Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work rotation on employee performance RSUD Ciawi. The method used is the method of associative research, data collection in the form of observation, interview, and questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is Probability Sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The correlation used in this study is Rank Spearman correlation, with the number of samples of 55 (fifty five) people. The results showed that the correlation between work rotation variables and employee performance variable was 0.490 in medium relations category, and significant. Significant means the correlation is significant at the level / level of 1%. In this study work rotation affect performance as much as 24.01%. Suggestions in this study that need to be improved again on the dimension of experience, rotation should be done based on the length of time and work experience, because the experience of employees will affect with the work of employees. And should be in the work rotation more tailored to the background of employees. Keywords: Job Rotation, Employee Performance, Structural Employee

Abstract

Increasing public demand is a logical consequence of the increasingly complex needs of the community on various matters, especially on service. On the other hand in line with one of the paradigms of government administration, namely Public Service (public service) government has an obligation to improve the quality of service that aims to the satisfaction of the community (driven customer).The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the service of IMB (Building Permit), especially apparatus or human resources in charge of granting permission in East Bogor Subdistrict and To know the implementation of Building Construction Permit (IMB) in increasing the Original Revenue in Bogor Sub- East. The theory used in this research is by using service quality theory from Sinambela (2010) that is transparent, accountability, conditional, participative, equality of rights, balance of rights and obligation.The method used is descriptive analysis using Qualitative approach. While the data analysis technique used is by using the calculation of Weight Mean Score (WMS) and correlation coefficient rank spearman.Teknik data collection used is the study of literature and field studies. The unit of analysis of this study amounted to 30 Informants. While the sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling technique.The results of the Implementation of the Granting of Building Permit is done by referring to the Decision of the Governor of West Java Province No. 76 of 2000 on the procedure of obtaining IMB, IPB and KMB in the province of West Java and West Java Provincial Regulation No. 7 of 2010 About Building Buildings. Keywords: Quality of Kecamatan service, Building Permit (IMB), and Increased local revenue

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the Keluarga Harapan Program (PKH) in Bogor Selatan District Bogor City. The theory used in this research is by using policy evaluation of William N. Dunn which states that to measure the success of a program evaluation can be measured through six variables namely: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, accuracy.The method used is descriptive analysis using Qualitative approach. While the data analysis technique used is by using Interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, datadisplay, and conlusiondrawing / verification. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation and documentation. The informants that the researchers took were 2 kinds of informants, the first PKH assistant who was taken by 2 persons, namely the active companion and the less active companion, and the second informant, the PKH participant who was taken 3 people, the participants who had long been the PKH participants, just become PKH participants and participants who complete the PKH component.The result of this research can be concluded that the process of PKH implementation has been running well in accordance with the purpose of launching PKH in the hope of solving the classical problems faced by RTSM such as malnutrition, high maternal and infant mortality and low participation of school age children. The target achieved in the implementation of family planning program (PKH) in the district of South Bogor is in the form of the incapability of the community is not able especially RTSM in meeting the needs of life related to education, health of pregnant women and toddlers. Keywords: Evaluation, Program, Poverty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the immigrants who live in the District. Cisarua. Bogor Regency. The existence of immigrants which is a consequence of the development of human life must of course be limited and regulated existence. In that context there is Pemenkumham Number. 27 years. 2014 which can be used as a basis for policy to overcome the problems of immigrant existence.This research is quantitative by using descriptive method. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation studies. Technique of data analysis to calculate questionnaire use weight mean score (WMS). The unit of analysis as the population studied is the subdistrict employee. Cisarua. District. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of guidance and supervision in groundwater exploitation in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (UPTDESDM) West Java Province Service Area I Cianjur. With working areas including: Cianjur, Sukabumi, Sukabumi, Bogor, Bogor and Depok.According to Pratowo (2001) the success of groundwater management is highly dependent on supervisory and control functions, including coaching function. Ivancevich put forward a number of important points, namely, coaching is a systematic process to change the work behavior of a / group of employees in an effort to improve organizational performance. Georgr R.Terry (2006: 395) defines oversight as disseminating what has been done.  That is to evaluate work performance and if necessary apply corrective action action so that the result of work according to the plan has been determined. Business is the process, the way, the act of cultivating and organizing. Groundwater or so-called ground water is-water located beneath the soil surface in the zone or water-saturated layer. Methodology This research uses descriptive research design with qualitative approach method. The analyst unit in this research is in the form of individual / informant. The research informants were chosen by purposive sampling, while the technique technique used in this research are: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Results and discussion: 1. Checking / analysis of groundwater quality, 2. Groundwater retrieval data, 3. Ground water tax, 4. Technological consideration of groundwater extraction permitSuggestion writer for Office of UPT Department of ESDM West Java Province Service Area I Cianjur must continue to run coaching and supervision for the preservation of water resources, especially ground water remain awake and sustainable. Keywords: Guidance, Monitoring and Operation of ground water
