Abstract

The research of Javanese and Balinese ancient script have been done by some researches. However, the researches still have problems, such as image scaling, noise reduction and image transformation. This research implemented moment invariant and support vector machine to solve these problems especially on Sasak ancient script. The input data used in this research was 2700 handwritten Sasak ancient script. The testing was done to know the effect of thinning and the number of feature by using zoning on the classification performance. Accuracy is used as performance indicator. The highest average accuracy is 89.76%, on the second scenario, the average accuracy obtained is 92.52%.

Abstract

WPAN ZIGBEE merupakan teknologi jaringan nirkabel yang memiliki karakteristik yaitu konsumsi daya rendah, dan bisa mengatur jaringan dan pertukaran datanya sendiri dengan cakupan area yang kecil seperti pada sekolah, perkantoran, dan perumahan. Pada jurnal ini, dilakukan simulasi dan analisis komunikasi data antar node pada sistem monitoring perumahan menggunakan teknologi WPAN ZIGBEE, dimana node merupakan sensor yang terpasang disetiap rumah pada perumahan. Setiap node nantinya akan saling berhubungan satu sama lainnya dan akan diatur oleh satu PAN-Coordinator. Untuk pertukaran datanya diperlukan protokol Routing untuk pencarian jalur dan pengiriman datanya, protokol yang digunakan yaitu DSR dan AOMDV. Dalam pencarian jalur dan pengiriman datanya, dapat terjadi kerusakan jalur dan metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kerusakan jalur yaitu NDAMR. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja protokol DSR dan AOMDV, mensimulasikan jaringan Zigbee dengan NS-2, serta mengevaluasi kinerja protokol DSR dan AOMDV dengan metode NDAMR pada jaringan Zigbee. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan pada skenario 10 sampai 40 node, protokol AOMDV memiliki nilai throughput yang lebih tinggi dari protokol DSR, dengan perbandingan 2.92 dan 2.05 Kbps. Nilai End-to-end delay protokol DSR lebih sedikit daripada protokol AOMDV dengan perbandingan 5.5 ms dan 16.48 ms. Dan nilai Packet Delivery Ratio dari protokol AOMDV lebih tinggi daripada protokol DSR dengan perbandingan 70.79 % dan 13.91 %.

Abstract

The West Nusa Tenggara Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS NTB) is one of the government organizations that assists the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara on labor and transmigration issues. IT governance in a company or organization is very necessary to harmonize organizational goals and strategies. With the problems found regarding to the resources both human resources and IT resources at DISNAKERTRANS NTB. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the capability level of IT governance at DISNAKERTRANS NTB using the COBIT 5 framework by focusing on APO01 subdomains: Manage IT management frameworks, and APO07: Manage human resources. From the research results, the average capability level for the current conditions shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 2. While the average capability level of the expected condition, shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 4.to increase the current level, some recommendations are given to be considered by DISNAKERTRANS NTB in drafting the policies relating to the APO01 and APO07 processes. Abstract

The author made modifications to several parts of the ZRP routing protocol, named PASHORT-ZRP. In this study, the authors conducted 5 experiments with which resulted in an increase in throughput on PASHORT-ZRP in the area of ??1000×1000 m2 of 52.081 % for node 20, 81.475 % for nodes 60, and 34,912 % for node 100. Results of average end-to-end delay in PASHORT-ZRP contains a decrease of 0.737 % for node 20, 0.365 % for node 60, and 0.939 % for node 100 in area 500×500 m2. The results of the packet delivery ratio on PASHOR-ZRP found an increase of 64.931% for node 20, 7.763% for node 60, and 26.644% for node 100 in the area of ??500×500 m2. in the 1000×1000 m2 area the results of routing overhead on PASHORT-ZRP contain a decrease of 36,815 % for node 20, 56.267 % for node 60, and 37.538 % for node 100.

Abstract

Climate conditions are very influential on various sectors of human life, such as agriculture. Extreme climate can affect the planting and harvest period which can eventually lead to crop failure. Climate forecasting can be done to help mapping the planting period so that agricultural productivity is optimal. Artificial neural network is a method that can be used to forecast climate in the future. In this research, a backpropagation model was used to forecast monthly data on minimum and maximum temperatures, humidity, air pressure, number of rainy days, and rainfall in Mataram city. The accuracy of forecasting result is measured based on MSE (mean square error). Based on the research conducted, the MSE of testing phase are minimum temperature 3.59 x 10-3, maximum temperature 1.97 x 10-4, humidity 2.11 x 10-3, air pressure 2.50 x 10-3, number of rainy days 7.97 x 10-4, and rainfall 1.00 x 10-3.

Abstract

Teeth serve to chew food, say words clearly, form a harmonious face and for a better appearance. Healthy teeth and gums will make it easy to eat well and enjoy good food. There are some problems that can affect oral health, but good care will make the teeth and gums strong. Lack of public awareness of maintaining dental health can cause major problems later on. In this case, an expert system tool for diagnosing dental diseases will be made using the website-based Bayesian Network method. The initial step in this study was to collect data, such as data on dental disease, data on dental disease symptoms and the weight of each symptom of dental disease used. The data was obtained from three dental disease doctors in three health centers in East Lombok. After getting the data, then calculating the weights for each symptom, the results of the calculation will be summed then divided by the number of symptoms suffered by the patient. The results of these calculations can be consulted by a dental specialist.

Abstract

Solar panels are alternative energy that utilizes the intensity of the sun as its energy source. The EBT (Renewable Energy) Laboratory of Electrical Engineering at the University of Mataram is currently still measuring conventionally using a multimeter. Measurements are carried out with the aim of recording the output of solar panels. It takes a tool to be able to measure the output of solar panels continuously and in realtime so that the energy obtained by solar panels can be known with certainty. The tool is made using a current sensor, voltage sensor, and temperature sensor and a microcontroller as a control to retrieve sensor data and then send it to the database using the MQTT protocol. Data on the database is presented in the form of a fuzzy database system and fuzzy queries are performed on the system. Data is collected from 08.00 to 17.00 for one week to get more accurate data. The measurement results and analysis will be displayed in the form of line diagrams with the WEB interface.

Abstract

Landslide is one of frequent natural disaster in Indonesia that can cause many casualties, damage the buildings, loss of livelihoods, deteriorating sanitation, and the emergence of many diseases. To minimize this, prevention is needed by mapping the landslide prone areas and provided the early warning. This research will test in six areas in Lombok there are Batulayar, Bayan, Tanjung, Gangga, Sambelia, and Sembalun. The variable used are ground height, slope, rainfall, soil type, and land cover. There is a lot of method that can use to mapping such as fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic is one of method that can mapping the input into the output space. By using fuzzy logic produces a level of accuracy for determining landslide prone areas is 83,3% and for the warning is 91,67%. So that, fuzzy logic can be used to mapping the landslide prone areas and make the early warning sytem.

Abstract

The Business processes of SMP Negri 10 Mataram keep changing due to the organization’s necessity, so the development of existing systems and applications is needed. For the complex cases, they need to integrate the systems and applications to deliver the effective and good quality of educational processes and activities. SMP Negeri 10 Mataram has several problems: until these time in every administrative section do their processes business or their task manually, that is not efficient especially in term of time for work, and more there are no relatable things between every section. By this research to resolve these problems, the administrative management system integration was developed by using the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) method. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is one of many ways to design data integration from several different systems. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a software development technology architecture with a service approach, allowing the relationship and exchange of data or information between every systems and application to be much easier. In this research, the SOA analysis and design process was conducted at SMP Negeri 10 Mataram and obtained six services, namely: service administrator, financial service, staffing service, student service, infrastructure services, library service.

Abstract

Alumni data that has been stored is underutilized where this condition is called "rich of data but poor of information". At this time STIKI Indonesia is less aware of specific alumni distribution information in the world of work because there is no system that can do that. These problems can utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. Human resource management is what supports the vision and mission of alumni ties by forming relationships between alumni so that they can provide information about the workplace and job opportunities between one alumni and other alumni. Thus, each alumni can exchange information in a manner and build a circle that can help alumni who are still not working. Geographic Information System is one of the information systems with mapping visualization that has the ability to present information in graphical form using maps as an interface, so that the distribution of alumni can be known specifically (Handoko 2012). Testing using the black box testing method in the Geographical Information System for Alumni Distribution Mapping shows that all modules in the system are functioning properly and can display information as designed
