating the noble culture of one's own nation and the culture of other nations, have the ability to communicate interculturally in interacting with others, and reflect or be responsible for the practice of diversity which is very good, at all stages of knowing, feeling, moral sinverbal, action, habitus and culture from various teaching campus activities such as teaching assistance by teaching students to be able to interact with all students at school despite different ethnicities, religions and social status and inviting students to think about what good things can be taken from ethnic diversity, religion and social status of students. All of these activities are integrated into intra-curricular activities, co-curricular activities, non-curricular and extra-curricular activities involving school principals, teachers (classes, subjects, counseling), students, lecturers and parents. Strengthening the character of the Pancasila Student Profile in Teaching Campus activities is carried out on an integrative basis of morals and social collaboration.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to apply the discussion method to improve the learning outcomes of Civic Education on Grade V students of SD Negeri 221 Bulu Dua District Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng. This type of research is Class Action Reaserch which consists of two cycles where each cycle is held twice a meeting. The research procedure includes planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects in this study were students of class V SD Negeri 221 Bulu Dua District Marioriwawo Soppeng regency as many as 14 people. The results showed that in the first cycle students' level of satisfaction on the average material 79.64 or an increase of 10.35 from the results of initial tests taken from schools where pupil mastery of the material on average 69.29. While in cycle II obtained data that student mastery level average of 93,57 or increase 13,93 from result of formative test at cycle I where its material mastery average 79,64. The results obtained by students in cycle II is 92.86% or 13 students get the value of ≥ 70, seen from students who are categorized as very high amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 21.44%, while the high categorized students as many as 8 people with a percentage of 57, 14%. And accompanied by the achievement of all indicators in teacher and student observation.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Discussion, Students.

Abstract

The main problem of the study is the low learning outcomes of Civics in grade V SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng District Lilirilau Soppeng District. By it, applied simulation method in learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research that aims to improve the learning outcomes of Civics in grade V SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng Kecamatan Lilirilau Soppeng District through the application of simulation methods. Subjects in this classroom action research are grade V students of SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng with a total of 12 students consisting of 4 men and 8 women. This research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles. Data collection is done by using observation and test in the form of descriptions carried out at each cycle. The data collected were analyzed by using descriptive analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively. After the learning through the application of simulation method for two cycles. Students who previously lacked enthusiasm in following the learning process became more active. The average score of test results from each cycle can be seen in the first cycle with an average score of 70.00 is in the high category. And in cycle II with an average score of 85.00 is in very high category. From this research shows that the application of methods can improve the learning outcomes of Civics in grade V SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng Lilirilau District.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Simulation Methods, students.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how to use Role Playing Learning model in improving Student's learning outcomes of V class V SD Inpres Jatia Kel. Mataallo Kec. Bajeng Kab. Gowa.Tujuan to be achieved in this research is to know the model of learning Role Playing in improving the results of learning PKN class V elementary school Inpres Jatia Kel. Mataallo Kec. Bajeng Kab. Gowa. This research includes qualitative descriptive research designed through classroom action research. This classroom action research is conducted in two cycles, each cycle is held 4 times. This research was conducted in class V Primary element of Inpres Jatar Kel. Mataallo Kec. Bajeng Kab. Gowa. Subjects of this study amounted to 31 people. The instrument of this research is test and observation sheet. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the use of Model Role Playing can improve the learning outcomes of Civics on the subject Keeping the Unity of the Republic of Indonesia. In cycle I, the average student activity is categorized less and increased in cycle II with high category. The results of the first cycle test average of 61.09 and increased in cycle II to 77.25. The completeness of learning cycle I as much as 32.25% and increased in cycle II to 77.45%.Keywords: Model Role Playing and Learning Outcomes Civics

Abstract

This type of research is pre-experimental research of One-Group Preview-Posttest Design that is an experiment which in its implementation only involves one class as experiment class without any class of control class which aims to know the influence of STAD type cooperative learning model toward student learning result of Civics class V SD Negeri 199 Arasoe District of China Bone Regency of academic year 2015/2016. The experimental unit in this study is a Class V student of 20 people. The study was conducted for 6 meetings. Student learning outcomes using STAD type cooperative learning model show better learning outcomes than before the learning model was applied. The result of inferential statistic analysis using t test formula, it is known that t value obtained is 8.8 with frequency db = 20-1 = 19, at 5% significance level obtained t Table = 2.09. So, t Count t table. This proves that there is influence of STAD type of cooperative learning model (Student Team Achievement Division) to the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education (Civics) of Grade V of SD Negeri 199 Arasoe Sub-District of Bone District of China.Keywords: Pre-experimental, STAD Type Co-operative Learning Model

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the role of civil service police unit in maintaining order and peace and public service in Makassar City in accordance with the main tasks and functions and the factors that influence the role of government in maintaining order and peace in Makassar. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with the basic case study research. Technique of collecting data using observation and interview. The result of the research shows that the coordination role of Satuan Pamong Praja Police Unit in community service is not separated from how the form of its supervision to the Local Regulation which is run in accordance with the Main Task and its Function as the enforcer of the local regulation. The factors that become consideration in the service to the community and ketentraman and keteriban in Makassar in this case the enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2002 is the level of education, facilities and equipment associated with the tool that will support the implementation of its duties in enforcing the Regional Regulations in Makassar City, and the Role of Government as a regulator and also a policy maker that will support the implementation of the tasks of Satuan Pamong Praja Police Unit in the enforcement of Regional Regulations in Makassar CityKeywords: The Role of Coordination in Community Service

Abstract

The main problem in this research is the degradation of modero culture arising from the presence of modernization and globalization in the life of society and the lack of public role to study the culture. This research aims to find out the preses of Modero culture degradation in Lasunapa Village of Duruka Sub-district of Muna District, impact of Modero culture degradation for Lasunapa Village of Duruka Sub-district of Muna District and role and function of Modero culture so it must be maintained. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques through obeservation, interview, and documentation. This analysis is done by compiling and reducing data, displaying data concluded from various parties and providing verification to conclude. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) Modero degradation process that happened in Lasunapa Village of Duruka Subdistrict of Muna Regency started from the new culture in society so that there was cultural mixing. (2) the negative impact of Modero's cultural degradation is the loss of the social values embodied in Modero's culture. while the positive impact of Modero's cultural degradation is that people can learn about various cultures in Indonesia. (3) the role and function of culture for the people of Desa Lasunapa sure besides can increase social solidarity among society also can increase good social interction among society.Keywords: Degradation, Culture, Madero
