Procedural questions were also found. The teacher’s questions served several purposes such as to check students’ knowledge and understanding, to attract students’ activeness, to develop students’ interest and curiosity, and to stimulate students in stating information. It was also found that the teacher used seven strategies to cope with non-responded questions. The implications of this research for lecturers is a need for efforts to sustain the implementation of learning that has been good even working on improving and working to improve elements of learning activities that have not been considered good. The results of the study suggest that regular evaluation needs to be done to get a better picture of evaluation with a larger number of sample. It can be proven from the difference of mean score gained by experimental group (83.56) and control group (76.19). The result of the t-test also shows that the t-observed exceeded the t-critical value (4.088 > 2.042).
