Abstract

Sentiment analysis is an identification technique of emotion expressed in texts. Thesentiment analysis goal is to determine a negative or positive opinion within a sentenceor a document. Twitter is one of social medias to convey an opinion. The twitter allowsits users to write opinions related to a specific topic in a tweet. The twitter data used inthis research was downloaded using the twitter Application Programming Interface (API).It consisted 500 tweets about Lombok tourism that contained #lombok and#woderfullombok hashtags. The features extracted from the twitter data were selectedusing the Mutual Information (MI) method then they were analyzed using the NaïveBayes Classifier (NBC) model. The evaluation of sentiment analysis on the Lomboktourism twitter data in a 10-folds cross validation resulted 97.9% accuracy.Key words : Sentiment Analysis, Twitter, Naïve Bayes Classifier, Mutual Information.

Abstract

Sea turtle has protected status because of their endangered existence. To prevent turtle extinction is by organizing turtle conservation activities. Moving the turtle eggs is one of turtle conservation activities. After moved, the eggs are monitored until they hatch and released to the sea. Monitoring of these turtle eggs is manually every day and make it difficult for officers. To help officers, author made an automatic monitoring system. The monitoring system using ultrasonic sensors and NodeMCU ESP8266 which will send data via MQTT. On the server there is a webserver to process data from hardware. There is also a telegram messenger notification that will appear when there is a change on the height of sand. With this monitoring system, it is expected to help the turtle conservation officer to move the turtles that have been hatched at the right time and monitor the eggs automatically.

Abstract

Department of Population and Civil Registration of Mataram City does not yet have a system that can process population data to be visualized into maps and lack of information causing people not to know information about the area and population data in Mataram city. This study aims to design and build a Geographic Information System (GIS) that is useful to visualize and publish population data to the community in the city of Mataram. The system is built using PHP, HTML and JavaScript as the main programming language. The system integrates with the Google Map API to visualize population data into maps that provide information by population classification. The system is tested by the BlackBox method and the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) method. Blackbox test shows that all functions are running well and testing using MOS shows that the average rating of respondents and community apparatus in DUKCAPIL regarding the system agree, with the percentage of 42.44% and strongly agree with the percentage of 38.89%.

Abstract

Protokol Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV) merupakan salah satu protokol proaktif yang ada pada jaringan Mobile Ad-Hoc dimana protokol ini tidak cocok untuk digunakan pada jaringan dengan mobilitas tinggi dikarenakan DSDV perlu memperbaharui tabel routing secara rutin jika terdapat link antar node yang terputus karena terdapat node yang bergerak keluar dari jangkauan sinyal transmisi dan protokol AODV merupakan protokol yang cocok dengan mobilitas tinggi karena bersifat reaktif. Sehingga dalam pencarian rute yang stabil dapat dilakukan dengan memilih rute yang memiliki kemungkinan kecil terputus. Algoritma LET digunakan pada protokol DSDV untuk menemukan rute yang paling stabil dengan mengetahui estimasi waktu antar dua node tetap terhubung berdasarkan posisi, kecepetan dan jangkauan sinyal transmisi kemudian dibandingkan dengan protokol routing AODV berdasarkan parameter berupa throughput, packet delivery ratio dan delay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa protokol routing S-DSDV memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari protokol routing DSDV standar. Kata kunci : DSDV, Link Expiration Time, AODV, MANET, Routing Protocol

Abstract

Digital home assistant is one part of smart home technology. The smart home is one of technology research that focuses on home automation, so the interaction between human and home becomes easier and more practical. One of the interactions that can be done is using voice commands. Currently, digital home assistant technology can be implemented with a variety of concepts and various tools. One of the tools that can be used is the smartphone. A smartphone is a communication tool that has a variety of tools to meet the needs of users, one of which is a tool offered by the Android operating system that is Google speech API. With google speech API we can build applications that can understand human speech. In order for home electronics devices to communicate with smartphones, use a microcontroller that is attached to the home electronics. Some microcontrollers that can be used are Raspberry Pi and Arduino. In this study, built a digital home assistant with voice commands using Raspberry Pi and smartphone. The built-in digital home assistant is used for lamp, TV and AC control. The Google speech API is used on smartphones for the process of translation of voice commands provided by users of the system. The results obtained for the control of lights, TV and air conditioning with voice commands using smartphones and Raspberry Pi is a system can run with 90% success and the average time of command execution reaches is 5.32 seconds.

Abstract

Public street lighting is part of a complementary road that serves to illuminate streets at night. Public street lighting lamps are generally operated throughout the night until early morning continuously without equipped tools that monitor conditions. The non-functioning of public street lighting is often not known by officers. In this study, a microcontroller-based damage monitoring tools was built with an SMS-based notification service. This tool is suitable to be implemented to monitor the state of public street lighting because it can monitor the state of lights during the day, lights go out and dim at night, and also can check the state of the lights by sending commands via SMS service. By sending the "CEK LPJU" command via SMS, the monitoring tool will give a reply regarding the state of the public street lighting. In addition, the monitoring tool will automatically send SMS regarding disturbances that occur in public street lighting. Keywords: public street lighting, SMS, microcontroller

Abstract

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence atau biasa disingkat (AI) didefinisikan sebagai kecerdasan entitas ilmiah. Artificial Intelegence (AI) merupakan suatu metode atau sistem pada controller komputer yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan atau melakukan suatu tindakan. Namun tidak semua controller pada computer dapat melihat keseluruhan lokasi dari target, bahkan pada beberapa permainan masih menggunakan matrik location untuk menemukan letak musuh terdekat, sehingga jika terdapat banyak sekali target maka dapat membuat salah perhitungan pada controller computer. Peneliti mencoba menggunakan algoritma A* (A Star) sebagai Artificial Intelegence untuk melihat perkembangan permainan jika terdapat lebih dari satu target yang harus dibunuh oleh enemy. Sehingga kedepannya dalam sebuah permainan Pac-Man dapat diberi beberapa target (multiplayer).

Abstract

Intisari - Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang optimal dapat meningkatkan perkembangan suatu perusahaan dan instansi pendidikan. Salah satu sistem yang berkembang saat ini adalah sistem informasi eksekutif (SIE). Sistem Informasi Eksekutif merupakan salah satu sistem informasi yang ditujukan untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan informasi bagi eksekutif. STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram merupakan satu-satunya Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri di Provinsi NTB dengan perkembangan yang sangat pesat yang membutuhkan sistem informasi eksekutif untuk mempermudah mendapatkan informasi penunjang akreditasi dari sistem informasi akademik STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram. Sistem Informasi Eksekutif ini dibangun dengan framework codeigniter dan menggunakan konsep data warehouse dengan analisis data-data yang penting. Konsep utama dari data warehouse adalah bahwa database disimpan untuk analisis bisnis yang dapat diakses secara efisien dengan memisahkan database dari sistem operasional. Database operasional diolah melalui Proses Extract, Transform, Load yang merupakan proses yang harus dilalui untuk menghasilkan data warehouse yang baik dan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil yang maksimal bisa didapatkan berdasarkan urutan rancangan arsitektur data warehouse, yaitu dengan memilih tabel/data yang ada didatabase operasional SIA STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari informasi yang akan ditampilkan. Data yang sudah dipilih kemudian di rapikan dan di load ke data warehouse. Sistem informasi eksekutif ini mampu memberikan informasi seputar mahasiswa, prestasi mahasiswa, status mahasiswa dan data seputar dosen yang ada di STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram dalam bentuk grafik dan tabel. Informasi yang diberikan digunakan untuk membantu eksekutif dalam mengambil kebijakan-kebijakan penting untuk kemajuan kampus STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The “Koperasi Pegawai Negeri” (KPN) of Mataram University is a kind of saving/debit and loan cooperative that own by Mataram University. It is an institution cooperative which by the rule receive/collect/debit the funding (money) regularly from the members of the cooperative, as well as allows the members to get a modal credit/loan with a certain interest rate in accordance to the rule. The system to manage and carried out the saving and loan process is still under conventional system. When the members need to confirm on the data regarding their saving, loan or payment, they have to come to the office or to have to contact the admin. Accordingly, the Web based Information System is urgently needed to solve the above problems. This system was build up by mean of “Codeigniter Framework” using a programmer language of PHP and HTML. The system was developed using waterfall model. Key words: Information system, saving and loan cooperative, waterfall model, codeigniter, website.

Abstract

Gangguan mental adalah kondisi yang mempengaruhi pikiran, perasaan, suasana hati dan perilaku manusia pada semua usia termasuk anak-anak. Untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer. Setiap data gejala memiliki nilai keyakinan sebagai nilai awal untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan dalam metode Dempster Shafer. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah black box, perhitungan teoritis, akurasi, laboratorium dan kuesioner. Hasil tes black box yang dilakukan oleh 3 responden mahasiswa menunjukkan sistem berjalan dengan baik. Perbandingan perhitungan teoritis dan perhitungan pada sistem memberikan hasil yang sama. Pengujian laboratorium dan pengujian akurasi dari 40 kasus memberikan hasil yang sama sekitar 95%. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga telah diuji oleh para pakar dan masyarakat langsung untuk menilai apakah sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik atau tidak. Berdasarkan parameter MOS (Mean Opinion Score), sistem telah bekerja dengan baik dengan skor 4,44 dari skala 5.
