Abstract

One thing that needs to be considered to develop a good application is to design the UI and UX according to the needs of the users themselves. The activity of a Savero Hotel Depok Reservation application product designed to provide convenience facilities for customers with a fast Hotel Reservation information service so that users who are out of town who want to book Hotel Rooms can now take advantage of technology to order online using the Application/Website. The process for generating new innovative ideas in the development of new application products uses a user-centered approach known as Design Thinking which is an approach or method of problem solving both cognitively, creatively and practically to answer human needs as users. Design thinking always starts with empathy. That is, exploring the perspectives, feelings and experiences of users to understand their needs, then looking for solutions through broad thoughts or ideas to find the best solution and tested to ensure the solution is truly effective in solving the problem. The final result of this research is to design the UI/UX Design of the Savero Hotel Depok Reservation Application with the Design Thinking Method using Figma to create an attractive and User Friendly Design appearance which can be seen in the Prototype testing results using maze getting a score of 88%, and the results table of the analysis questionnaire Usability Testing data gets a score of 82.3%.

Abstract

Body weight is the result of a decrease or increase in all body tissues, including bone, muscle, fat, and other body fluids. In Indonesia, 13.5% of adults aged 18 years and over are overweight, while 28.7% are obese. The purpose of this paper is to produce an Android-based Ideal Weight Information and Calculation Application that makes it easy for users to find out weight categories and provide information about tips for maintaining, losing, and increasing weight using Android. The Android-based Ideal Weight Information and Calculation Application has several features, namely calculating body mass index, tips, eating schedule, and exercise. There is an explanation for each of these features. The Android-based Ideal Weight Information and Calculation Application was created using the Java programming language, JDK, Android-based XML and Android Studio with SDK.

Abstract

Employee attendance management is an important business process that needs to be done by most companies in general. The utilization of an employee attendance information system can overcome problems related to these business processes such as ineffective processes because they are still done manually, high risk of data manipulation, or complicated recapitulation preparation. The development of the system requires an analysis and design process to minimize the risk of implementation failure. The focus of this research is to design an employee attendance system that can meet the needs of the company in general. This research is a case study research conducted at PT XYZ. The methodology used follows the stages in the software development life cycle (SDLC). The results obtained are a list of system requirements in the form of user stories, system designs, and a prototype system developed with RFID and Internet of Thing (IOT) technology. Testing with scenario-based testing techniques was also carried out on the prototype.

Abstract

At PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur, the information system still runs manually, especially when it comes to the program for choosing exceptional staff. Results of the examination are less precise and effective. The system must be developed by switching to a computer-based information system in order to prevent errors. With a calculation utilizing the SAW technique, an application that uses the PHP programming language and a MySQL database are used to design and build a decision-support system for choosing exceptional personnel. This application is in accordance with the issues at PT. Indofood Fortuna Makmur; the results are accurate because they are based on field assessments rather than biased assessments, and as a result of this assessment, employees at PT. Indofood Fortuna Makmur will be motivated to compete to become model workers.

Abstract

The Indonesian government implements a 9-year compulsory education program for all Indonesian citizens, so its implementation requires the participation of various government & private institutions and institutions. Yayasan Setia Bakti is a non-governmental educational institution that plays an active role in education, especially basic education, namely SDS Setia Bakti, which was founded in 1970. Currently under the leadership of Mr. H.M.Muchaeri as chairman of the foundation wants to improve the student data processing system in order to improve the quality of the school because SDS Setia Bakti is still implementing manual processing and storage and paper media as storage so that it takes longer which can make it difficult to store & make reports to the basic education office and parents of students. This research is a solution to overcome these problems where the student value data processing system is made using a system development model, namely Prototyping and tools in system development with UML and mobile-based programs, namely android. This system is expected to provide better services so that schools get more benefits that increase the trust of parents of students.

Abstract

Business cards are the identity of a business person and also a link between clients and your business. Currently Augmented Reality (AR) is developing rapidly in various fields. One application of AR is in the field of creative industry.  This Augmented Reality application for business cards is one of the innovations that can make conventional business cards into a more interactive business card. This business card is made using Blender and OpenSpace 3D. Based on the test results, this AR application is successfully run and can display several features, such as location links, blog addresses, and company websites. Based on the questionnaire testing, 85% stated that business people strongly support and agree that this application is appropriate to be implemented as an interactive business card.

Abstract

The Baiturrahman Mosque is a place for Muslims to gather to perform prayers or other Islamic activities based on the Shari'a and adab in it. These activities cannot be separated from the existence of administrators from each mosque, tasked with conveying information about activities at the mosque. the purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based management information system for the Baiturrahman mosque. The waterfall model is a system development model that is systematic and sequential in building software. Building a website-based mosque management information system. From the Baiturrahman mosque information system, there are several menus that local worshipers can use, such as qurban savings, information about mosque activities and finances.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, it has an influence on everyday life. Technology was created to facilitate human work. Every year, all educational institutions process school information data. This process is useful for providing information to students and guardians about school activities.  Thus, schools need to continue to innovate in improving information services and more comprehensive socialization with student guardians in particular and the community in general. One of them is by utilizing technology and internet media. At SMK Gema Bangsa until now provides school information media that is still conventional using pamphlet media, the delivery of this information is still passive by installing the information media in front of the school gate, and on the side of the road in the school environment. Therefore, to make it easier for schools to provide information to the community, SMK Gema Bangsa utilizes Information Technology, so that in this study a Website will be developed at SMK Gema Bangsa as an information media and can also be used as information socialization.

Abstract

Elections at the beginner voter level are still mostly done manually. This manual method is considered lacking in efficiency and is still considered conventional because it does not take advantage of technological advances. Based on this statement, several discussions emerged regarding the process of modernizing voting, namely the election process using e-voting. The e-voting system provides convenience for both voters and the executive committee. The implementation of the election by e-voting requires a system to regulate matters relating to the implementation of the election because in its implementation each agency that uses e-voting has different election data. Therefore, this study makes an e-voting management system for novice voters. This e-voting management system can manage election data such as agency profiles, election schedules, and candidates, up to the Permanent Voters List (DPT). The data used in this study were obtained from agencies that use e-voting. The method used is the waterfall model which consists of system analysis, system design, coding, and testing. Based on the test results, this system is running well according to its function. The e-voting management system makes it easier for the organizers and the implementing committee, before the election and in the post-election process.

Abstract

To make life easier for pet owners, a product titled "Prototype Design of Automatic Bird Feeding Tool with Android-Based NodeMcu EPS8266 Microcontroller" was created. When a pet owner is unable to control his pet's diet, a tool that is connected to the internet is required to make it simpler for the pet owner to monitor remotely using an Android device. The system device is made up of numerous components, including a NodeMcu ESP8266 microcontroller, a servo motor for opening and closing a feed door, and an RCT DS3231 digital timer for output. A Blynk application connected to the gadget is installed on the pet owner's smartphone and allows for remote monitoring.
